My daughter and I stopped in this Arby's location this afternoon, 11 January, 2026 to get the family lunch to-go. Went in, and was greeted by the NICEST counter staff person I have run across in a LONG time! The young lady's name was Keshia. She was SO friendly and courteous. She made sure our order was taken and correct before she called our name. It is folks like this who restore faith in humanity! If half the people we encounter everyday had her attitude, the world would be a better place!! Thank you so much for taking the time, to be kind!! I live two hours away but I will make the effort to come back and see you!
Best and friendliest fast food experience I’ve had since the 80’s and 90’s. Keisha was a sweetheart to me and my daughter. The food was freshly cooked and hot. Great experience.

Absolutely love Arby's, always have, but this one has such good atmosphere and music. The building itself is gorgeous and I absolutely love everything about this place. It's like if you combined a 50s diner, 70s and 80s music, modern food, and library like pillers together into one.
Ordered roast beef gyro and loaded curly fries, were really good, just a bit too salty for the fries. Great friendly customer service, clean place!
Quick pick up for my father in law and us for Reubans. We ended up getting jap poppers and mozzarella sticks also. Sides were on point minus they didn't automatically add ranch for the poppers. The Reuban's seemed a bit thin( kraut and meat) for the price. Overall ok (6 out of 10)with the experience.
Good servise but bathroom is not good and we ordered fish sandwiches i don't like it i was good but I don't like fish in other wise it's a preaty good restaurant and the interior is so cool
They said it was cash only and if we wanted to pay with card we had to go in the drive thru? Why can’t they just swipe my card at the other register? The food was good but messy as expected. Free WiFi is nice.
I like this place in general. The service is inconsistent. Today, it was just blah. Food is fairly consistent for what it is.
The food was fresh, and the service was good. I believe the front counter manners might be improved. Both inside and out, the restaurant was excellent. They were prompt with my order.

This Arby's is so unpredictable. I have currently waiting in the drive thru for over 10mins and now I'm late to my job! If I could pull out and leave I would but I'm trapped Now I'm rushing to eat and this is my slider with hardly any chicken. 😡
Sat at the drive thru for about 10 min and when I said hello for the second time , they said to wait because they have a million orders , two cars in front of me . Time to quit your job , you obviously can’t handle fast food. Maybe be a Walmart greeter. Less pressure. Won’t be going back if you can’t have employees that actually care about the job. Just to add to this. The car in front of me had already left and the person speaking to me seemed enthusiastic about me leaving. I can’t imagine the owner being ok with this lack of work ethic. Tried to go to the link to share more in the response but it takes me to a blank page .
Got order alllll wrong AND didn't give us our drinks either. Drive thru wasn't even busy. Sick of paying for stuff that we didnt even get! This place is literally the worst location there ever has been!!!!
It's 11:00 am Oct, 28 2025. I placed a order for Chicken comb before I could finish my order .Drive thru cashier Angela totaled me out. When I told her I wanted a large combo. She replied you didn't say that. And I simply replied you didn't asked me you rushed me up front. Please retrain this employee to give those options to customer. Also I'm an editor of a local newsp
I ordered a large fry and a 4 piece Mozzarella stick on 10/2/25 around 12:30 pm. The lady at the speaker told me $8 and some change then when I checked my card. They charged me $13 and some change. That’s one expensive meal and I don’t appreciate my hard earned money being played with.
Every time I have ever come to this fast food restaurant it always takes 15 minutes to go through the drive through. Even if it’s one or two cars. The experience inside is even worse. I don’t know who owns this place , but they should definitely sell it to someone who can actually run it
Every time I visit this place, the drive thru is always closed. I went in to ask do the drive thru be closed all the time. I'm handicap, this drive thru is never open. I drive ride share, this is so an inconvenience to so many. Please get someone to clean the ladies restroom. My order was not hot at all. I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich, no bacon in site. So sad, I'm taking this sandwich back.
