Cambria Mimosas Cambria Reviews
This place was awesome! We just got into town and needed to find a place to eat and this place just opened for the day. I ordered a carnivore meal with a New York steak, two eggs and some sausage. It was delicious and hit the spot. My girlfriend ordered the vegetarian omelette and she said it was delicious. Staff were kind and had smiles on their face. They were helpful and expedient. Definitely will return next time in town. I also posted a photo of their hours at the time of my visit. Enjoy!
Very quiet on Sunday, our dog was allowed inside and they even offered to cook some chicken breast for her as a meal on the side. Food came out excellent, staff was quick and polite. Would come back.
Gee whiz, what a nice simple unpretentious place. Good food, nice drinks and even the teenage busboy was so polite. We ate here twice and I'm sure to return when I'm in the area.
Great spot! Highly recommend if you're in the area. Food tastes very fresh. We both got the Mexican scramble and loved it. Service was excellent as well.
Nice place. We arrived 7:15pm only few people inside. Went to the bathroom immediately and it was clean and smell very good. Then we ordered just that the price is a little high for my standard ($20-30), but the food was so good. It left us so full. Leaves me wondering why only a few people dine here. Hope you try this place. Staff is also very friendly. I highly recommend this place.❤️👍🏼
I love different choices of Mimosas, awsome giant Mimosa ! The pasta are delicious, seafood is perfect. I enjoyed a lot the music (album of BS🤩). Very good place in this charming town !
I came here months ago and I ordered the chicken Cesar salad with fries and I still think about it every day. Best salad best fries Lord that was so good. Good service too.
Absolutely loved my visit to Cambria Mimosas! The mimosas are amazing — super refreshing and beautifully served (definitely Instagram-worthy). Breakfast was delicious, from the perfectly cooked eggs and fluffy pancakes to the tasty sausage. The whole atmosphere is calm, quiet, and serene — the kind of place that makes you want to sit back, relax, and take in the small-town coastal charm. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the vibe was just right — chill, welcoming, and full of good energy. Whether you’re passing through or spending the weekend in Cambria, this is the perfect brunch spot to kick off your day.
Just a small waiting period , friendly staff, great food and mimosas. The seafood plater cooked just right not over cooked and great fries . My honey even bought me the super large mimosa glass for a souvenir. We’ll be back and try other foods and see if they’re just as good. Good clam chowder
Food and service were great. The mimosas were really good and good sized for the price. Had the pastrami sandwich and the blackened salmon sandwich. Both were excellent and would highly recommend. The fries were also cooked perfectly. Overall great experience and will definitely be back.
Good option for Timmy lunch/dinner! Would recommend this place!
Decent food but I took a sip of water without realizing that the glass wasn't clean and my lips went right on top of someone else's lip gloss that was still left on the rim of the unclean glass. *barf. Also, I was just about done eating breakfast with my toast in my hand and chewing when the kid came and picked up my plate to take it away. I was shocked to say the least. I guess that was my clue to hurry and finish eating!
So funny how it seems like 90% of people give this place either 5 or 1 star. Anyway. Their mimosas are ridiculous. Huge. Fun flavors. Lots of ice though. They sell a large(r) one too that looks like it’s for 8 people. Or a cartoon. Food was decent. I got the biscuits and gravy. The lady ate herself a giant breakfast burrito.
We ordered the Cambrian salad and Caesar salad. The "Cambrian tuna" was obviously canned, dry tuna. Aside from nice fresh anchovies, the salad was bagged spring mix, canned olives, with what appeared to be Newman's Own honey dijon. For $23 this is overpriced. I couldn't tell if my Caesar salad had house-made dressing or not, but $14 also felt overpriced (lettuce, a few croutons, lightly dressed with pizza packet parm). I understand restaurants cut corners but the profit margin on this Cambrian salad is frankly unacceptable when shaving carrots, slicing cabbage, and chopping fresh lettuce should be incredibly cheap and manageable when there were no other customers at the time. Bagged spring mix and canned tuna should not be advertised as "Cambrian tuna", the only quality ingredients were the fresh anchovies. Even the lettuce tasted like it was bitterly close to expiration. Our server was very nice. The salads would've been ultimately fine if they were fairly priced, the cut corners left a bad taste in my mouth considering the misleading menu descriptions. I sincerely hope the Caesar dressing was house-made as advertised.
The good: the pickle is yummy and the fries are cooked perfectly (but don’t have any taste.) The water is wet. Wait time was average. Atmosphere is clean. The bad: the food tastes awful. Tri tip taste like hot dog. Fries taste like nothing. I would rather eat the literal cash it cost to order this ‘food.’ The ugly: the fact that everybody gives 4-5 stars for every place nowadays results in my eating at a place like this. There needs to be a critic score and then a public score in these reviews. If you can read this, do yourself a favor and try elsewhere.
Both my husband and I thought our Mills were mediocre at best. But really I wouldn’t even go that far. He had the tuna melt, and I had the seafood platter. I asked for no calamari, and instead of substituting one scallop one shrimp one fish stick. They gave me five fish sticks, two shrimps three scallops. And the only thing that tasted half decent was the shrimp. Their fries are nasty. And I doubt they’ve changed their fish frying oil in months.
This place is quite pricy for the quality of food that you get. Mimosas are served full to the brim with ice, so if you don't drink it fast enough, you wind up with watered down champagne (everyone's favorite). I ordered the granola breakfast, and it was literally like someone had taken granola bars and broken them up into smaller pieces and called it a day. My partner got the eggs benedict with spinach and said the spinach was very overcooked but the English muffin was barely toasted, essentially just a raw English muffin. Eggs and hash browns were fine, your basic breakfast fare. But for a breakfast that cost us close to $80, we both left feeling soured by the experience. Save yourself the trouble and go to Linn's (we made the mistake of not going there until our second breakfast in Cambria, and ate there the rest of the trip).
