Came here on a very busy Saturday evening. Was told upfront that my wait for my order would be 30-45 minutes, well past the usual 18 minutes they quote. No problem! Perhaps the night before Mother’s Day was the reason behind the large order volume? The restaurant and staff were extremely busy and were falling behind on their order times, which I too felt with my wait. Things happen and life goes on, but I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Ethan who took my order at the counter, and ultimately delivered me my food. While under a very obviously high pressure situation with delayed orders and upset customers, Ethan did an amazing job maintaining his composure and professionalism, while always maintaining a polite and genuinely apologetic attitude. I thank him for this and applaud his character. In a night that may have resulted in unhappy guests, I thought it important to extend to Ethan this very well deserved high-five. See you all again soon!

I ordered ahead online and when I came in for my food they were very well staffed and friendly. Mistakes can happen anywhere you go (we have to give a little grace with the times) and what impressed me was the store was the one to call me before I realized they had missed an item in my bag. That made such a better experience rather than the other options we face when our order gets mixed up. They certainly made it right and more so I'm impressed with the customer service and the food.

I have been waiting for this location for what seems like years. The service was pretty good and the staff was super friendly. The wait times were pretty long like always and the lobby was kind of dirty but they took everyone’s order on time. Wings tasted amazing but the fries were just okay. Some were soggy and some were burnt. Decent visit overall.

Food is really good, especially for the cost. However they’re always late with orders. I’ll order something for pickup and arrive late just to see they haven’t even started the order.

It's been hit or miss here. My last try here the wings were awful, they tasted expired and like they were fried in old oil and were very under seasoned. Needless to say I won't be buying wings from here anytime soon.

Really just gross and way too salty. Woke up in the middle of the night with severe intestinal distress and vomiting. Never again.

I don’t know how a sauced wing is dry (and overcooked btw). Terrible.

If this place tries to sell you anything called chicken you should probably walk across the parking lot and just get safeway wings. They are better and same price.

Awful. They made our order wrong and called us liars when we said it was wrong. We ordered online, total just over $100. Get home and find they gave us the wrong sauce. We called and asked if they could refund those wings or give us a credit for next visit. They insisted our order was correct and would only fix it if we brought them the wrong wings back. Drive the 15 minutes to the store. They look at the wings and acknowledge what we have is not what we ordered. No apology, no thanks for our patience. Customer service is terrible.
