Niente male davvero. Molto buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Servizio impeccabile: efficienza e cortesia assicurati. Da non perdere.

Buon cibo, buona birra.

Birra veramente buona. Prezzi nella media. Ci siamo trovati decisamente bene e abbiamo passato un paio d'ore veramente piacevoli!

First and foremost: The beers are exceptional! A top-quality brewery/pub, a welcoming space with an industrial yet well-maintained style, nothing is left to chance. Despite the capacity to accommodate many customers, the place is never rowdy. The staff are always very friendly, attentive, and helpful. As mentioned before, the beers are truly excellent and have a variety to suit every palate. The food is equally excellent; we tried both meat dishes and pizza. I have to praise the Scrocchiarella, a divine "alla pala" pizza. Crispy on the outside, soft and light on the inside, topped with equally high-quality ingredients. If you're looking for a night out with friends or a romantic getaway, or even just a quick beer, you absolutely must stop by Birificio Gaia. Well done to all the staff!!

An evening spent with friends over a nice liter of "gorda" beer, good fries and fried dumplings, generous portions, and a great atmosphere. Even without a reservation, we were seated within 10 minutes, even though it was Saturday night.

Excellent pizza: light, well-leavened, and very digestible, with just the right amount of flavor. The beers are truly top-notch, with a wide selection to suit all tastes. The dessert, however, seemed a bit subdued compared to the rest of the offerings. The service was friendly, just the right amount without ever being intrusive. The prices are a bit high, but that's acceptable considering the quality. Overall, a place I'd happily return to!

A cheerful, spacious place with plenty of parking. Birra Gaia is for everyone! For groups who want to get together, but also for couples who enjoy the company of others. The menu is very tasty, from platters to fried gnocchi served in a basket made with pizza dough, and the pizza is as good as it gets! Crispy and light! From excellent meat to exquisite desserts (the birramisu in the photo is exceptional). Spectacular craft beer, and on Sundays, mussels... expertly cooked and very tasty. Polite staff, always available and smiling... I never underestimate the welcome I receive, and here the team of young people is truly commendable, as is the very kind owner. Highly recommended!!!!

This evening for aperitivo, we chose Birra Gaia. The place is very large, tastefully decorated, and the staff is friendly and cheerful. The cocktails are good, although there's a limited selection, but, rightfully so, as they're their own breweries, they offer a wide selection. The fried gnocco is excellent, not greasy and served in an original pizza dough bowl, which is equally delicious. The charcuterie board with cheeses and good honey was delicious; I would have added a few more slices of cured meats. The nachos were excellent. The desserts were good, very tasty. Service was a bit slow. The price was a bit high, €20 per person, but recommended. Ample parking.

Brianza is an historical land as regards the production of craft beer, and in the industrial area of Carate Brianza the new Gaia brewery is born. It's an old disused and redeveloped shed, very large, illuminated in "vintage lunapark" style, well cared in the details until being warm and welcoming. The production of beers is there, behind the counter so that they can directly transfer the beer on tap. It's beautiful to see the production in fron of you when you drink a beer on tap at the counter. I have tried all the beers and they are all of a high standard, my favorites are the Kolsch, the Amber Ale but above all the queen Stout, the only real reason why I keep coming up to here, the only good Stout that I drank outside Ireland. The food is good, made with care and abundant, the "tagliere completo" is what is called a "tagliere". Service is young, agile, fast, nothing escapes. Coming here in the evening, I find it an absolute moment of pleasure, Brianza should have many places like this. I really recommend it to everyone, good beer!

Locale ampio un po rumoroso. Menù da birreria con una ampia scelta. Materie prime buone e cucinate al meglio. Birre ottime. Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato. Personale giovane gentile e preparato.

Sarebbe opportuno qualche fonoassorbenti. In 5 due acque naturali 2 birre medie due taglieri 75€

Very good beers, with a good variety. The shop is well-stocked with packaging. The atmosphere is a bit noisy, but overall it's well-maintained. Overall, we weren't entirely satisfied with the food. We ordered the mixed fried appetizer and a "scrocchiarella," essentially a sliced pizza for 2-3 people. The dough seemed okay, but it was hard to digest.

Many different types of beer, some excellent, like the Xmas. On the other hand, the staff is distracted and not very friendly. It's a very large place, perhaps a little cold.

The beer is good, and the charcuterie platter is average. The quality/price ratio is average compared to other pubs in the area. Friendly staff, a typical pub atmosphere, a spacious venue, and plenty of outdoor parking available.

Dinner with friends on a Saturday night. We had a bit of a wait to order, but it was understandable. I asked for a small change to a pizza because I have a food allergy. They said you can remove it but not add it (although each addition is charged €2), but with a little persistence, I managed to order what I wanted. Two burgers and three pizzas arrived at different times, and one of them was the wrong pizza. The food was average, the pizzas were salty, the beers were good but not exceptional, and the bill was high. I recommend avoiding it, at least on weekends.

The location has a very nice atmosphere. The industrial-farm like styling and furniture helps to the overall experience. The crafted beer was certainly delicious and their speciality. Our group ordered a set of yummy appetizers. Even though there were less than half the napkins and picks for a group of 8 people. Food was tasty. It can be a bit pricey for some. Service was somewhat slow, but it may depend on the number of tables serving, I guess. Unfortunately for some reason it was incredibly hot inside. Windows were closed and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. We could see a lot of customers using menus as fans to stand the heat. For the summer period, it was not comfortable at all during our stay, ergo three stars.

Nice place, good food, very good beers. The spot matches what you'd expect from an industrial area, stress-free parking included. There's clearly some atmosphere here, like or dislike it. The gnocco fritto and pizza are good; was a bit disappointed by the Gaia burger, though: it felt like something was missing in the mix. As for beers, I tried the Belgian ale and the taste was super. Later in the night the place got crowded and noisy.

Overall, a nice place, but a few flaws are a shame. Some of the staff is really slow and untrained. I don't know if they were new guys, but they were truly unprofessional. The sandwiches and beer were good, you can't say otherwise. It's a shame the prices were a bit above average for the dishes. We went to Birra Gaia on a Sunday for dinner. The evening was definitely ruined by a birthday party. The table was very long, with some decidedly unruly children running around screaming. "Naturally," the parents were only concerned about having fun, letting their children graze undisturbed. I would have expected the wait staff to intervene and point out the problem to the supposed adults sitting at the tables, but nothing happened. Luckily, when we got to dessert, they left, and we were left alone for 10 minutes. I understand that the bad behavior of some customers isn't the restaurant's fault, but from my perspective, if I noticed a problem like this and the inconvenience it caused to the entire room, I would at least try to point it out several times until I achieved the desired effect. A real shame.

Locale di qualità medio bassa, ottima birra e servizio. Prezzo leggermente alto rispetto al prodotto servito; è la seconda volta che frequento e non credo di ritornarci per una cena.

A truly disappointing experience. The pizza was full of liquid, and I had to wipe it with a tissue before cutting it. I asked the waitress for a beer recommendation, but it was a terrible choice; the flavor wasn't what I asked for. For dessert, I chose cheesecake, and it came in a jar. No one told me it wasn't a traditional slice, but something made in a jar. Other than that, it had a hard texture and a sour cream cheese flavor. I'm truly disappointed, as I'd been there before, and the quality of the food and service were better.
