i think it’s crazy how people go here once and then leave a bad review. this place has issues but overall it is a friendly environment. a lot of places such as this one are more than short staffed. no grown adult wants to work here so we have a whole bunch of high schoolers who are trying to continue going to school, while making money and dealing with people who could never run this place their selves but still continue to put our work down and say it’s not enough. it’s hard. imagine how it is being manager /shift leader at 18. so please any place you go have patience and take in to consideration that at of a lot of these places ppl are thrown on the job and basically learn from self instruction or observation. we try our best!!

Its located inside the Mobil gas station. There is a drive thru as well. It is small inside with a couple of chairs to sit at. Its usually pretty clean. I mainly use the on the go ordering. Its usually correct but can a while sometimes. Overall not bad and will continue to go to when in the area

For several weeks have been unable to get my coffee without a lot of hassle. Lobby closures. Not able to order ahead on app. So many stores like this. Have been getting coffee at the deli. There is a new young lady working the drive through . She is very polite and a pleasure to see each morning . I hope the charge person is splitting those tips appropriately!! I wish she could keep my tips . Service was always horrible thankful she was hired .

This is one of the worst Dunkins I've ever been to. The service is extremely slow, sometimes the wait at the drive thru is 10 minutes +, even with only one or two customers in line ahead. My order is wrong most of the time and the staff acts very annoyed when asked to correct it.

A bunch of children work here. I've tried several times and they always get my order wrong. Also they don't have the energy punch at this location, and when asking for a cappuccino I received regular coffee. Its better to drive the extra few minutes to a different place

Read the ticket in the photo does not match the sandwich ask for on an English muffin. Ordered through mobile order so written order written ticket and they still screw it up. If you mobile order and drive through you don't find out till you get back to the office and the only way for them to refund you is if you come back which wouldn't be the worth the guess I would then spend double for the sandwich, customer service has gone completely out the window with these people. You get chat they won't pay anybody to answer the chat so they get back to you and email multiple days later eventually they'll refund me for the sandwich but absolutely ridiculous I have to wait so long !!

I waited in line for 20mins to get to the ordering intercom to wait another 10mins there because the guy taking my order told me to wait. I got my food and it was cold and made horribly wrong. Dont go here unless u want to wait an hour for cold food and badly made coffee

Chewy disgusting sweaty bagel I threw away, INCREDIBLY rude employee barely acknowledged my existence, and it was hotter in there than it was outside. Clearly, no one is concerned with quality control or customer satisfaction. I wish I could give zero stars or negative stars.

This is the worst experience I have ever had here! I've been waiting for 30 minutes just to order and get told to hold on because they are not focused on the drive throw or are short staffed. I got here at 4:00 pm and was waiting till 4:40 pm just to order then just to sit here for another 20-30 mins to get my drinks. I ordered 2 refreshers with the boba (poping bubbles) and it took almost a hour! I'm very disappointed because this Dunkin' always had great service but today it was the worst! The kid at the window was really sweat tho. I hope all the people who had to wait here for their food and drinks got it.

So I come here almost every other day give or take the day. My mother got a bagel and wanted extra butter so I went in and said hey can I have like 4 little packaged butter squares for my bagel I needed extra butter. The manager comes over who I've never even seen before he must come in when ever its convenient for him. He says do you have a receipt for your bagel? Otherwise I have to charge you 50cents for the butter. I will never ever spend my money at this dunkin donuts again. That man should be ashamed of himself. I bet because I'm young and had a hat on he did that, I wonder if I was an older woman or man would he have done the same thing? This place is a joke that manager should be fired for embarrassing a customer like that and asking me if I had a receipt for the bagel as if to say what I reached behind the counter and stole it? Never again

My order is NEVER right. My coffee never has any flavor when I get French vanilla. The service is poor. I highly recommend not doing business at this Dunkin. I was just made aware of Starbucks across the street. If you look at the reviews you can see this is an ongoing issue at this particular location. I’m contacting corporate!!!!

New Management? Really? It’s the same terrible service and some of the same management for years! I stopped going here many years ago because I got fed up with experiencing the same complaints in the other reviews. I would travel to another DD before I gave them my money. Now they say new management which seems like it’s always a trick to put up a sign and make some customers who stopped coming return like it’s better. It’s NOT!! I am tired of ordering coffee and feeling like it’s just a cup of cold milk! They always mess up my order so what’s the point! I placed an order for an egg and cheese on a bagel, toasted with butter and, they gave me a toasted bagel only but charged me for what I asked for. I had to go back and they give me a new sandwich and say sorry, I should have checked it but had faith in the second time and guess what? …it’s wrong again! Barely toasted, no butter, no cheese only egg on a bagel!! 😡 I am convinced all gas stations DD are terrible and they should just close this one. We need to stop supporting these types of businesses because they will continue to take our money and not improve because people still go here. I AM DONE!!!

Staff is very rude. Establishment looked very unclean, staff doesn’t seem to be taking any measures to ensure they’re being sanitary. Saw a woman with the name tag “Carmen” not wear gloves and put her bare hands all over the food.

This Dunkin is horrible, they gave me food poisoning and I will never order food from here ever again. I have heard that they are extremely unsanitary and they have no management in charge. Don’t order food from here unless you want to be violently ill.

Absolutely worst service today. Got here at about 4:10pm and waiting in line for the drive thru over 30 minutes just to order and got told by the employee running the drive thru to wait a few minutes about 2 or 3 times. I shouldn't be waiting this long for just 2 drinks. I am very unsatisfied with my experience today. They have 1 person working. I was unhappy because of the wait but the employee himself was very kind and apologetic. I would honestly only go back because of him otherwise I will not be going back. There needs to be more than 1 person working. It makes things harder and it will make things take longer like it did today. No hate or anything towards the employee working today but, the managers need to do a better job and avoid this from occurring again.

I came the last 2 Sundays drive thru was closed. Don’t mind that, I understand a lot of businesses are short staffed BUT The teenage girls that work here are extremely rude. One of the Girls didn’t even use gloves when handling food. Literally sticking her nails through the donuts. Also, the girls in the back were talking very inappropriately to each other and very loudly.. like we couldn’t hear their whole conversation and weren't even helping the girl on the register when she needed it. Overall, workers are very unprofessional these teens could use some supervision. And from these other reviews i can see the manger can care less :)

You can’t be everywhere. It starts with management. “A bad manager can take a good staff & destroy It. Causing the best employees to flee & the remainder to lose all motivation.”I’m gonna get word out there & tell my people to start going to Starbucks. Where they value their employees
