Service is a bit slow but the workers are very friendly I think they may just need an Additional set of hands to assist with drive thru and drive up orders. They have a great selection of slushies, shakes and drinks. If you go after 7pm the drinks are half off.

Excellent customer service! The food is affordable when using the app, and it’s always served quickly, hot, and fresh. I’d choose Sonic over McDonald’s any day for both the quality and the service. Highly recommend!

Not too bad, every-time I’ve come here I had a good experience. It does take longer for them to bring the food to your car so I’d recommend the drive thru.

I like this place here. They were closed for a while and boy did I miss them!!! The food is better especially the mozzarella sticks. They were so hot and they made them fresh. The slashes were half price during happy hour. I ordered the strawberry apricot red bull slushy and it was good. Overall, they were nice,patient, because my kids were deciding, and happy to help. Thank you Sonic. It reminds me back down south. It is always a wonderful treat.

My family were raving about the experience of drive in milk shake, unfortunately we ended up going late and couldn’t have the experience they are known for. Nevertheless, we ended up having their milk shake and I should say, please provide thicker straw😅 The shake was very thick that it took lot of effort to have it using the straw provided. Taste of the milk shake was amazing and size of huge. It took me hours to finish it but definitely worth it

I consider human life to have absolutely no value, but Sonic's burger meal almost makes me question that stance. The patty was ok, and the bun held up surprisingly well. On the bright side, Wenda the cat from Sprunki would probably appreciate the messy, saucy state they left the box in. The Reese's shake was a highlight, with a rich peanut butter flavor that almost redeemed the meal's inconsistencies. Overall, it's a solid fast food option.

Food is always great the only issue I have is getting the sauce I ordered. So when ordering online they give you the option to have a certain amount of sauces for free and I'm pretty sure that it is 5. I enjoy honey mustard a lot on my fries and sandwiches. Usually I'll order 2-3 depending on the the size and amount of food in my order. They will purposely not give me the amount of sauces I ordered regardless of how many I ask for. So from now on I'll be going inside to pick up my food and ask for my sauce. Half the time it's not even in my bag. 🥺

Had a great time, the shakes were delicious, and the chilli cheese tater tots were amazing. My one problem is that I ordered a super sonic double BACON cheeseburger, and when I got it, it only had one piece of bacon, the burger was also cold, and dry. However the customer service was top tier. The guy that was serving me, was very polite and super kind.

It was my first time going. I had a great experience, and the food and drinks were what I expected. A bit extra salty than I like, but other than that, the fries were hot and fresh. The shakes we ordered were great, and the burgers were very filling.

My goodness!! If anyone out there loves SLUSHES this is the place to go no of and or buts about it. This place does a wonderful job making them. The only bad thing is when your done with it. You can't believe it went that fast!! So ny favorite slush drink its lemonade with real fruit. I know right!? Its not a crazy 8 worded SLUSH but hey sometimes it doesn't have to be. You gotta try it and dont forget to download the app. (Where you get all your specials from)

We ordered two slushies with nerds. One of them got mixed with lime when it wasn't asked for. It wasn't bad but it took away from the blue raspberry flavor. The service was quick and the guy taking our order was nice.

This place has great food, but the wait is extremely long. Alot of people and myself waited in line for 40+ min just for them to say it is mobile orders only. Many people left angry. That was a waste of time for them and not cool at all. I heard the drive thru worker mention that to the car infront of me so I decided toplace my order online and pick it up at the window.

I have never had any problems with food or drinks here, but very disappointed in service every time I go. Waited at pickup multiple times for 5-15 min's after ordering 5 min's before I even showed up there. Had to go in to get my order, waited 5 min's until someone finally came out of the kitchen (after another customer banged on the kitchen door) with attitude and roller her eyes when I told her I was waiting outside for 15 min's and inside for another 5. Got my food finally (which was great) but the restaurant looked like a dump. Called customer service, was told I would hear from the manager (never did) and that I would get a full refund (never did), not that I asked for it or expected it, but a call would have been nice. I haven't been back since, which stinks because the food/drinks are always good. I think this location needs a lot of help.

So I just cleaned my truck inside and out about 15hrs 2 days I go and get a overpriced milkshake because I wanted 1she hands it to me and the lid wasn’t on you already know what happened so I go home and have to clean the mess 1hr and my milkshake melted. Rrrrrrrrr just put the dam top on tight. It’s not to much to ask is there any place In stoughton that sells decent food anymore that doesn’t cost over $50 after 10.

The double smash-burger was delicious. Reminded me of a Whataburger which are very satisfying. I ordered it with tots, but got crinkle cut fries once the bag was opened. 50% for order quality assurance on this visit. Worth a second visit to see what the other items taste like.

This is based on my most recent couple of experiences at this location. I don’t know if the place changed management but my recent visits both ended with me not getting an item I ordered and waiting a while to get the rest. I felt like leaving this review because on top of waiting a long time and not getting one of the items I ordered, the burger I paid for looked undercooked and did not taste great (I probably should not have eaten it but the meat did not have red in it so I thought it was safe when I was hungry). As I write this I’m crossing my fingers that I don’t throw up from it upsetting my stomach, if I do than I would have paid for an expensive combo just to get sick on a work day. It seems like the drive-thru person from when I came was overworked. I get the sense that the rest of the crew is either undertrained, understaffed, or doesn’t care. I don’t think I will be visiting that location again for a while. Hopefully things improve soon.

You can't get inside so if they mess up an order, you have to stand at the back door to talk to someone. Tried ordering online on the website which was having issues and kept declining my card.. I ordered at the store and then checked my account to see I had been charged 4 times for 1 meal totally over 100 pulled from my account to be told I would most likely have it back in 5 days. 🤦‍♀️

It wasnt a great experience here. Walked in to an empty register, loud music playing in the kitchen area and just not a welcoming feel. Waited about 5 or so minutes just for someone to come out. Once food was ordered it took about 20+ min just to get the food. While waiting about 3 door dash type people came in also waiting for someone to assist them, some people who had ordered by phone who were waiting outside had come in saying they had been waiting over 30 min. Now to the food, if it wasn't for the fries and tater tots being so good, their rating would have probably gone down a star. The #1 that I got was a smash style burger that was very messy, which just makes it look unpleasant was also very salty. I'm really not one to complain, especially at fast food restaurants, but this just made me not want to go back to this location. This by no means is a reflection on Sonic, as I have been to other locations and had a normal to good experience. I also am not putting down the cooks as this is solely a management issue. All places deserve a chance but the effort to stand proud of the chain you are working for must be reflected in the service the customers are experiencing.

Stopped here for a milkshake. Pulled into the ordering station (½ of them were broken) pressed the red button and it blinked for a few minutes before someone inside disabled it. So I went through the drive through and placed my order. Pulled around to the window and asked how much something was. The woman rolled her eyes and acted like it was the end of the world. I gave her my card and she snatched it from my hand. Don't need people like that working there.

Fun sometimes to bring family And the food O.K Sometimes But when you crave for Sonic we expect Great Food and sometimes the food will be great and then there’s other days.that the food is off and they like using their cooking oil over and over they probably keep it there for about two weeks seriously, sometimes I eat my food when is good and there are days when I’m returning it.

The quarter pounder patties were so squished down they overlapped the bun on all sides. We ordered cheese fries but got cheese tots instead. We didn't receive utensils in order to eat the chili cheese tots with. The burgers looked like they had been made ahead of time and were sitting in a warming bin waiting to be served. The ice cream was good and the mix-ins were plentiful.

I've been here before and it was amazing the first time. But after the construction they did it just turned all downhill. The insides are gross, feels unclean, floors are wet, and staff just don't seem to care. The drive in bays don't work properly, workers can't hear you through them but you can hear them just fine. Even on a not busy day I sat here waiting 20-30 minutes for a simple order of 4 items to come out. Tables aren't clean, floors are messy and wet, there's for some reason low hanging lights you can hit your head off of as I watched someone do that whilst writing this review.

Drive through. But dang!!! You would have thought there was only one person doing all the jobs. I got fries and tots and was in line for 15m at 230. Not even busy. Very good fries and tots, but over $11 for 1 large of each? They used to be huge, but now they are no bigger than a McDonald's large for almost $6. Good fries and tots but not worth it.

Bummer of a sonics really. Don’t get me wrong it’s still sonic, so the food is as to expect. The problem lies in the service, which is laughably bad. I had gone down the drive-thru to get a milkshake, and they told me they “don’t do any ice cream on Tuesdays”??. On top of that, I can understand when it’s busy, and things slow down. 30 minutes for a milkshake though is a little silly. Please give me my food without giving me sass that is all I ask I am begging. Also I really don’t understand the point of a dine-in area if it sits unused and closed 24/7, seems like a waste of money and space but I’m not a business major so what do I know. Could be worse, could’ve been a Burger King

Inside is sad and dreary, and the food doesn’t make it any better… The mozzarella sticks tasted stale and the cheese wasn’t stretchy whatsoever. It was also cold and hot at the same time, the cheese inside was cold and the outside was warm. The guy at the register was nice and everything and got us our food very quickly. am extremely disappointed and honestly disturbed by my experience at this Sonic Drive-In. First, my chicken had a hair cooked into it — completely unacceptable and unsanitary. My milkshake was even worse. It had spoiled milk chunks in it and tasted sour, clearly not fresh. On top of that, the dining area was dirty. Tables had crumbs and debris all over them, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant looked neglected. If the front of the store looks like that, it makes you question what’s happening in the kitchen. Unfortunately, it didn’t stop there. The next day, both my friend and I developed severe symptoms consistent with food poisoning — nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, and diarrhea. Even more concerning, my friend’s 8-year-old sister also became sick after eating from this location and had to be taken to the hospital. She is currently recovering. This is no longer just about bad service or poor presentation — this is a serious food safety issue. When multiple people get sick within 24 hours of eating the same meal, especially after already seeing clear sanitation problems, that points to major failures in food handling and quality control. Corporate and the owner need to investigate this location immediately. No family should have to deal with a hospital visit because of a fast-food meal. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to take this seriously before someone else gets hurt.

I did an order last night at 10 o’clock. If I knew you were a closing I would’ve never ordered at that time. I already spoken to Doordash . They never should’ve taken my payment at 10:03 PM. My food was cold. The burgers were burnt and hard, and my mozzarella sticks were so hard, I was very unhappy. I didn’t even get to eat it order number 5338 tag number 9938. It seems like that food has been sitting there all night. I still have it if you wanna come and get it it was disgusting.

I bought two meals which came in a very small bag. The tater tots were rock hard. My chicken sandwich was rock hard and overcooked. The service took approx 35 minutes to get our food which was unedible. I know I'm not the only person who has had this experience and their staff should be held accountable. On a good note, the strawberry lemonade was pretty tasty to wash down the tater tot stone fragments.

Update: I thought I would give this location a second chance. ordered ahead, checked in to my stall when I arrived. I waited 15 minutes and my food never showed up. I pressed the button on the stall and they brought it right out, but all the food was cold. Lowering my rating to 1 star.

Seriously the worst service I have ever gotten. The carhop was I guess in a horrible mood or something. He acted like he completely hated his job.At first he wouldn't even look my way then I tried to let him know that it wasn't letting me use my card when prompted. He then proceeded to just take my card out of my hand and walked away. I didn't even know what to think at that moment, I was a little stunned. He came back and handed me my card and still without any eye contact or any hint that he cared even the slightest bit about being there said to me " if you need something else just press the red button"....and without me getting a chance to say a word he walked away.t Now on to the food. Most of the order was incorrect. The jumbo popcorn chicken was awful. It was so hard I couldn't eat it. I can't say that I will ever go back there. I do hope the man there wàs just having a bad night.

I never post reviews, but I believe this one is necessary. My wife ordered the Master Oreo Cheesecake Shake and it tasted rotten. I got the Peanut Butter Cup Shake and it tasted like expired milk. In all honesty they tasted like the spoiled milk jelly bean that comes in the Beanboozled Jelly Bean Pack (disgusting) I guarantee that the machines haven’t been cleaned properly. We will not be having anymore of their shakes, especially from this location. Other than that the French Toast Sticks are good at least!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We live out of the area now and figured we’d stop for food since we don’t live near it anymore. We waited 20 minutes just to order food, (others before had still been waiting before us) the food was all horrible. It was my two kids and I, my burger tasted old and freezer burnt before being cooked. The fries were old as well, to top it off both of my two young kids and I have been sick since eating it last night. $30 for a meal and two kid’s meal and I’d rather have gone next door to McDs. The lobby area was nasty too. We won’t be back 🤢

The shake was the best of what I ordered. The burger didn't taste like any beef I have ever had. Mystery meat! No one in our family enjoyed our 4th of July lunch at Sonic. Was looking forward to a wonderful first time experience as I heard so much about Sonic. The bathrooms were gross! Filthy and where u order inside was not appealing at all. I will never come here again! Don't waste your hard earned money at this dump like we have please. BTW this Sonic is in Stoughton Ma.

America's Drive In? Honestly a perfect description for such a run down, over hyped, slow eatery. I show up and the parking lot was littered with so much trash you would think the local dump trucks used the place as overflow. Inside? All the chairs were up and the lights off. Going over to the famous order kesosk and reviewing the menu I was excited to order. Ive never been to a sonic before and dreamed of eating under the canopy. I was studying the menu and after about 4 minutes hit the button to order. Only to be met with a very annoyed voice telling me the car port was closed. Okay fine, but I'm here so I might as well eat SOMETHING. So I go to the drive through and got a footlong hot dog with an Ocean Drink. 6 minutes. 6 minutes. The entirety of Sara by Hall and Oates and then some. They had my card for that entire time too. The only reason I am reviewing and giving one star is because the hot dog was very good. Hopefully this isn't a glimpse of the American future....

don’t get to come here much since moving away but every time i come back the service is horrible and the food is cold or stale. went today ordered a pretzel and a drink, was rushed at the speaker and not welcoming at all. waited at the window for 10 minutes before someone came over, said the price and walked away for another 5. the location looks absolutely trashed as well.

Wow! Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes, got to the window and was asked what we want. We started to order and were THEN told the grill was broken. Who goes to Sonic for chicken strips? Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes. Finally ordered 2 all Americans with just cheese and onions. Waited another 2 mins. For a reply her to say what we ordered nothing! Wouldn't really go here unless you did Drive Thru. Food is really subpar, it sounds better than McDonalds but the quality is not there. Stale bread and old meat. The service though can vary. A lot of the times it feels like employees here are miserable and can't stand the sight of you. I tried to ask an employee if today was okay to dine-in but she ignored me and when my Dad honked at her to get her attention, that really made her mad. Which I do get, I get annoyed too if someone honked at me but her ignoring me once when I asked her about dining in and twice when I stood at the register looking at the menu. Well I'm not gonna eat here anytime soon, the employees seem like they don't want to work here, so I'll set them free by not giving them my business and other people shouldn't either, then they'll have to close down and the employees will finally be free and not miserable!

March 21st, 2025 at 10:50 pm . Mariah at the drive through window was really rude . I pulled up at the window and did not get greeted, she saw me and just continued to talk to her coworkers and even left. After a while she came and asked for my card to pay and gave me my card with no receipt and closed the window. I had to wait again till she came back with the food to ask for the receipt. Very poor customer service. Her long nails also pierced through one of my sauces.

Placed an order on doordash and couldn't send special instructions because the store chose that for whatever reason, I was instructed by doordash to call sonic to tell my special instructions over the phone. However, I called twice as soon as my order went in and didn't a single person answer the phone now my order is on the way. Terrible customer service!!

Was on site trying to order for 15 minutes at the carhop then at the drive thru. The same car was sitting at the window not running possibly a friend of one of the employees honestly I think they were intentionally parked there blocking the drive thru. There appears to be multiple workers at the drive up window not really doing anything productive as there was 8-10 vehicles either on the drive thru line or at an ordering spot and I didn’t see any food going out and no orders being taken at the speaker. This was at 10:00pm on a Saturday night the hours state it’s open until midnight. The building is in a state of disrepair as is the drive thru signage and car hop stations missing menus non working screens disgusting sidewalks lack of appropriate lighting and just a pure lack of general upkeep. The operator of this franchise is clearly not attentive to the situation that is going on here and is allowing workers to literally steal time from them while there is a parking lot full of people trying to spend money here. I will be contacting corporate to file a complaint and the Stoughton board of health about the disgusting nature of the exterior and trash area of the restaurant.

If I could give negative stars, this Sonic outside of Boston would be deep in the negatives. As someone who grew up where Sonic was born—Wichita Falls, TX/Lawton, OK—and lived in Krum, TX (home of some of the best Sonic locations in the country), I know exactly what this brand is supposed to stand for. This location? A disgrace. Let’s start with the first issue: the app advertises 44oz drinks, but this store doesn’t even stock them. Why have them on the menu if they don’t exist? False advertising at its finest. But fine, whatever, we adjust our order. We arrive at car hop stall 6, check in, and wait. For ten minutes. Finally, someone comes on the speaker—not to take our order, not to apologize for the delay, but to inform us that the car hop was closed. Apparently, we needed to go inside or use the drive-thru. No sign, no prior notice—just ten minutes wasted before they unceremoniously cut the mic off. So, we pull up to the window, hoping for some semblance of customer service. Instead, we’re greeted by an employee whose attitude screamed, “I hate this job, and I hate that you’re here.” With visible disdain, she simply asks, “What do you want?” No greeting, no confirmation—nothing. I tell her we’ve already checked in through the app and give her my name. She slams the window shut and walks away without a word. Moments later, she returns, shoves our food at us at lightning speed, and—shockingly—slams the window again without so much as a “have a nice day.” At this point, I don’t even know which drink is which, so I wait for her to return and ask. Her response? “I don’t know, I didn’t make all that.” Then, she walks away. Again. Now, let’s talk about the food. Absolute disaster. The packaging looked like someone had shaken it like a maraca before handing it over. Sauce-covered boxes, sticky soda cups dripping with syrup and melted ice cream, and overall, just a complete mess. This wasn’t just a mistake—it was carelessness and complete disrespect for the customer. Sonic was built on Southern hospitality, but this place missed the mark so badly it’s almost offensive. If this is how Sonic is going to be represented in New England, the corporate office should just shut this location down and start over. This was the worst Sonic experience I have ever had in my life. If anyone from Sonic’s corporate team reads this, fix this store immediately. It is a stain on the brand’s reputation.

Went inside to order a drink sat there for 15 minutes nobody came out front he back went to the park drive threw sat for another 15 minutes didn’t work or answer then went tot he drive through sat for another 20 minutes nobody answered the speaker so then I reversed left and will never again try going there sat in three spots trying to order for over 40 minutes and nobody ever even noticed I was there or tried to take my order horrible service waist of time unfortunately

Goofy restaurant. Came here around 730 well before closing time and went inside. I'm waiting at the cashier and no one's there. I see several workers in the back peaking through the window and then hiding from view. One of the idiots even loudly says "Yooo there's someone out there" while they keep hiding. Where do they even find these people? Bizarre.

Been to this restaurant before but in the south. Had a great memory of it back then. Decided to visit this one and try to recreate those same memories - it was a mistake. Order was done by the app, it said to arrive at a certain time, when we did I waited more than 30 minutes for our food. All of that just to receive my burger without patty. Disappointed.

After ordering, we pulled up to the drive thru. There are no other cars in the parking lot/behind us in line and the restaurant itself is empty. The 4 staff that I observed through the drive thru were either on their cell phones or milling about. It was about 15 minutes before we got out order and the cashier did not say a word. I didn’t dare ask for napkins or sauce as she promptly shut the drive through window. We finally for the food and the $10 chicke ln tenders look nothing like the menu. How disappointing.

It was previously eaten by Sonic. But I've never eaten in a Sonic as bad as this. The burger looks like it was passed through the beach water before throwing what was on the grill so salty that it was. Bad potatoes tasted like oil. The store is disgusting and as the inside of the store looks, horrible! the employees seem to weigh their lips to give a smile. So expensive that it's their food, to be given food from the dump.

We did the order ahead on the app. We arrived and checked in on the app and put the stall number in. Order will come out at 10:25PM. It’s 11:08PM now. I pressed the button on the drive in stall next to us, was told they can’t come out per the manager and we have to get in the drive through lane which is moving slower than a dead snail. Unacceptable. Way too long to wait for 2 slushes and an ice cream. And to be told if I need a refund I have to come see a manager.

Waiting here for an uber eats order, app tells me per the restaurant to go through the drive up lane to tell them that , I click the button, no answer for like 20-25 minutes, then im being told to pick it up in the drive through. I’m seeing through older reviews that this is a common occurrence, & then the only response im seeing per the owner is to escalate it to the manager / higher ups. Clearly that’s not doing anything if this continues to be a problem. I work in customer service so I strongly empathize, but people work hard for their money and deserve to be tended to / serviced in a timely manner. Do something !

Then, when an employee finally came out from the back, she was extremely rude and had the nerve to be impatient! The restaurant was disgustingly filthy. All we wanted were 2 slushies. Run down and rough location of a generally low end gimmick of a burger chain. Most of the light bulbs were blown out or flickering and a lot of the plastics were cracked. It looked like a horror movie set.

I did on online order and followed all directions to pick it up. It took fifteen minutes because nobody carried the food out to the car, all the doors were locked, and their outside order buttons weren’t working… horrible experience

I have had the worst day. Excitedly came to Sonic for some lunch because there aren't any near where I live, only been like twice in my life. Ordered a number 2, with a limeade slush. They gave me a soda. And the burger had nothing in it. And I had to wait 20 minutes. This place is terrible. Nobody knew what they were doing. They didn’t understand what we were ordering. Got an ice cream with no spoon, and not enough straws for our drink. Thankfully we had an Extra straw in the car. Wish i could get my money back, but I was just stopping there for some food on my way to Maine. But never again!! Update!!!! That number they give you to call with your complaint is a fluke. The guy at the end of the call just asks you if you want the owner to call you. When I told him that I already left a review and the owner told me to call you or go on the web site. So if the owner was to resolve anything it would have already been resolved on the review. But they directed me to you. So are they really going to call? Like what a sham. Don’t go to this place. I spent 40 dollars there. And what a waste of money. They shouldn’t even be allowed to be called sonic. An ACTUAL sonic wouldn’t do shady stuff like this.

I waited almost 10 minutes before someone at the drivethru spoke to me, then finally someone goes “hello, cash only.” I said “okay, nevermind” and drove off quickly, as I was frustrated with the wait, and how I was spoken to. Though, as I was leaving, my partner noticed they signaled for me to turn back around. So, I went back to the drivethru and after getting through the line the person goes “we’re cash only by the way” to which I said “I only have a card”.” And for whatever reason, it was fine the time, and she said “you only have a card? That’s fine.” I’m not sure why it was a different answer this time around, but once I made it to the window, I had to wait another nearly 10 minutes for fries, which yes, isn’t that long, but I feel like fries should be a ‘on standby’ type of thing. Just very frustrated a couple of times with the night staff at this location.

I don't usually leave reviews unless the business is really great or really bad and by the look of my rating...it's really bad. I drove 22 minutes to try Sonic for the first time ever after seeing a commercial on Tubi and it's really no good, maybe it was the workers working that night, the broken techs, or just the trashed parking lot but it just was a major No-no. To begin....my sprite was lukewarm with no fizz...lol...a soft drink with no carbonation was the first for me. My #3 cheeseburger was cold and flavorless and the big bodied Hispanic looking woman at the drive-thru was just plain rude, she was very pushy to order with zero customer service skills and when she couldn't hear she would "HUH?" The heck out of you. Welp...the great thing I will say is at least I have tried something outside of my regular choice of fast food and it's safe to say I won't be returning and anyone willing to give it a shot...take it..but be aware especially when this is coming from someone who's not a picky eater lol.

Place has gone WAY down hill since remodeling. Just go else where. Every single experience I’ve had here has just been worse and worse. Foods decent when you get it but incredibly long waits for mediocre overpriced food and they end up forgetting things? I’ll just eat at home. Don’t bother with the app either. The employees don’t check that and you’ll have to sit for 30 min for a simple order. Clean house, shut down for a few months, come back better. This place is a lost cause until then.

Tried to go to this location today with my infant twins. Half the bays were blocked, but a few were not. So I went to a bay to order so I could feed one of the babies while I ordered and waited. Waited a looooooooooong time for anyone to come on over the speaker and all they told me was to go to the drive through. No reason or further info given. After feeding my baby I went to the drive through and was told they were only accepting cash. This would have been good to be told when the person spoke to me in the bay. As I didn’t have cash and wasn’t going to unload two crying babies to go inside I wasn’t able to eat here today.

Terrible service! We walked in to place a simple drink order and stood there for at least 5 minutes without anyone coming out front, even though we could hear them talking out back. So I downloaded the app and placed our order that way. After standing there for another 5 minutes we walked out and stood in a stall to try and get our order. We told the app we were in the stall and even hit the button. 10 minutes later and no one had acknowledged us. It shouldn’t take 25 minutes to get two sodas! Take your money somewhere else!!!!

Wow, I really can’t believe that I did not check the reviews before I visited this location, it is bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad, and I was also so freaked out about how bad it was that I didn’t even take any photos. I did call the number provided and filed a report, even though it was very difficult to understand what they were saying, I’m sure they had the same complaint about trying to understand me.

I would leave zero stars if I could. This place is deplorable. First of all the front door is barricaded and looks abandoned. All of the stalls are either broken or out of service. Pieces of the building structure are quite literally hanging off. The girl at the drive thru sounded either high or drunk- definitely under the influence. The food was inedible. It was quite apparent they made all of the food at the start of their shift and left it to warm instead of providing fresh food out of pure laziness. Half of my milkshake is frozen and half is WARM. My fiancé and I finished eating 10 minutes ago and both have stomach aches, and we didn't even finish the food! The board of health needs to visit this location.

We ordered online. We parked and put info into the app. We waited 15 minutes and no one ever came. Other people were waiting also. We went through the drive thru. We were told their online ordering doesnt tell them when a customer has arrive and they dont check. Soooo my order was ready for 15 minutes and when it was given to me it was cold. Their window doesnt automatically open so I felt bad for the worker who had to push and hold it open. Corporate should pay more attention to their stores and help them by ensuring their online ordering process works and even simple things like the drive thru window...

Waited in the drive-through for over eight minutes at 3 o’clock on a Saturday. My order was never taken. I was the only person in line. There were multiple employees smoking and talking in the parking lot. It took less time to drive down the street to a KFC order my food and get it. I’d recommend going there instead.

What the hell is this?? My order is completely different than the one I received. A soaked ketchup filled burger with whatever the burritos is, it’s so frustrating to place a mobile order and for everything to come out entirely wrong. I paid extra for condiments to and didn’t even get that… don’t get no tots either it’s like they just gave me food and said hit the road

Jr frito chili wrap literally had 1/2 a table spoon of chili. It was just fritos and wrap. Jr cheeseburger deluxe was tender but didnt have what was advertised -lettuce tomato onion. I wanted to just test out the $1.99 menu. Will just hit wendys 4 for 4 and biggie bag next time. Waaaaay better. Their american cheese is also so sketchy-a light yellow instead of yellow-orange. The only good thing was the pickles. But wendys sweet pickles are better. I wish we had steak n shakes up here🤦🏽‍♂️

I don’t know what happened to this particular sonic because it used to be really nice, but it has completely gone downhill The parking lot is covered in trash from one side to the other, the speakers and the side of the building are covered in stickers, the menu signs are all discolored and turning yellow, all of the food stalls are either blocked by trash cans or the screens are broken, And the drive-through window had to be physically forced open by the staff member for them to hand me my food because it was stuck in place… The staff themselves were totally fine and i don’t blame them at all. I don’t even blame them for the trash because if you schedule 1-2 people to run the whole building then when exactly do you expect them to clean up? They are probably doing their best with the situation And no, none of us want to call a number or file a formal complaint with the franchise owner… We would prefer you saw these comments and did the work yourself We do not want to come back to our review after you copy and paste a generic “i’m sorry” message and ask us to reach out to you a second time

The place is falling apart, none of the screens work at the stalls. Did an online order, after 20 mins went inside. The place is dusty, dirty and tiles falling off everywhere. This place is a joke. We ordered online as nobody bothered to answer at the drive up kiosks. When I went inside to collect our order, there was nobody on the counter. Another customer warned me that there were no fountain drinks and they were instead giving other random drinks without pointing it out. Eventually, a young guy came out with a bag for me but no drinks. I asked him where they were, and he replied “We have no fountain drinks today”. He was confused and hugely defensive when I told him I would require either a suitable alternative or a refund. In fact, I resent being told to “chill” when asking for something I have legitimately paid for. His attitude was dreadful, and he should not be customer facing. Anyway, I spoke to the manager who did go out of her way to resolve the situation, and to be honest, she really needs to take a look at her front of house staff and figure out if they really want the job or not, and recruit people who do. Outside, there is trash in the parking bays that was dusty, nasty, and had clearly been there a while. One of the bays was closed off. Oh, and I ordered online and after paying, the screen said a receipt would be emailed to me. I never got one, and I will be checking my credit card account to make sure the correct amount was taken. The food was okay, but the overall experience has put me right off Sonic. It’s one of those brands that feels like it is taking its last gasps of air and the employees have given up on. I’m now waiting for the automated reply to this review from Sonic telling me they regret that I had a bad experience, and to call them to discuss it. That won’t be happening, as this review is an accurate record of my experience, and I am not interested in being pacified with corporate words promising that my feedback is important to them, blah, blah…

My first experience at a sonics. Got 1/4lb cheesburgers. The patties we paper thin. Had no flavor. Didn't even taste like cooked meat. Tasted like it was steamed. Total disappointment. Will never return. Just awful!
