Good and fresh food
Im always satisfied with the service, the food and atmosphere at this location.
A very small place with a big good flavor in their delicious meals. Every thing I ate was flavorful with out being salty. That is an A+
Love it they treat you like family when you walk in the door.
Always my favorite place to eat near by, the food, the service it’s the best!!
Salmon and vegetables like beets, advocato salad, broccoli and potatoes taste great & a healthy food choice.
I love the ceviche. She young girl who work there is a sweetheart as well.
jasmine is the nicest.!!food is delish..especially the chicaronees
Great dining experience. Friendly, courteous, and sociable staff; felt very welcomed. Food is flavorful and cooked as requested.
My favorite place to get Dominican food. The people are so warm and welcoming and the food is 10/10.
They had a limited menu on the day I ate there. I had the jerk chicken with Guyanese style Chinese fried rice. It was the best Guyanese food I found in Jersey City. West Indian food is limited in Jersey City. Staff was polite.
I’ve become a regular at this spot, especially for breakfast. The food is consistently delicious and authentic—you can tell it’s made with care. They have a great variety of dishes on the menu, so there’s always something new to try if you want to branch out from the classics. What to expect: * The Food: Authentic flavors and very generous portions. * The Price: Highly reasonably priced. It’s one of the best values in the area for the quality you get. * The Service: The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. I mostly come for the morning menu, but I occasionally stop in for dinner as well. Overall, it's a solid, reliable neighborhood gem.
Most of the food i tried have been good. Staff are friendly price are affordable
The food isn’t bad although they seem to not have a set price on their platters since the prices kept changing. My biggest complaint is their delivery person constantly making noise with their moped every day! Like get it fixed already it’s broken. Every night you hear the engine being cranked over n over until he can finally get it started.
Unfortunately I ate at the African Caribbean music festival in Silver Springs . The oxtail was mostly tough ( I had a few tender pieces and bones); the rice was a mix of undercooked (crunchy) and over cooked (mushy). My heart was broken; I was sooo excited. It cost me $32 but I was too far away to drive back so I gambled and lost. It happens sometimes. The cabbage was perfect. So I paid $32 for cabbage🤦🏾♀️.
Early Wednesday afternoon I came in and got yellow rice and stew chicken. The food was extremely good, did not have an off taste. This was my first meal of the day might I add. Shortly after eating I began to feel weak and my stomach started to turn in an indescribable way. I threw up the entire plate. Today is Saturday as I’m writing this and I am STILL suffering from food poisoning from eating their food, not sure if it was rice or the chicken but something is not right.
This was my 1st time ordering here and it will be my last. My husband & I usually get our food from Gusto Latino down the block but they're closed on Sundays. So we decided to give this place a try. Bad decision. Spent $27 on a dried up chicken that was suppose to include beans, salad, & a side. The girl who works the front told my husband that they had no beans. What Caribbean restaurant has no beans?!? I got no salad either. And the customer service is not even great either. The girl that serves the food is very rude. Doesn't try to listen to the customer and is rushing you out. Very unprofessional!!!!! This place is a joke! Never again!!
The food has gone down in quality and they make up the prices as they go…unreal…the ladies working there are so rude and they want you to buy rotten salad and if You complain they give you an attitude and they don’t even own the place…
The prices are different everyday. By law prices have to be posted and accurate. Charged $11 for a dish and the next day I ordered the same and was charged 18 and then a week later 15. Never going back as they price whatever they want.
YOUNG GIRL WAS FIXING MY FOOD & AS IM TELLING HER HOW TO FIX MY FOOD SHE WASN'T LISTENING TO ME ON HOW I WANTED MY FOOD ON A PLATE SHE KEPT DUMPING FOOD ON TOP OF FOOD THAT I DIDNT WANT MIX TOGETHER THEN A LIL BIT OF MY FOOD FELL IN THE PAWN OF HANDS WHICH SHE WAS FIXING WITHOUT ANY GLOVES THEN PUT THE FOOD INSIDE MY DISH WITHOUT NO CARE IN THE WORLD SMH NASTY & SUCH A IDC ATTITUDE SHE HAS TOWARDS MAKING OUR FOOD IM SPEAKING OF THE YOUNG GIRL WITH THE GLASSES SMH NEVER AGAIN🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
The food is horrible rice is cild and they served me turkey instead of chicken i knew cause im algeric to turkey they denied when i called the lady that works there very rude and un mannered they suck at what they do
