The staff was young and back there high fiveing each other and working very well with each other. I wanted to jump back there and high five with em. Excellent customer service and the place was very clean. The chicken nuggets and strips were too salty tho. Maybe easing up on the salt a bit so we can taste the chicken. Over all good experience

I paid for a 12 count and they gave me this lol Can I please go back like tomorrow or something??? Please reply. Usually I don’t have issues when I order, I’ve had good experiences with this location and their staff but I basically was given 6 grilled nuggets and it’s definitely annoying having to go back and forth to have it fixed.

I ordered a #1 combo and a market salad. I didn’t receive napkins or silverware.. am i supposed to eat the salad with my hands?? Im just saying if you want the basic necessities to eat your meal that you paid for, you have to ask for them. On top of all that I waited 30 minutes in a line of less than 10 cars.

I ordered the Chicken Strips 6 piece.3 of the Strips look like Nuggets. I paid a little more than $9. They were not worth my $9. I will never buy again. I also Bought the Spicy Chicken Sandwiche Deluxe. The Chicken didn't fit the Bun.The Chicken was barely warmThe pepper Jack Cheese was cold to the touch.The worker told me thats how the Cheese come.The Chicken Sandwiche was a little small.

I ordered a chicken tortilla cup of soup to my surprise when I got home I got soup with no chicken or corn . The big clumps I thought was chicken was beans . I was in line 25 mins they girl left from side of the driveway a new came out and skipped over my car.I tried calling and no one answered.

Just got home and checked on my meal. I asked for large fries and this is what I got. There were no fries in the bag or anything, I didn’t know they were rationing on fries?

Horrible customer service , they’re all laughing and chatting while taking orders. I order 2 deluxe meals just to find out I got charged everything individually. I also order 3 chicken nuggets *12count* only received 2 of them. On top of that I had a free reward cookie that was redeemed and didn’t get. I couldn’t turn back to the restaurant since I noticed it when I was already home and had an appointment. I filed a report but nothings been fixed so far SMH .

DISGUSTING. Imagine coming home after waiting in the long drive thru line to finally eat your salad and you take the first bite and there’s a long ahh hair in it. That’s so nasty. Then customer service takes forever to answer the dumb phone. By far the grossest experience I’ve had here.

Served me undercooked Mac & cheese. Literally WATERY, fresh out of the bag. Not sure if they didn’t have time to bake it throughly but that should’ve been communicated to your customers.

The service has declined over the past few months. They do NOT look at how many sauces you added nor the utensils for curbside pickup. Also, I waited about 5 minutes for curbside until I went inside and grabbed my food where they also had me waiting 3 more minutes in handing it to me. The food quality has also declined, but not as much as the service.

Warning do not come to this one especially when they are about to close in 30 minutes. They will not make your food like they would in the day time. They gave me partial refund and I barely took a bite because I was grossed out by the old bun that nearly disintegrated when I picked it up and whilted lettuce that was on life support. Should of been a full refund because I had to drive back. Very disappointed at this location. Don't make a chicken club you wouldn't eat and expect the customer to eat. I will no longer come to this location.

Went in today with my family to eat and DYLAN the cashier was very unhelpful we placing our order and he was rushing and later before leaving I went to order a frost coffee and TINA was making my drink and I waiting but she said I bring out later and left my drink sitting there. I don’t understand why were they being like that.

1 stars because EVERY TIME I come here they short me on the fries. Doesn’t matter what size fries I get. Small, medium, large… the cup is always halfway filled. My pleasure? Yeah right!
