Awesome staff and great service for a busy location. I'd also like to apologize for the awful human that yelled at the employees for his hot chai latte not being extra hot. His drink order was ready and called and he was too busy on his phone for five minutes to bother picking it up when it was "extra" hot. He needs some lessons in manners. Everyone is doing great behind the counter. Thank you!
Had a great coffee (taste and temperature on the point) here during the travel lunch brake. Kendra’s service was quick, good and friendly with a smile. For a Starbucks a very pleasant experience.

So I come in on a regular basis, the other day I had an issue and one of the employees went to grab their general and assistant manager that I asked to speak too to resolve this issue. One of the employees made my drink wrong and come to find out it was the assistant manager her name was Erica. She went to grab her manager who was one of the most rude people I’ve ever met. He didn’t handle the problem well at all, he was disrespectful and the other customers were noticing how not well managed this place was. I asked for a refund which he gave me but never offered to remake my drink. One of the employees, Ashley I believe her name was, came up to me and offered to remake my drink and apologized for the attitude she saw me having to deal with from her higher up management. All in all I’m making this review to make it known that not everyone makes a good manager!! I’m extremely thankful for the respect and time Ashley gave me and her sincerity towards me.

Quick turn around in order. Probably one of the better caramel macchiatos I’ve had. Sucks they have to charge more because it’s on the thruway.
Service was fantastic, coffee was ready in less than 2 minutes.
Probably on the thruway for iced, always good, clean service when you need that boost!
Great coffee jus a little pricey for just a regular grande coffee.
It's hard to rate a place that is closed. we stopped around 11 in the morning. Otherwise, it's been great.
Coffee seemed more expensive than other locations and had 2 options for bagged coffee.
This location was out of oat milk for coffee and berries for the pink drink. Kind of defeats the purpose of going to Starbucks.
My suggestion is whoever you have working window 🪟 that has a line about mile long be attentive to orders, look at what your giving before sending someone off with out there full order! This isn’t first time at this location! Managers maybe work with your employees on this!! Good place, but service is lacking !

Coffee tasted burnt, counter was covered with crumbs, staff pretty nasty
$6.90 for medium drink, I ordered large, service with a smile. Guess we know why they smile so much, someone should instruct that it's the customer that should be smiling.....
I frequent this starbuck because we travel the threwway every weekend. This location closes early ALL THE TIME. I look forward to a coffee to be disipointed 7 out of 10 times. The workers are also not very friendly! Oh again closed early cane today!
someone used my debit card information to buy something here. i don't evan live in new york. called the person, she just told me to contact the bank. just don't like that the fact, that they don't at least id someone if they buy something through there app
This is a brand new building and Starbucks. You can’t use the Starbucks app here and - most grossly - the brand new display case has a fruit fly infestation.
Sooo slow. No line, seven employees and a ten minute coffee.
If one of the three employees in the back looked up by the register every now and then you'd see your would be customers walking away
Don't expect good service here at all!! People take order was rude and I misspoke and they acted like I was the worst person ever!!! Will never go here again no matter how far I drive!
They weren't open. It was hugely disappointing as their hours are not posted anywhere until you get there and see they aren't open.
Not open at 6 AM as posted does not have a signed listed yet though this worker seems to not communicate that to people standing waiting! Poor customer service

All the employees were in the back chatting with each other. I made eye contact with one of the employees more than once, and I was completely ignored. After at LEAST 10 min, I had to yell for someone to take my order, then another 10 min and they hadn't even STARTED my drink! I even heard them arguing 'no one told me to make his drink!' Not to mention the people behind me still waiting. And they made the drink wrong to top it off. I have worked at starbucks in the past, this kind of thing is absolutely inexcusable. Clearly bad management, but also the employees know better. I expect better from starbucks.
Doesn't take money apparently unless it's a gift card or cash... Can't even use the Starbucks app. Because they aren't a corporate site? Then couldn't do the drink we paid for and had to do a cheaper drink than what I paid for.
My family invluding the kids loves starbacks but the experience of today is a WOW experience from in a BAD way. Ordered Vegan and recieved with cheese and egg, decaffeinated drink and with no traces of coffee ... no Appologies or any form of .... What an ignorant and unfriendly service
I value Starbucks for consistency when traveling. This one missed the mark. Cold brew was watery, and they messed up order (added sweetener to black cold brew, excluded from vanilla cream). Stinks to be 5 miles down the thruway before realizing it.
Not too pleased with my first ever two visits while on vacation. First day asked for decafinated tea with 3 creams. Waited over 4 minutes fir this and a,dark roast coffee. Finally got it, went back to hotel only to find NO cream at all in my tea. Tried again day two, different associate, tea order ok, however I had to explain what a double double coffee order was. Working in a coffee shop I would assume you'd know that! Very disappointed
