First class truck and trailer repair shop. Their road service guy stopped to help me on his way to another call when he stopped to see if I needed assistance I said yes. After he finished that job he stopped back by and when got me movable to go to their shop and complete the needed repairs.

They know big trucks and I appreciate their standards for generally the work done is thorough and is also done well. Raymond runs a tight ship here. I highly recommend them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My truck had been at this shop for 3 months 20 K in repairs and assured me they fixed the truck for the third Just picked up the truck took it out for the first time and it’s doing the same thing we took it in for. Their employee was unbelievably rude when I asked questions about the charges and said the next time he called he would not talk to me. At no point was I ever rude, I just wanted to know what I was being charged for . Come to find out we were being charged for a warranty part that they were refunded for. I called the manufacturer and confirmed. Don't waste your time and money take your truck to someone that doesn't lie and can actually fix it.

I was in Massillon in my car and one of the drivers was tailgating really bad I had a child in my car and he had on his brights the whole time behind me really unprofessional. It happened at 9 at night on 7/ 24 / 20 near the Massillon cemetery

Carrier reefer quit running took it here for repair, got unit running but never tried to find the reason it shut off on me to start with. Paid Bill and left. 1 hour later unit had quit running again. Only gave 1 star because that is lowest possible, don't even deserve that much.
