Great value, classic huge sandwiches. Their pastrami, aka #9, is a must. I advise splitting a sandwich or get a small unless you're a teenager. They have soup and salads too (I'm partial to their southwestern salad with spicy dressing). Not much seating inside, take your sandwich and head to the movie theater courtyard for a pleasant meal.

Standard subs. We both had Italian subs. Bread was a bit on the dry side. Overall just your standard sub shop. Be aware there do not take American Express. Staff member was friendly.

One of the original Togo's used to be right across the street from the current Pruneyard location, so this was a 'mandatory' stop while visiting for the first time in many, many years. Decent sandwiches.

The sandwhich is fine the only thing is that the (custom service sucks) this lady was rude while making my sandwhich I told her to toast my bread and she didn’t extremely rude bad service and bread is hard!

Craving a pastrami sandwich, what a mistake’! Never had such a SALTY infused sandwich in my life. I have always liked Togos since inception near SJSU in 1971…but this is just garbage!!

They put so little meat in the sandwiches that I switched to salads, and they sent the wrong dressing (Italian vs Asian) and it ruined my salad, had to throw it away. Never ordering from this location again.

Just tried the cheesesteak sandwich from this store. Yuck! The meat was tough and tasteless and the bun was stale. I tried gnawing through it but had to give up quickly. Sorry Togo's - a huge miss!

Awful service. Ordered a roasted beef sandwich, and specifically asked that the sandwich to be toasted. The server lady was probably day dreaming, did not follow, and did not ask me if I want cheese on it. Later when I try to correct my order, the server is very reluctant to make it right, and explained that the hot beef can melt the cold cheese, and it equals being toasted. Excuse me?! They should re-do it since the process is wrong. Later I got a sandwich toasted with all the vegetables being toasted together, very bad and very sad. Won’t go back for sure.

The service here sucks. At every other togos I’ve been to there’s eager employees, all of which are a young college age and they seem to genuinely enjoy their job. They know how to make great sandwiches and are very professional. This specific togos however is full of unprofessional older employees that spend most of their time speaking a different language and laughing behind the counter while keeping customers waiting. They’ll make eye contact with you but look away quickly and keep chatting. I once waited 10 minutes while trying to get their attention, while I knew they could hear me but kept ignoring me. They were right in front of me! I’ve seen on several occasions multiple employees not washing their hands or not wearing gloves. Every time I’ve been there I’ve had to repeat my order at least 3 times, and never have they gotten my order correct. I once got a sandwich with turkey, ham, tomato, mayo, lettuce, on a 9 inch white bread. They handed me a 6inch sour dough with turkey and ham and nothing else. There was nobody else in the place so I didn’t get somebody else’s sandwich, these people just suck at making sandwiches! They’re also extremely unprofessional, rude, and the place is often very dirty. Many times I’ve also seen them carrying open trash bags through behind the counter which is a sanitary violation. I make sure never to go here. Ever.
