I came into this dunkin donuts on June 20th, 2022 around 7pm and spoke to the kindest employee there. He had blue eyes and an afro, looked very approachable. Very polite young man. He made my day and the best drink I’ve ever had from this dunkin donuts. This place should really find more workers like him

This establishment helps me throughout my day serving nice cups of joe to myself and who ever else comes in. The young dashing man behind the counter Brandon Donohue is a smart and kind soul who is always a sight for sore eyes. If I could I would leave an 11/4 on he review.

This is my go to place for coffee, and refresher drinks. They burned my croissant, that's why they get 3 for food.

Quick to make drink and great service. I embarased myself by waiting at the pick up counter they don't use. Thats the only reason for one less star.

Its located inside the Mobil gas station. There is a drive thru as well. It is small inside with a couple of chairs to sit at. Its usually pretty clean. I mainly use the on the go ordering. Its usually correct but can a while sometimes. Overall not bad and will continue to go to when in the area

was told by manager that they do not accept dunkin donuts coupons. And that the coupons i got from The newspaper are fake. Yeah wont be coming here anymore

My drink wasn't stirred before it was given to me so AUGH!!!!!! On that first sip. I found out when I asked for a refund. All the cappuccino was at the bottom.

Donuts were a bit hard, employees were friendly but not very professional. Such a small building especially for 2 businesses in 1 area. Just a lot going on.

I hate to give a bad review, but this morning ordering 3 breakfast sandwiches- 2 of the 3 were missing the meat so egg and cheese when Cleary on the receipt that I have and the receipt on the bag states bacon egg and cheese and sausage egg and cheese, I don't see how this is a hard thing to mess up- working in the food business for 10 plus years I understand things happen but this made me very mad and being that i am on my way to work I cant turn around to have this fixed- this review Is just to give a push to double check orders!

Mainly a younger staff, not really trained well. Anything purchased though the drive-thru has a 90% chance of being incorrect or tasting terrible. I would only stop at this DD when I am out of time and am willing to roll the dice on the outcome of my food and coffee.

I have gone to this Dunkin' on many occasions, and I have to say that the staff is a bit rude and disorganized. Every time I go, I like to play a game of whether or not I am going to get everything I paid for. They often forget things or give me the wrong order. It happens almost every time!!! It is beyond annoying!

Let me start by saying I like Dunkin Donuts, however this location is the worst... At least the drive thru is. My wife went here this past week and got sour milk in her coffee. On a number of occasions they have gotten our order completely wrong. Unfortunately for us we go here purely our of convenience but we constantly have to check out orders before leaving.

The girl on register was very nice and patient. However they were out of 3/4 things I asked for and the other staff were cursing and talking loudly about their personal lives... work may not be the place to drop the f bomb

Worker was a bit too blunt and rushed. And my iced coffee was super watered down. But at least they were quick and nice to replace it (I asked the non-blunt lady).

Drive through service is very poor, I go through drive through because I’m in a rush and don’t have time to go inside. It took 5 minutes for someone to answer and take my order. Then my order was also wrong! This happens all the time.

Hire more staff!!!! Your two workers can’t do everything themselves and it’s hurting your business

Order food at DoorDash and they didn’t get my order correct, never ordering that store again.

My son is in the military and he was getting military discount and then my son went back a few days later and the manager told him we will no longer give you a military discount because you come here too much and remind you it was only a .10 cents discount

Absolutely ruined my order, disgusting milk almost threw up, I bought a large but they gave me a half filled cup then looked at me like I was stupid.

Service was friendly, but my iced coffee w/ milk was completly undrinkable. Tasted like old burnt coffee mixed with iced tea. Had to dump it out and go get coffee somewhere else.

When you order a large latte, you shouldn't need to turn the cup completely horizontal in order to finally get some liquid. I like foam, but when it all settles and the cup is only half full? That's excessive.

Inconsistent service. Ordered 2 egg and cheese wraps and only got 1 wrap and an empty wrapper. Other food was semi cold. And they didnt have a container of milk.

I go to this location on route 6 in Carmel every day, in the last month the service in the drive tru is terrible, long wait and orders wrong 10 times in the past month.

I waited in the drive through line for about 10 minutes to find out they were only accepting credit cards. I asked the gentleman at the window if there was an ATM inside he said “yes”. So I parked and pulled money out, approached the indoor counter and the woman standing by Register said they were only taking orders at the Drive Through. I got back into line only to wait another 28 more mins because I was trapped in a line of cars. Most unprofessional, time consuming insult of the day. When I finally got to the Drive Through Ordering Window I had to wait another 15mins. DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN!!!

I've been getting coffee here for 4 years and I'm sorry to say that the service has gotten bad. Too slow! I will drive almost 2 miles to get my favorite Iced Coffe somewhere else. There were times when I waited so long on the drive thru that they gave me the coffee for free! No good DD! PLEASE correct this problem so I can come here again!

Haven't had a stale donut in a while, well, today I did. The coffee I had was okay, but the donut 🍩 could have taken out a deer from 50 yards. Not good. Staff was nice except for the guy giggling in Español.

Went in to buy a drink and pee. Reallllly had to go. Manager said no. I pleaded politely. No. Ill admit i got rude. Manager went on to tell me it was a good thing my mother was dead. Today I ordered a large iced coffee with some cream and sweetener and the coffee was extremely burnt and made me very sick to the point where my stomach is hurting so bad I had to stop driving.( I didn’t even get a quarter of the way through it ) I called up Dunkin and a very nice person picked up The phone and said to write a review so her manager could see. I hope they check their coffee and creams because other people can get really sick. McDonalds coffee has never done that to me

I went to get a beverage after a long drive home and they weren't supposed to be closed for another 15 minutes & they told me they were closed. I only wanted tea but they said no hot water & we are unable to charge you. I normally have a great experience but the last 5 times they have closed earlier than what is posted. Very sad that they can't manage to stay open when they say they are!!!!!

I've come here for purely convinience lately, as their workers provide nothing but sadness to the store, as no one looks like they have any enjoyment in their employment whatsoever. The drive-through worker also never gives the total at the window as a place with a drive-through should. If you want iced coffee with sugar sitting at the bottom of the cup go here!

Best sink bagels north of Manhattan, and I barely even get diarrhea!! Sometimes if you get lucky near the end of the week, you can sometimes get what I like to call, "basin bottom brillo bagel bits". The bagels come out of the wash room so quickly that you would think the employees are skipping their mandatory NY state breaks(willingly, I assume). The real thing that keeps me coming back is the (swelteringly hot)atmosphere. If I don't feel like I'm Dunkin' my munchkins in a boiling cuppa' Joe while drinking my coffee and eating my Brillo, egg and cheese, I'll be out of there quicker than the health inspector on their last visit.

Given 2 choices of "frozen coffees" none of the newer flavors that are advertised, then given frozen BLACK flavored coffee, and how hard is it to put whipcream on a coffee after you're asked to do so???? Oh, and once again you burnt my food! Will never go there again.

This is the worst experience I have ever had here! I've been waiting for 30 minutes just to order and get told to hold on because they are not focused on the drive throw or are short staffed. I got here at 4:00 pm and was waiting till 4:40 pm just to order then just to sit here for another 20-30 mins to get my drinks. I ordered 2 refreshers with the boba (poping bubbles) and it took almost a hour! I'm very disappointed because this Dunkin' always had great service but today it was the worst! The kid at the window was really sweat tho. I hope all the people who had to wait here for their food and drinks got it.

So I come here almost every other day give or take the day. My mother got a bagel and wanted extra butter so I went in and said hey can I have like 4 little packaged butter squares for my bagel I needed extra butter. The manager comes over who I've never even seen before he must come in when ever its convenient for him. He says do you have a receipt for your bagel? Otherwise I have to charge you 50cents for the butter. I will never ever spend my money at this dunkin donuts again. That man should be ashamed of himself. I bet because I'm young and had a hat on he did that, I wonder if I was an older woman or man would he have done the same thing? This place is a joke that manager should be fired for embarrassing a customer like that and asking me if I had a receipt for the bagel as if to say what I reached behind the counter and stole it? My order is NEVER right. My coffee never has any flavor when I get French vanilla. The service is poor. I highly recommend not doing business at this Dunkin. I was just made aware of Starbucks across the street. If you look at the reviews you can see this is an ongoing issue at this particular location. I’m contacting corporate!!!!

We need to stop supporting these types of businesses because they will continue to take our money and not improve because people still go here. I AM DONE!!!

This Dunkin is horrible, they gave me food poisoning and I will never order food from here ever again. I have heard that they are extremely unsanitary and they have no management in charge. Don’t order food from here unless you want to be violently ill.

Overall, workers are very unprofessional these teens could use some supervision. And from these other reviews i can see the manger can care less :)
