I don't remember the name of my various dishes from the menu, but it was something like "From hooves to head" consisting of what you normally don't eat, though I eat pig legs and sheep head. Both food and wine was great. However I had a long conversation with Mr. Palluda after the meal about what fantastic pieces of meat you can find on any animals head and fish head as well. I really enjoyed our conversation and the extra glass of Arneis :-)

We had an incredible, authentic truffle experience at this Michelin star restaurant! We went for dinner on a Monday night and chose to order a-la-carte. We thoroughly enjoyed our dishes and chose to order dishes that honored the traditional Piedmontese dining experience. However, we did go on a Monday night, and believe that this led to the atmosphere not being the best. There was only one other couple in the restaurant with us, and there was no music playing. It was very quiet and, at times, felt a bit awkward. However, as an American I understand that here in this region of Italy, many places are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. It is most likely that we picked a bad night. Overall, the food was absolutely marvelous and we felt we got the best value for our truffle dishes at All’Enoteca. We would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

We stopped in for lunch. The manager was very nice. A couple of us tried their daily menu - 3 courses plus dessert for 35 euro. Excellent food. The others had a smaller lunch. We sat outside. Beautiful interior & exterior. I had the hen pasta - not only very good taste but you could see the chef really put some individual thought into the recipe. Not "average" at all, really unique taste. Definitely recommend.

1 Michelin star classy restaurant in minimalistic interior. Could use a flower on the table maybe but that's personal taste ofc. I went for a tasting menu with wine pairing. . Noting they have an impressive winelist. Some disches were refined, some ok. Sometimes the use of salt was a bit too much for me. They kept a fairly quick tempo going. Oh and I must add the presentation is top! And great tableware(plates). The wines were local and paired well (3 whites 2 red for 40euro). Visit if you like fine dining. Prices are Price-quality ratio could be better (food and wine), thus 4.5*.

Sadly the charming atmosphere along with little pricey but decent food gets ruined by the borderline rude service. Waiter inattentive and when attending then only in a very distant and careless manner without ever explaining any dish or seeing if one could be in need of anything. Sadly they also ignored my vegan dietary requirements I specifically mentioned(written) while making the reservation online through Guandoo app ... leaving me with just a salad as an appetizer and stuffed eggplant(that itself was tasty) as main course. All in all my long time “want to go list” restaurant was very disappointing and I will not recommend this one nor visit it again any time soon.

We just cannot see any good about this restaurant. We went there and were totally disappointed. The menu has hardly anything good to eat, not even a decent pasta dish that we want to order. We just ordered a few appetizers，a bottle of wine and left for other restaurant for dinner. The service was bad, the server hardly smiled or have any intention to serve us.
