#Mood pizza e mare Carate Brianza Reviews
We had a great time, the food was delicious, and the fish was all incredibly fresh. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back.
My favorite lunch spot. They serve quickly, and the menu is limited compared to the evening menu, obviously due to the lower price. The food is excellent for an all-you-can-eat place! Family-run, always a wonderful place. Reservations are recommended.
An excellent ayce. The slightly smaller portions than usual allow you to try and enjoy more dishes. The quality is in line with the price.
I'm giving it 5 stars because that's the maximum I can give. However, I'd like to leave my review after eating there. The atmosphere is very relaxing and peaceful, perfect for those who want to relax and eat in peace. Very clean. The service is excellent and fast. They explain everything you ask for. The portions are just right for those with little experience, so you can sample each course so you don't overeat without trying anything else. I have to say that compared to other places I've been, this is the best I've had so far. Excellent value for money. In the end, the food is excellent, the atmosphere is relaxed, the service is impeccable, and the value for money is excellent. We'll definitely be back. Stars*****
They are really kind and the place is nice. The fish is always fresh and there is a really good selection.
Loved the service and food.

Finally, a new place in Carate that I hope to highlight in the best possible way. Lunch on Saturday was €15 for adults and €10 for children. I went with my two children, and my three-year-old didn't pay. The staff was courteous and helpful...even though my daughter broke a glass, they treated us very well. I'll post a few photos to show that the food is delicious and the service is fast...since I was alone with my two children, I recommend it for this reason too. I'll post a few photos to show you the food and the various dishes offered, which are freshly prepared and not buffet-style.

Ambiente gradevole, piat…
It's a sushi place like many others. The portions are small, so it's not for gorging. At least there's one in Carate Brianza, and if you don't want to travel far or spend a lot, go there.
I stopped at this sushi place for about ten minutes to order takeout. The restaurant has modern furnishings and features a spacious gray stone dining room with excellent lighting. It's conveniently located, easily accessible not far from the historic center of Carate Brianza; parking is available by turning right. It offers both Japanese and Chinese cuisine, reasonable prices, and fast service.
Restaurant conveniently located in Carate Brianza, close to the city center. Elegant, fairly small but welcoming. Good, quality food, well-proportioned for the price and portion size. The menu is quite extensive, ranging from rice, fish, meat (a small selection), to chicken. Service could be improved: long waits, slow and somewhat distracted waiters. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The price is very reasonable. You'll leave satisfied; the food is filling, but I wouldn't recommend it for those in a hurry.
A classic Japanese restaurant where I ate well, with plenty of choices for tartare, salmon, and tuna, but I was a bit disappointed with the uromaki, which wasn't exactly delicious. The nigiri was very massive, and the shrimp skewer was a no-no. Overall, I'd happily go back because, on average, I ate well, but you can find better. €31 with beer and coffee
Welcoming and well-maintained. Typically minimalist, yet pleasant. Very good service: attentive and precise staff. Good menu variety, with fresh, tasty ingredients. Portion sizes are sometimes a bit small, but the fish and tempura are truly GOOD! Parking (limited) nearby. For €20 per person, we had a great lunch and left satisfied.
Brand new sushi/Chinese restaurant opened last Saturday. A relatively small place, with two street-facing windows. About thirty tables for two, simple decor in dark tones. The all-you-can-eat menu is now standard for lunch and dinner, as well as an extensive takeout menu. Prices are average for the area. We tried the takeout yesterday, offering different and multiple courses, to get a feel for the flavor and cuisine. When I arrived, I called to order my food. They told me there was a couple of minutes to wait, and the woman (Italian, the only one in the dining room, all Chinese) offered me a glass of water to help me while I waited. A great idea, and the customer service seems to be improving... Meanwhile, about ten couples have already taken their seats at the tables. My two bags arrive, neatly packaged, with sauces and wasabi in jars on the side. After paying the over €50 bill (20% off for takeout without delivery), I head home in a few minutes. The food is well-made, hot, even the miso soup, and portioned appropriately. Both the goyza and the tiny spring rolls (4 make 1 standard) taste good, as do the chirashi, nigiri, and various sushi. The shrimp tempura (5 surimi) is awful (oily and rubbery), and the chicken teriyaki is so-so, well-cooked but bland and with very little sauce. The rice with shrimp and egg and the udon with vegetables are also average. Let's get to the negative side: we both felt ill during the night and the next day from something we ate. Having tasted everything, we both couldn't identify the cause. So three stars suspended: nice place, nice impression, good, not great food, average-to-high takeout bill, but the terrible feeling of having been disappointed remains. Addendum after a few months: we've been back a few times, and it seems to have improved, both in terms of staff and cuisine. They've also gone back to making the rolls a more standard size (2 small ones make one portion) and have paid more attention to the flavor of certain spices. I'm raising it to 4 stars.
A commercial offering that complements an already varied selection. A refined atmosphere and attentive, friendly staff. In my opinion, the food, for some of the dishes, doesn't always live up to expectations. A reason to return and see if this is an exception or not. I forgot. The service to assess access, in compliance with Covid regulations, was always conducted with discretion. The only drawback is the parking.
