Maxim CC is easy to work with. I am a start up company and they processed my equipment loan quickly. It was funded within 2 days of the equipment becoming available. Sam Hewitt was instrumental during the entire proces. He kept me updated throughout the process and responded quickly to my questions. The underwriting team is keen and do not miss anything. Greetings, We financed a semi truck with this finance company back in July 2021 through Southland International. We only received A equipment financing agreement that states the payment amount and months financed. We only had the vehicle nearly 30 days before we had a major breakdown. The dealership contacted the financing company to assist us with a hardship deferment due to the circumstances. They provided us with a 2 month deferment after we had made 1 payment. They later provided us with a second deferment due to the same issues. We spoke with the finance company today after going over our paperwork because we should be down to our last couple payments. The documents that we were provide stated 42 payments at $1400 a month, they later adjusted it to $1600 a month and it still stated 42 months on the addendum documents. We go online and it has 55 payments total, 38 made and 6 remaining. We contact the finance company and was told that for 2 deferred payments they added approximately 9 additional payments. I asked the to send me a copy of the deferment agreements and the financial documents to show exactly what our interest rates are , and to no avail. We were told over the phone that they are not obligated to provide information regarding the interest rate . I mean How do I know what my obligation is if I do not have that info. We used them due to that's who the dealership recommended. I was under the impression that all other documents that were not provided at the dealership would be mailed to us. This finance company is a rip off. They are more like a loan shark. Please do not use them.

If I could give the company a zero, I would. I traveled 14 hours to pick up my truck with everything approved, down payment all up to date, it was just a test drive I had to do to get the truck. I arrived there with everything ready, the manager called me saying the bank had canceled the purchase. Don't use this bank, it's garbage, this bank is worthless, zero stars. I went back another 14 hours without my truck.
