Service was excellent. I was rather impressed by their extremely prompt and friendly staff! This was my first time trying out this restaurant, and had full expectations that I would be waiting a while for service because I arrived during peak hours on a Friday evening. That was not the case at all! As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by several staff and a very delightful atmosphere. I highly recommend their food, every bite tickled my pallet. My drink was crafted with expertise and packed a punch. Their competition should take notes, because this restaurant has mastered what a perfect hospitality experience that will guarantee repeat business. 👏

Very good ethnic food and the service is fast and friendly, but not rushed. Chips and salsa are included with the meal. They have both booths and tables, so the choice is yours. The portions are fairly large, so you won't go hungry. They have an extensive menu at have no issues if you want to customize your order. Couple the good food with a full bar, and killer margaritas, and you have everything you need for a good meal.

We stopped by for an early dinner hoping there would be plenty of parking spaces, but I guess you have to be lucky to score a parking spot. The chips and salsa were complimentary, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was good, the service and atmosphere were excellent.

The salsas were very fresh but spicier than I like. The guacamole was fresh and delicious! I had the vegetarian burrito and it was excellent. My husband had the pork chimichanga and he loved it. The decor is cheesy and the service was adequate but we were very happy with the freshness and deliciousness of the food we had. We'll be back.

Tasted the catfish fajitas. They were ok, a little salty. Service was ok. Not the first time here, other times the food was better.

Just okay. The food has always been on the bland side of the scale. I have never had a spicy dish served to me so I ask for a hot salsa when I feel the need for a good burn. Otherwise Casa Lupe serves the standard Tex-Mex cuisine. Portions are good. Price seems a little high but this is Silicon Valley, so who knows.

The service is friendly and attentive, one reason to come back. The food was good but not great. I had the beef enchilada with beans and rice. It was made much the same as I like it though the beef was a bit greasy and the corn tortilla was chewy.

First time at this Casa Lupe location...Chips were ok. The 2 salsa choices were nice. Chile verde meat was very good and flavorful. My Enchiladas Californias not so much on the good side. The meat had no flavor, looked pinkish... I did not like it. Beans and rice were not warm enough. Such a disappointment, since had heard good things.

If you're looking for authentic mexican food. This is not the place. We were so disappointed I ordered Steak Picado which included a crispy taco, the plate was filled with lettuce, some tomatoes and the guacamole taste horrible. The salsa poured over the steak was flavorless taste like they just dumped a can of tomato sauce over it. The crispy taco had ground beef in it and that was over salted taco was greasy too. Thankfully the steak was tender but flavorless same for rice and beans. Friend had 3 taquitos w8th beef and she only tried half of one and didn't finish the rest. She only ate her rice and beans and said she lost her appetite. The red salsa and pico de gallo for chips were not good either. Wait staff are nice. That was only good thing there. Paid $50 which was ridiculous for how bad the food was. We had no drinks just water and no dessert. We were afraid to even try anything else.

These guys need to update their menu. I drove here all the way from Los Gatos and was immediately asked to leave. Apparently their menu says Lunch specials until 2:30 but they now close at 2. Was not handled well

Really bad service. They served me a spoiled avocado and I pointed it out and asked for a different slice. The server said that that would be an extra charge. She argued that the spoiled cavities in the avocado (see picture) is because of them taking out the seed but that didn't make any sense because the seed is on the inside and the spoilage is on the surface of the avocado. Can't believe they serve you something spoiled and expect you to pay extra for them to correct it. Food isn't good either. Crab enchiladas had multiple pieces of shells and the beans were stale. Sauce was below average. I don't recommend this place.
