Carrollton Five Guys. Food was fresh, hot and seasoned well. Isn't that all you can ask for when it comes to food? A quick pick-up order that my daughter ran inside to get... My food choice was a cheeseburger and cajun fries. My added burger toppings were simple; sautéed onions and ketchup. They have several toppings to choose from. The cajun fries were very, very good-- however very salty (for me). I ordered an extra large serving, totally my fault. Pricey, yes. We paid right around $50 for the same order for 2 people. I still rate them a 5🌟 out of 5🌟

Awesome customer service. Amare, the checkout guy was super nice. He made my day. Very friendly. Jade, the cook, she was awesome, too. I highly recommend this place. Not only for the food, which is awesome, but the employees. Fine job all around.

Everyone by now knows how pricey Five Guys is, but dare I say the food is worth it! I had a Bacon Cheeseburger and a Fries and both were the absolute best I've ever had. You can't deny the quality of the food. I don't go here often, but it's a great place to go to treat yourself and others

My burger was delicious! This restaurant has become my favirite spot. Im always happy with my order. I want to try the hotdog soon. You can't go with Five Guys.

I did a mobile order and accidentally chose a 5G's in Atlanta somewhere lol. They were very kind about it and said it happens all the time. They only needed to see my receipt and they made the order for me. The food is always delicious here (ALWAYS). The customer service is too. Thank you!!

Always seems like staff gets along well, and the food is well…. Ya know classic five guys always delicious and heavy on the fries like we like it. And do not sleep on the hot dogs they are sausages not just regular hot dogs.

You can't go wrong with Five Guy's. The food is always a hit for me. It's pricey, of course, but I only go every once in a while. My go-to is the cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, jalapeños, ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. And they've never gotten it wrong once. This is definitely the place to go if you're wanting to splurge on a high quality burger.

I actually had to go inside to get my order. I stood there 10 minutes before anyone offered to help me. When you offer curbside service you should honor the service.

Over Priced! And the meat was dry. 3 hamburger's ONLY 32.00 no cheese even on 2. Dont plan on ever going back, can't what it would have cost if we had added fries or a drink. Staff was friendly enough and place was clean. ..... But this is not the place for me.

The first time I went here, I had a good experience. Anna apologized for my wait, but I truly didn't feel like it was long at all. The next time I went, I had an online order, and they closed early. I was able to get my food just before they locked the doors. The burger was okay. The next time I went, I called at 6:38 pm and asked what time they closed, since I knew they are notorious for closing hours early. They said 8 pm, so I put an online order in at 7:34 pm (paid online as well), and I got there at 7:45 pm for their doors to be locked! There was a note on the door that said they closed at 8 pm that night, but the doors were locked before 7:45 pm.They wouldn't open the door or even come to the door to let me explain that I already had an order. I had to go back to my car, grab my phone, and display my order to them through the window just for them to acknowledge me. Finally, they came out and told me they had to close early due to limited staff, and they could not issue my refund that night. They told me I had to wait for the manager to do it and suggested I could come back the next day. This was just not a good experience since I made sure that they were not closing until 8 pm, paid already, and drove all the way to their store just for them to ignore me for a few minutes while I was waiting in the cold and not get issued a refund immediately.

We visited on March 4th and ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and a milkshake. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I unwrapped the burger, it was very soggy and greasy, and the fries were so heavily salted that we couldn’t finish them. Normally we would have gone back to have it corrected, but I had just had surgery and we were already on our way back home to Douglasville. I’m not sure what has happened with the quality, but based on this visit it will probably be a while before we stop back in.

Their service is beyond terrible. I've tried to pick up two doordash orders from there and both times I walked in to find zero employees. After yelling for a while some dude stoned out of his mind decided to stumble out of the back and ask what I want. After telling him I was there to pick up my doordash order they decided now would be a good time to start the order apparently. Not to mention it took me 15 minutes to get there so they had plenty of damn time to make the order. If they are going to charge over 20 bucks for a combo, is some decent service too much to ask?
