Staff treated me well and made me feel welcome Seated quickly and server took drink order quickly Food was hot and had good sized portions Would go back again!after Covid open seating. Service and food excellent. Glad to be back

Lots of teenagers at later times but the portions are good, the waitress was this super kind women, bacon cheeseburger was super good, but if you have sensitivity to red meat I would stick away

I really enjoy going to Chili's because of the atmosphere service and the food is good even though it's not fancy or super fresh it is something that hit the spot and tends to feel like you had a good time getting out.

The food was great and our server was friendly and attentive. Good size servings and promptly prepared. Odd side note, a dishwasher who seemed mentally ill came out and started talking about voices telling him about god to us but left when I told him to. Our server told us the young man was told not to leave his station or talk to guests after being seen in the dining room. I appreciate that they are giving the guy a chance. It was just an awkward situation.

Food flavor wasn very mid. Chilis in Mexico is way better.

I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and every year, food quality has been worst each time. The steak had no taste. Big mouth bites were dry and the mashed potatoes looked like left overs. Fries and chips were good and servers were friendly. Probably won’t be coming back.

The food was okay and the service was a little slow. The sauces lacked flavor, the chicken and fries were okay, and the mac n cheese was too salty and not good. We waited for 5-10 minutes to get help at the to go counter. The atmosphere was okay, but nothing special. There were a lot of TVs in the bar area, but the space felt cramped in terms of seating and people.

I ordered soup to start and a pasta dish for my main course. My soup came. I'm enjoying it and within 2 minutes my main course came. I had the extra server. Was I being rushed out because my boo sat there to get cold while I enjoyed my soup. Needless to say, by the time I got to the pasta it was cold and I just had it packed to take home after reheating. It was awful so I just threw it away. I won't be going to Chili's again.

Chili's screwed the pooch on this latest change- their nachos with chicken is a new receipe that sucks compared to the original style. No beans at all, more cheap chips, no flavor really. No quality cheese now, it tastes like melted American cheese. Sadly it will be my last time ordering from Chilis. Typically when I order to go, I'm told 10-15 minutes. This time he said 3-5 minutes, so it looks like it was a profit/efficiency change instead of customers not liking the old recipe. Now the quality is like what you would get from fast food Jack in the box . Also no salsa or tomatoes, no peperociny chilis. Poor decision in my opinion

I never write a review for anything but after today I feel like I need to. I placed an order online so I could pick up and be on my way. I thought it would be faster and easier than dinning in but apparently not at this Chili’s. After I was notified that my order was ready I waited 5 minutes before going to pick up just in case the staff needed a few more minutes. However when I went to the pick up window there was nobody there. No problem, I don’t mind waiting 2-5 minutes for someone to be available to help but I do mind when I have to wait 12 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me!! Especially when I can see that the staff is just standing around in the kitchen on their phones. It’s ridiculous. I wouldn’t have been written this review if the person who finally gave me my order at least apologized for the long wait times but they didn’t. They acted like I was inconveniencing them for ordering. I work in food service too and know some days are hard but this was just ridiculous.

I came before and ordered chicken and waffles, it was horrible. I stuck to one food because it seems to be the only thing made well. I decided to take my son and he got pizza. The pizza looked like it was microwaved, it was so nasty he couldn't eat it. He even said the frozen box pizza was better. Never taking him there again.
