As a woman born and raised in Georgia and has grown up eating Chick-fil-A since I was literally in pre-K. I know the standard of Customer service to expect at Chick-fil-A. This location and other locations around LA definitely could use some training in the Culture of Chick-fil-A this is not McDonald’s. Customer service is supposed to be top-tier here, but I’ve noticed some of the people that work at Chick Chick-fil-A’s around LA are not the friendliest or courteous and they don’t even say my pleasure. If you don’t like your job Apolonia then leave.

Food was great but not very reliable. I ordered 24 sandwiches for a birthday party and only received 12 but I was still charged for the full amount. There was nothing I could do since it was late but I after called to get a refund. I got a refund then was called about some goodies I would receive but never did. Again food is great but not very reliable

Too long waiting for order at the drive thru and when I meet Teresa at the window, she gave me a wrong order. She looks like she dosen't know what is the job. Or she is new. Not friendly person. Don't waist your time and money here. They Don't appreciate the customer. And they don't know how to make a happy experience.

I go to chik fil a lot and returned to this location since moving to Simi and it was very sub par. Flat coke, overcooked fries, dry chicken, stale bun, and wilted lettuce. No thanks.

Charging a paying customer for a large tap water is absolutely ridiculous. 75 cents for TAP WATER.

This location has to b the worst managed in existence. They constantly run out of ingredients. I’ve been there on a day where they ran out of cheddar cheese!!! This morning even tho I was in line at 1020 they refused to serve me breakfast!!!! Victor is the WORST manager in the chic fil universe!!!!

Extremely disappointed with the staff but mostly management at this Canoga park location. I am a very regular customer and I am really surprised at this interaction. Manager Carina /Karina was very rude and did not help work out a mistake caused by chic fil a. Placed a pick up order for a single chicken sandwich and was told it could not be prepared for another 2 hours. After I had already made the trip and arrived at the store front. So strange that the chicken sandwich place doesn’t sell you a chicken sandwich? Actually, correction, they did sell it to me and took my money but refused to give me the item. Ridiculous.

I ordered a #1 large fry and extra pickles on my sandwich which I payed for. Shortly after I left and began to eat my fries they were terribly gross. They tasted old, and they had a bad smell to them. I could absolutely could not eat them. I called and spoke to customer service about a refund and they said it’s at the manager discretion ( makes no sense to me) I was given bad food and it actually made me sick. The manager never called me back and I never got a refund.

I ordered the seasonal Honey Pepper Pimento sandwich and it looks like the box it came in was punched? On top of that, the sandwich is just 2 buns and a piece of chicken in between, seems like the “Honey Pepper Pimento” part was not included. Not sure what I did wrong as I’m always polite with the restaurant staff and I love Chick fil A, needless to say I will not be going to this location anymore

Would give this 4 Stars but the curbside pickup is not open. Not sure why but that would increase service. Food is what you come to expect. If they opened up curbside service would increase, like a restroom that isn't closed. Till then, it's an easy area of improvement. 02/24 Revised review. Ordered on app. Waited forever for my food, over 20 minutes. I thought this was fast food. They only had one person working the register. I had checked in but there was no follow up and I still waited. Line in the drive thru and counter seemed long. I came at 7pm on a Friday night. Expect to wait.

TERRIBLE!! I was charged $0.10 for a paper bag without my consent! Chick-fil-A is starting a new trend that other fast food restaurants may follow. This Chick-fil-A should be sued for these charges that they slip in your bill especially if you don’t ask for your receipts. It’s not being cheap but this is not acceptable and unlawful!
