I was amazed by the service I received at this location today. The gentleman there was professional and brought the food to the table. To be honest, one does not see service of this kind even in high-end restaurants. Great job!
I stopped in to the drive through just to grab some chili to use to add to our chili cheese hot dogs for dinner at home. The chili is delicious. It was around $5 for a large chili. They were all out of large chili containers so the chili came in a coffee cup, which worked out just fine. I ended up grabbing a 3 piece chicken finger with ranch and BBQ sauce. I did not like the BBQ sauce because it was actually honey BBQ, but the ranch was tasty. The service was average. I did not have to wait long in the drive through line.
Food is ok. Service is ok as well. I ordered 6 frosties. 2 were for kids asked for extra napkins, on top of the zero I got at first and was given a whole 4 napkins.
The burger was way to small. One dollar for a nugget. You must be ashamed. Or on crack!! Maybe you thought all patrons of the store are tiny people. This is a total disgrace for the business. Are you trying to go under??? I see why the company was sued for the sz of the burgers ECT. Stupid is, as stupid does...🤔
I'm glad I ordered doordash from here. I'm from a town called Bedrock, they used to give us primitive tools called forks when we ordered loaded fries. Tonight I was able to gorge myself by hand, thankfully, as I didn't have a fork or any napkins. Outstanding!
Stale food even worse service, waited at the speaker for five minutes just to be barked at for my order. Another ten minutes at the window waiting thinking they forgot about me. Finally get the food and it all tastes stale like it'd been sitting there. That's not even to mention the several times I've went hours before close just to be met by the sight of all employees smoking by the dumpsters and not even acknowledging customers at the window.
Long wait, slow service. No coffee. Don’t offer breakfast if you’re upset when people order it. Simple breakfast sandwich took 15 mins
Went through the drive thru, ordered a meal, and I had to go back to the window because the fries tasted like cardboard, and had probably been sitting around for about half an hour. I was a manager at this Wendy's a long time ago, so I know how fries and burgers are supposed to be. The fries they put in my bag I would have been embarrassed to even have them sitting around. The burger wasn't much better, and was what we used to call "Chili meat" because when the burgers were no longer fit for sandwiches, they were kept for putting in the chili. These burgers were dried out and if it wasn't for the bacon and the sauce, I would not have been able to eat it. It was a good thing I was really hungry and hadn't had anything to eat that day. The new fries they gave me were hot and crisp, but with way too much salt on them. They might want to either teach the proper way to salt fries, or at least after the lunch rush, clean the tray they dump the fries onto, to get rid of the excess salt. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this Wendy's, and a lot of times the drive thru is so backed up and slow, I go elsewhere.
This location has gone downhill the last four years. Served spicy chicken sandwich with raw center and also served food that is old and sitting there. The order is wrong 50 percent of the time and the employees are more concerned about smoke breaks. Also the wait is outrageous.
So I have been to this Wendy's 3 times since I moved here 2 weeks ago, and I went to the drive up window. The other day, the line was ridiculously long, so I went inside. Oh my goodness, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone waited on me. Then there was only 3 people working there. The place was disgusting inside.....I don't think I will go back to that Wendy's again.
Went through the drive through the girl seemed to have an attitude and seemed to be rushing me. My order was completely wrong and food was old..
I ordered two 4 piece chicken tenders they put 3 in the box I opened up the other back and the same thing there were 3 pieces of chicken then I ask the lady and she said i put an extra piece in each box well then you need to go back to school and learn how to count because 3 doesn't add to 4 and sure don't add to an extra piece of chicken I'm very disappointed not to mention the attitude I got when I asked for the 4 piece of chicken
They need to pay attention to major details out of napkins, soda machine not working and filthy. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned and toilet paper. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Went inside to order. My sneakers were sticking to the floor as I walked and the odor of dirty mop water gagged me. I'm thankful service was slow/nonexistent as I think it would have been a bad decision to actually eat there.
I only get a half hour for lunch break so I use the app and I pre-ordered my food and set it for ASAP so it'll be ready when I got there. Upon arrival I waited and waited while many customers came and went I was able to get the guys attention behind the counter and I let him know that I was waiting for my food. He looks it up and then he proceeds to tell me that I should've let him know when I was there so he could've started making it.... what?!? If I wanted to wait for my food I would've just ordered when I got there. The end result was my lunch break was over and I had to leave without actually getting any food at all
100% the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. If you can even get inside since they lock the door very often... you can look forward to the laziest staff, dirtiest restaurant, cold or just poorly prepared food, and so much more you wouldn't want to deal with. This Wendy's needs to either be shut down, or all management and any current employees need to be terminated.
Waited in line twice as long as any other fast food, long enough to see how fried the workers inside all are by how they interacted. my order was a taki sandwich and frosty no meal. When she finally came to the window and took my card she gave me the sandwich, left my frosty in the open window and put my card in the machine and walked away. After about 3 minutes I asked if my card wasn't working and she said hold on as she was stocking napkins, the guy sweeping the same spot since I pulled up to the window, walked over to the card machine and got my card and asked if I had everything so I said thats my melted frosty over there and the girl looked at it and still kept doing other things so he brought it over, I open the chicken sandwich and its just a tomato lettuce and mayo chicken sandwich instead of the new limited time sandwich so I get back in line and the same girl kept telling me I ordered a number 6 so I said I didnt say 6 or any number I asked for a taki sandwich and she responded to that with "the taki sandwich isn't a number 6 it doesn't have a number" so clearly wendys has good weed but atleast they offered to make me the sandwich and for free but sadly even tho I wasnt rude about the mixup they decided I only get that red taki sauce on a piece of chicken even though its advertised as also having actual takis and cheese.
UPDATE-3: It doesn't matter what the quality of the food is if you can't get service. This Wendy's site is having problems. I don't know who the franchise owner is, but he/she needs to intervene. The wait for service is intolerable. Also see updates 1 and 2 that follow the earlier review below. A year or two ago, Wendy's decided to revamp it's breakfast menu in an attempt to dominate the morning fast food competition with McDonald's and Burger King. It took me a while, but I finally got around to trying one of their new breakfast sandwiches. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. According to my taste and palate memory, I found it to be much better than the competition's. First, although moist and tender, the biscuit held together while I ate the sandwich. In contrast, McDonald's falls apart as you're eating, making it necessary to alternate between picking up the crumbs and eating the center of the sandwich. Wendy's biscuit is also an improvement over Burger King's which is very dry. As for the contents of the sandwich, Wendy's crisp bacon and fresh-cooked egg win hands down. However, I'm still undecided over whether Wendy's American cheese is as good as that used by the competition. Perhaps next time, I'll try the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich which feature a Swiss cheese sauce. So, from now on when I don't have time to make breakfast at home or visit my favorite diner, I'm heading straight to Wendy's. However, the Burger King whopper remains my favorite fast food burger for lunch or dinner. UPDATE-1: Recently Wendy's added a new option to their breakfast sandwich menu. You can now order it on an English muffin. The first time I tried it, with sausage, it was terrific. However, a few weeks later I found the same sandwich to have less flavor than I remembered, and the cheese was cold and gluey in texture. Next time, I'll try it with bacon. UPDATE-2: When I stopped for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. on a weekday, I was told that they were sorry that they weren't able to take any orders at that time. As I drove around to leave, I did see someone waiting at the pickup window. First time ever at a fast food restaurant that they weren't able to accept an order.
Wish I could do zero. I got a spicy chicken sandwich yesterday and it was 3/4 raw! I was shocked and today I am disgusted and feel sick as I had bitten into raw chicken! No manager was available when I called (of course) but the guy who answered offered me a new sandwich. Really? A new chicken sandwich? I love Wendy’s but I am not sure if I can ever go back. I have felt sick all day!
The TLDR is : Avoid at all costs. The service and food quality have declined to the point that there’s no point in even stopping. Often the dining room is closed because they don’t have staff to clean, alit the interior surfaces are sticky. The food quality is substandard, I’ve received bags of food that are cold, and just look like they were thrown together without any regard. The drive-through is understaffed or not staffed at all as you can see in the attached photo as the only employee that we could see at the restaurant at 11:15 on a Thursday afternoon is standing out by the car yelling at somebody in the car while the drive-through remains unstaffed. Wendy’s franchise services should really rethink this franchises do business under the Wendy’s name.
If I could give them zero stars I would. We ordered 4 Junior bacon burgers, a chicken sandwich and fries. The order was repeated. We got a soggy fried chicken sandwich and 4 regular cheeseburgers DROWNED in mustard ! A large orde of fries were so soggy they couldn’t be revived in an air fryer. This location is just HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE!!!
