Best dive bar in Tahoe! Came here for a bachelorette and the bride was very happy here. We watched corgi racing and then people climbing up slippery steps on ESPN 8 which was fun. Gets crowded here but bartenders are great at getting to everyone. They also serve a wicked green tea shot.

The tacos are about $3 each, next to the pub , and you can sit anywhere within the building, pool only $1 per game ! Great place to hangout with drinks and food!

A decent beautiful, cozy sports bar in North Tahoe.. You will get chance to meet the locals from small North Tahoe City town.. Friendly place, had a good time during my stay … Keep up the good work..

Nice local sports bar. Friendly bartenders and great selection of drinks. My favorite spot in the area to escape the more touristy vibe of the rest of town. Nice dart boards too. Oh yeah, chilled Jager really seals the deal.

What a beaut! Within minutes of being in this place we had met the bartender and a handful of locals. Peach of place with cold drinks and tons of TVs. They are welcoming to everyone but prefer people with mustaches, so don’t be afraid. The people leaving one star reviews sound like a bunch professional keyboard warriors. Hopefully they don’t come back and ruin this cool bar. Erick from Kentucky

A chill spot in a chill town where everything seems to be cheaper, more natural, and more accessible. Tahoe City is awesome; Pete ‘n’ Peters embodies the place with local bar feel and regulars making it feel a bit different than the $10/craft pour spots all around the lake owned by hedge fund bros. The tacos are among the best I ever had at $3/pop. Worth a visit (from an East Coaster).

When was the last local feeling bars left in tahoe. Although there are Ikon pass people there and remote workers, on any given night you will see some native locals who haven't been ran out by short-term rentals, remote workers and Rich kooks

Great late 70’s early 80’s vibe. Good place for $3.00 tacos and cold beer. Local joint.

Great place to visit if you're in North Lake Tahoe. They have a jukebox so you can turn away. 😏

This is the best bar to go to in Tahoe City. I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews about the locals being rude or off putting but our experience was completely the opposite. I mean, we didn't try to take over the bar with our own music and expected to change the vibe. We drove by several times and the place was packed with tourist and locals alike. It seemed like an awesome atmosphere but I had left my wallet back at at the cabin so we ended up not going back. The next day we drove into the parking lot and there were less people but still pretty full and I regret not going in the first time! This place was fun, cozy, welcoming, and the drinks were strong! I highly recommend this bar for anyone who is looking for a fun night and willing to be respectful and appreciative of the local community. The local people here all know each other and that's what makes this bar so unique.

Great bar with darts pool and plenty of TV's to watch your favorite sports team. Service was excellent. They seem to have quite a few locals when we were there. Friendly crowd. Had a jack and coke and vodka cranberry for about $12 for both

Darts, pool, shuffle board, and televisions! You won’t be bored at this place! It’s comfortable, friendly, and clean. The current owners did a great job keeping the local vibe and character while upgrading everything inside. You’ll see everyone from wedding parties to softball regulars here. You haven’t done Tahoe City until you’ve visited Pete n Peters!

Well know bar with big screens, 2 pool tables and a favorite of the locals. Friendly bartender. We found this place in the afternoon. It is offset from the main drag and was nicely slow for an afternoon beer.

Terrible place to go in Lake Tahoe. The owner is completely out of control, the drinks were warm, and the music was bad. Terrible experience; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I tried to like this place I really did, gave it a few chances til this last visit and won’t be going back. Came here on a Thursday night, ordered a round, shook off the bartenders coldness and went to the dart board for a few games. Went back for a second round, the bartenders were busy drinking with the other locals (almost everyone here is under 25) and ignored everyone else waiting to order. Got tired of waiting so when I finally got the attention of one of the drunk bartenders, he gave me my card but no receipt. When I asked him for one, he said he couldn’t find the sale in the system and not to worry about the charge. Sure enough a few days later there’s a charge on my card for who knows what since I got no receipt, and can only assume they gave themselves +20% in tip. Super lame, only stars given are for the dart board and pool tables.

We had coasters thrown at us by the bartender at this bar. We handed the bartender my card to pay for drinks for my sister and I. My sister mistakenly picked up the card before it had been ran (after we had been sitting at the bar for about 5 minutes waiting to run the card). The bartender chucked coasters at us to get our attention while we were 3 feet away. I got 3 coasters thrown at me that felt like someone whipping me and my friend got one thrown at her. Completely unprofessional behavior we were 3 feet away from the bar at the juke box. He could have just told us our card hadn’t been run. In fact we only realized the card hasn’t been run when another customer informed us they were trying to get our attention.

I really have never left a negative review, but my recent experience at this establishment left me genuinely shocked and upset. While ordering a second drink for my boyfriend, the older bartender (whose name I didn’t catch) not only refused service without explanation but called me a slur and throwing my credit card back at me. I don’t know what kind of training or standards this place operates under, but this behavior was hostile, unprofessional, and deeply inappropriate. Nobody deserves to be treated with such blatant disrespect.

The male bartender with glasses was so so so rude to me and all my girlfriends, he let all of our guy friends in and get drinks but rejected all of our very real id while swearing under this breath like a complete unprofessional. Please hire bartenders that are competent and know how to properly check an ID and aren’t disrespectful to women

This used to be a fun place. The brunette bartender who worked on 09/02 apparently thinks she owns the place and is rude for no reason. There was a sign saying you could get a pint of Modelo with a shot of fireball for $20 something bucks but the same bartender stated it was only valid on football game days. Total bullshit because that wasn’t written anywhere on the sign, charged me and my group the full price for the drinks. Definitely not going back anytime soon and recommend you to do the same.

Me and my friends came here for spring break, all over 21. They took two of our IDs, refused to give them back. Only after we called the police they gave them back. We won’t be coming here again, did not feel welcome
