Togo's is always wonderful. This one is across the street from the original location. My family has been coming here for decades. I currently live Mission Viejo, but I eat at this location whenever I am in town.

Amazing as always, I've been eating at Togo's since the early 1970s and I've never been disappointed. The quality of food the selections the service Togo's is an amazing restaurant that delivers good value, quality and interesting menu choices. I particularly love the bacon chicken avocado ranch sandwich although a hot pastrami or hot roast beef is always a winner.

Will actually go out of my way to come here even though there is a closer Togos to my house because I get much better service here. Thank you in particular to the nice lady who was there on 7/21/22 around 8pm, people like her are why I prefer this location.

The app is a pain to order with. Ignore it and walk right into the shop. The staff are pleasant and helpful. My order was ready in 5 minutes. 💖 Wraps, sandwiches and salads available here. They have special day discounts for their sandwiches. Order according to your appetite or take the leftovers home. Super delicious food. Really good location. I will be back. 🤩

Turkey ham cheddar with red onions tomatoes pickles mustard on one side mayonnaise on the other side toasted unbelievably good counter people got the order right first time no waiting chicken tortilla soup was excellent

TOGO'S Sandwiches on Bascom is a great place to get really wonderful tasting sandwiches and chili. IMO, #9 Hot Pastrami is their best, but then I might be biased. If you don’t feel like eating meat, then the #15 Greek Veggie is a great choice. Great service from very courteous employees.

Great value, classic huge sandwiches. Their pastrami, aka #9, is a must. I advise splitting a sandwich or get a small unless you're a teenager. They have soup and salads too (I'm partial to their southwestern salad with spicy dressing). Not much seating inside, take your sandwich and head to the movie theater courtyard for a pleasant meal.

Standard subs. We both had Italian subs. Bread was a bit on the dry side. Overall just your standard sub shop. Be aware there do not take American Express. Staff member was friendly.

One of the original Togo's used to be right across the street from the current Pruneyard location, so this was a 'mandatory' stop while visiting for the first time in many, many years. Decent sandwiches.

The service here sucks. At every other togos I’ve been to there’s eager employees, all of which are a young college age and they seem to genuinely enjoy their job. They know how to make great sandwiches and are very professional. This specific togos however is full of unprofessional older employees that spend most of their time speaking a different language and laughing behind the counter while keeping customers waiting. They’ll make eye contact with you but look away quickly and keep chatting. I once waited 10 minutes while trying to get their attention, while I knew they could hear me but kept ignoring me. They were right in front of me! I’ve seen on several occasions multiple employees not washing their hands or not wearing gloves. Every time I’ve been there I’ve had to repeat my order at least 3 times, and never have they gotten my order correct. I once got a sandwich with turkey, ham, tomato, mayo, lettuce, on a 9 inch white bread. They handed me a 6inch sour dough with turkey and ham and nothing else. There was nobody else in the place so I didn’t get somebody else’s sandwich, these people just suck at making sandwiches! They’re also extremely unprofessional, rude, and the place is often very dirty. Many times I’ve also seen them carrying open trash bags through behind the counter which is a sanitary violation. I make sure never to go here. Ever.

The server lady was probably day dreaming, did not follow, and did not ask me if I want cheese on it. Later when I try to correct my order, the server is very reluctant to make it right, and explained that the hot beef can melt the cold cheese, and it equals being toasted. Excuse me?! They should re-do it since the process is wrong. Later I got a sandwich toasted with all the vegetables being toasted together, very bad and very sad. Won’t go back for sure.
