Trust me, Looking for the best place to stay in Italy? It’s here. The staff were so kind, friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile. The food was phenomenal and so authentic. We were skiing and the location was PERFECT. Situated in a beautiful small alpine town, It took us 15 minutes from bed to chairlift every-morning on foot. If you want a fantastic affordable and memorable stay come to this hotel, I cannot praise the service enough and will certainly be back.

I enjoyed my stay here. It's a great cheap option to access the mountains (relative to other hotels in Madesimo town) as it's just a 5 min drive from the free Sky Express parking lot. Friendly service, clean throughout and good, reasonably priced food too (I enjoyed the venison ravioli in particular). The only negative I would point out is that there isn't much sound insulation between rooms, so I wore ear plugs to sleep. I would definitely still stay here again, thanks to all the staff!

A charming place in the mountains, close to madesimo. I spent 3 days here on a short ski trip in february 2019. The area is gorgeous. The hotel is clean, the hosts are extremely kind. The restaurant serves tasty, local fare. All in all a great experience especially for the price.

Real mountain charm - good, honest food, clean, comfortable rooms at the right price. No gluten free options, but they were helpful and happy to prepare something separately. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Albergo con camere rustiche ed essenziali ma pulite. Colazione meritevole, c'é abbastanza scelta sia di dolce che di salato, presenti anche torte fatte in casa. Abbiamo deciso di fermarci anche a cena e ci siamo trovati bene. Il menù non é vasto ma offre scelta sui piatti tipici della zona quindi pizzoccheri, sciatt, taroz eccetera. La sala ristorante non é enorme quindi prenotate in anticipo, noi abbiamo deciso all'ultimo ma sono riusciti comunque a farci sedere.

Il giovane che ci ha servito molto cordiale e simpatico. Il ristorante è pulito e molto piacevole. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Piatti tipici e abbondanti. Da raccomandare.

Bed&Breakfast consigliatissimo. Il servizio è cordiale e genuino, le camere sono ordinate e pulite, mentre la colazione (continentale) è molto generosa e soprattutto ricca di sfizziositá preparate in casa (torte e biscotti). Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto modo di provare anche il servizio ristorante a cena, per via di altri impegni personali. La posizione per noi è ottima e strategica. A 2 minuti dalla funivia, il paese resta piú basso rispetto a Madesimo, dove in questo weekend ad esempio con la nostra autovettura non saremmo mai riusciti ad arrivare, causa forte neve.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia durante le vacanze di carnevale. Non avendo trovato un hotel a Madesimo abbiamo riservato a Campodolcino. La posizione è estremamente strategica per il periodo invernale. Da Campodolcino c'è la funicolare Sky Express che ti porta in pochi minuti sulle piste di Madesimo in zona "Motta". Comodissimo! Si acquistano gli skipass direttamente alla partenza, il parcheggio è ampio. L'hotel Ca De Val è a 2 minuti in auto dalla partenza della funicolare. Il posto è carino e il personale cortese. Abbiamo avuto le colazioni comprese, nel week end preparavano anche i pancake per la felicità dei nostri ragazzi. Le camere erano semplici e pulite. Alla prossima occasione sceglieremo sicuramente Campodolcino e il Ca De Val per andare a sciare in questo comprensorio!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene 👍. Ottima posizione facile da raggiungere e con un buon parcheggio. Struttura accogliente spaziosa pulita e confortevole. Colazione fantastica 🤩. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante del hotel.. Che dire "tutto buonissimo e tipico dai pizzoccheri al dolce e ai vini della Valtellina".... Super 🤩. Da tornarci sicuramente.

Il personale è cordiale e il luogo, se pur con uno stile semplice, è ben curato e pulito. Nel ristorante potete trovare una buona varietà di piatti, compresi alcuni piatti locali. Buoni anche i vini.

I stayed at the property for a month, along with 7 other people for work. Giorgio is super helpful, he immediately made us feel at ease. The rooms are small but have everything you need. It's very quiet for a great night's sleep after a tiring day, whether hiking or, in our case, working. The breakfast is generous, and dinner is SPECTACULAR. Thank you, Giorgio, for everything.

We stayed with Giorgio and Elena for 3 nights. The location is superb, just a few minutes' drive from the Sky Express, in a beautiful spot with a beautiful view. The breakfast is excellent, generous, and features fabulous cakes and pancakes, among other things. The welcome was warm; the property also has a restaurant, which we unfortunately didn't try. The rooms are basic but equipped with everything you need and well-heated. Excellent value for money.

Hotel con stanze molto minimal, adatto x soggiorni brevi. Ho tovato il gestore poco disponibile con risposte scocciate e scortesi. Sarà che in questo periodo a Campodolcino e dintorni sono pochi gli hotel aperti e se ne approfittano. Abbiamo avuto l'occasione di cenare al ristorante e sempre il gestore ci ha fatto sentire poco graditi perché non avevamo prenotato (di posto ce n'era). Peccato perché abbiamo mangiato davvero bene, ci è piaciuto tutto quello che abbiamo ordinato, soprattutto la carne buonissima e cotta alla perfezione.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte. Stanze poco accoglienti, senza tende per la luce, lamoade non funzionanti, una sola presa elettrica, no cestini. Colazione a buffet abbastanza basic ma soddisfacente. Accoglienza abbastanza fredda. Non ci tornerei.

Siamo stati eri sera a cena con miei suoceri e mio figlio di 4 anni... Ci hanno portato per primo i pizzoccheri de mio figlio(buonissimi per carità)dopo 10 minuti arriva il mio secondo e quello di mia suocera, invece quello di mio suocero dopo 30 minuti abbondanti , ho chiesto come mai non ci hanno portato tutto insieme visto che così dovrebbe essere ,mi hanno risposto che c'era un solo cuoco e c'era molta gente Insomma mi chiedo prima di aprire il servizio serale pensi anche a questo no? Non mi fatte aspettare come una scema poi mi sento in colpa perché faccio certe domande , per carita dovete migliorare molto il servizio Mi avete deluso questa sera

My experience at this restaurant was, unfortunately, disappointingly mediocre. The food was lacking in quality, with poorly conceived and painstakingly executed dishes, while the service displayed an equal lack of professionalism and customer service. What should have been a pleasant discovery turned into a complete disappointment. It was my first visit and, without a doubt, it will also be my last: there's no reason to return to a place that so dramatically fails to meet the most basic expectations.

We booked a dinner here a day in advance. When we made the reservation, they simply asked our name and said "See you tomorrow" without specifying a time. When we arrived on the evening of the dinner (a Saturday), we showed up at 8:37 PM and were told we had to be there at least by 8:30 PM because that's when the kitchen closes. We were only able to eat a first course, and they were practically clearing our table while we were eating.
