Our server was amazing! Greeted as soon as we walked in, friendly and speedy service. Food was fresh, hot and did not disappoint. Smaller location with plenty of games to still play and have a good time.

The service was amazing. Plenty to do for my toddler, myself and my friends. The food was surprisingly really good. I would probably come to just dine in every once in a while. Had the Barbacoa Quesadilla and it was very good. The new Human Crane addition was really interesting to see and my daughter won a huge inflatable banana from it.

My husband and I enjoyed a great date here! The mozzarella sticks make for a great appetizer. I loved my grilled chicken sandwich with a side of truffle fries and he loved his all-American cheeseburger with added bacon. The s'more cheesecake is definitely enough for 2 to share.

Decided to have my Birthday Party there this year for my birthday which was June 27th but the party celebration didn’t happen until the 29th of June because I wanted my Baby Anna my Girlfriend to be apart of it and join in on the party celebration so that’s what we did turned the Big 30

What a great place! Fun and exciting atmosphere. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. There were lots of really fun games, I had a blast. Was there for a company team building outing, hosted by Dave and Buster's and they did a great job. The food was good and the staff was very engaging. On your own, it with a group I would recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing help. The Contest of Champions machine was busted, and Chad was the employee we flagged down to fix it. He helped us with the game, took more time out of his day than he honestly should have, and then even when it didn't work, compensated us with a few complimentary rounds on another machine. Stellar service, definitely the D&B's to come to!

We held a work event here and it was amazing! All the employees had a great time. The food was good, the games were fun and the options to make it our own space was really what we were looking for. I really want to give a shout out to the service staff who were really the hero’s of the day. Thank you Rin, Melissa, Alisha, Leanna & Mandy! You all were wonderful!

The place was not busy when we arrived around 5:50 PM. The food was hot and we had a buffet styled gathering with our FFA members and advisors for our trip in Indiana. But we had reservations at 6 o'clock pm. We still had to wait until 6:15 to 6:20 pm for them to get the food out into the warm trays and our group was coming from a 17 hour drive from Orlando, Florida on a charter bus. Of course our students were hungry as well as adults. And so it would have been nice if they would have brought the food out as soon as we checked in. We were able to feed the children, and then, of course, adults who saw what they had for us ordered their own meals. The place was clean. And they had great customer service coming by picking up our trash as well as making sure they refill the food and drinks for the students. The students said they had a great time and that's what really matters.

My wife and I finally got a date night and we decided use up the balance of our coin card. We played some games and then decided to grab a bite to eat. As we went to the hostess desk we were stopped and a waitress that had over heard our conversation and found my wife and I a table by ourselves without any wait. We were waited on by DJ. He was awesome. Got the fight on the big screen for me.

I haven't been in a few years. Brought two of my friends who both had a combo with gameplay. One was a smash burger, beer, and $20 gameplay. The other bacon smash burger, coke, and $20 gameplay. I just got the barbacoa quesadillas. The burgers are really good, but the lettuce was starting to brown. The quesadillas are nothing like the picture on the menu. They are soggy and were not served with sour cream. They did taste okay but not on par as I expected. The service is good. I have no complaints, but she got sidetracked and forgot the sweetener for my unsweetened iced tea. Not a bigger. I will still come back. Playing the games is fun even for adults, but expensive. They make it so confusing. Buy a ticket for cash but then the games deduct tokens from the card. It just makes it confusing. Most games are on average $2 each. Best to get the 90 min unlimited card and pass it around amongst the family.

Came here with family, to play games with kids and pick up dinner. Overall great time, the games were great and in working condition. Lines were not too bad when we went. Eating dinner there, bit of a challenge for the wait staff as they kept telling us to use a QR code to digitally order and manage our check online, but could not figure out how to clear the previous tables bill. Feel like we waited around at our table for 15 minutes just to order. Once they went back to traditional ordering it was just fine. Food was pretty decent kids enjoyed their cheeseburgers. We really liked all the types of wings and the nachos appetizer it was really great.

The parking lot was empty. We are in town for the weekend and stopped by but the reviews and empty lot almost kept us out. When we came in for lunch… there was no one to greet us. Someone eventually arrived. The food was great! I have no complaints about presentation or temperature. Our server checked on us regularly. The bathrooms are very clean. But we decided not to play any games based on some of these reviews. Our experience is pretty good.

For kids what’s there not to like. And for Adults plenty of games to enjoy. Best day to visit is Wednesday to get more bang for your buck. They also have great selection of the drinks.

Went there my first time yesterday. The food was Delicious but the had a poorly trained waitress who when me and my buddy ask to pay separately for our food, I got charged the other person's amount. They eventually gave me a close tab which I had to ask other staff for help to get as the waitress was not being helpful. Was given a receipt to prove they fixed the problem and I am still waiting for it to update as fixed on my online bank info. Other then the poor tech and poorly trained waitress, the games were fun and had a good time which is why I at least give four stars. Please train staff to be more careful which card is charged for what when checks are separate. This was my first time and it left a bad taste in my mouth and I do not like complaining about such matters. Thanks.

Atmosphere is fantastic, you can feel the energy of all ages engaging in old and new games like Guitar Hero 3 to a VR Godzilla game. The unlimited $60 deal with entrees is the best bang for the buck in my opinion. Food options for thst deal are limited sadly and the food on the menu is definitely over priced but serviceable.

While visiting my nephews, they suggested going to Dave & Buster's so the kids can play games. It was our first time visiting. We arrived and stood in line to purchase two game cards totaling $130 (receipt time: 6:33 p.m.). After that, we waited again to be seated and were informed that they were short-staffed — which was evident. Our server, NaeNae, was truly the highlight of our visit. She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful — the epitome of great customer service. Although the food took quite a while to come out, NaeNae brought each item out as soon as it was ready. Unfortunately, my nephew and I did not receive our meals until 8:40 p.m., which was a significant delay. Before placing our food order, we noticed on the menu that game cards were offered at a lower price for dine-in guests. We went to the front desk to ask if we could exchange the game cards we had already purchased. The employee informed us that he could not switch them out, but said he would speak with our server and apply a discount to the two game cards we planned to purchase from the dine-in menu. He left before talking to our server. Additionally, the women’s restroom was not clean during our visit.

I found that this place didn’t live up to the hype.. they had some nice games but quite a few were not in working order. The food was ok at best but a tic pricy. The restaurant was Clean but the arcade and rest rooms were Very dirty.. The restaurant staff was fine out side of the restaurant The staff was poorly trained, if you could find them. Honestly we had fun but we will Not be back and will seek out better options next time ..

Girls night out! Came to have some fun, cocktails and, food. Greeted right away and the place was huge, got a package deal that included game play and food, wish we knew exactly which games we could play before we purchased the card, overall they were fun. The cocktails were really good and our bartender was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions! We ordered calamari and chicken pasta I honestly wasn't surprised by what we got, this is more a bar food place, the breading on the calamari was very thick, and flavorless, the Cajun chicken pasta was like a frozen dinner, honestly I didn't expect much so wasn't to disappointed I mean you go to play games and drink stick to that and it's all good. Two cocktails, appetizer, one main dinner, 90 minute game play was 117$ plus 40 tip. A quick trip to Noblesville to have some fun. Play on 😁

We celebrated the New Year there and had a good time. 🥳🎊 They serve a variety of food buffet-style, soda, champagne for a toast, and a drink ticket. 🥂 The package included a game card that we didn't get to use. 🃏🎟️ The New Year's countdown was through a TV show. 📺 For the price, I would have expected a host, but it was okay. 🤷‍♀️ We came back last Sunday to use our game cards, and most of the games were broken. 💔🎮 Others took credit but didn't let us play or didn't have any balls, which was really disappointing. 😠😡 And, of course, there was no one available to help. 😤 We'll try the Greenwood location because we still have some credit, but I'm not coming back to this D&B. 🙅‍♀️ There is nothing to do there but eat and watch TV. 🥱 I can do that somewhere else and with better food. 🍽️😋

Games are fun for the kids and adults. A bit overpriced for what you get. However fun no matter. Food is subpar. The nachos could have had some more toppings, too many chips for the cost. The pot stickers were soggy and bland, compensated by too much heat. My daughter loved the kids Cheeseburger and fries, said it was one of the best she has had in a while. The servers are very pleasant and professional. Came often enough to make sure we were happy.

Took 10 minutes just to get a server to get our drink and appetizer order. Then the appetizer came out with our food 🤦‍♀️ it tasted delicious but I'm sure it would have been even better if it was hot when it arrived! There were only a handful of customers so plenty of games were open. We did enjoy playing the games and the virtual reality game was pretty awesome. It was a little pricey for the amount of games we got to play for the amount of money. I had high hopes for this place and I gotta say I was kinda disappointed.

First time at Dave & Buster's. *Our family went on a Saturday night* Pros: Games were very fun and pretty affordable. Great prizes to choose from at the end, and the staff was pretty helpful when needed. Food was great tasting and drinks were as expected. Cons: The amount of people in there was concerning. There was about a 12 minute wait upon entry to get our playing cards. Thirty five minute wait for a table. And at least a two-players-away line at each game. Take into conservation all the parents and family walking with each player, there was not a lot flof room to breathe. The hand sanitizer bottles that were offered to the public were 1. Gross 2. Clogged at the nozzle 3. Empty. All of them empty. Summary: I will most definitely come back here. Our family had a great time eating and playing games here. We may aim for not a busy weekend and be sure to bring our own hand sanitizer to reduce trips to the bathroom washroom.

It's frustrating to go to a place meant for people to play games and the basketballs are mostly deflated (they weren't the previous time we went), when only one skee-ball machine works but only has two balls, other games had flattened footballs and other balls and the games are atrociously FILTHY (photo attached of a game we wanted to play but refused to touch the obviously filthy area we were supposed to touch) and many of the games don't work properly or are flat out broken. We appreciate they make the effort to change up some of the games available to play but the lack of cleanliness, disrepair of games and the extremely hot atmosphere are off-putting. It felt like the air conditioning wasn't even on when we last visited.

We were there with a work group of about 13 people. We had to all sit at different tables bc there wasn't a way for us to be together. We had a card package and it wasn't ready until after we got there. The food was ok. I was confused though when a coworker was given their food bc it was supposed to be chicken tenders but look like fried calamari due to it being so thin and curly. Several of the games about cards would work for were not operational so we were limited to what we could do.

Food was ok, it's been better.. waiter was decent and prompt..the game area has started to go down hill, lots of people with noy many workers.. lot of the games weren't working nor anyone trying to fix em... the price on the prizes are starting to get a bit ridiculous and the quality is going down ....all in all had an ok time but I feel Dave & Busters need to step up there game a lil bit..

First time visiting. Very very busy, took quite some time to get our food, but there were 2 or 3 big parties. Managers took care of us tho! Was a bit disappointed with the games. Quite a few were not working...definitely needed some attendants there!! Lost some money a couple times because games weren't working. Hoping next time I better!

So many games broken which seems to be a common complaint for a while now. Seems like they need to do a major overhaul of the place. I was disappointed a lot of the ones I wanted to play didn’t work. Some even took credits and didn’t work. No one was around to ask for help or how to get my chips back. Food was okay. Service was very slow. I think we spent more time waiting on food and eating than actually playing. Left with some chips still left because just not much to do. Was also so excited for the human crane, got there and only had inflatable bananas in it so wasn’t worth spending $20 on that. Went for my birthday and left disappointed overall. Not the Dave and busters I remember.

Absolutely don't go for the food. The games are definitely cool. Their double cheese burger has less meat than a mcdouble from McDonald's. Unfortunately the lettuce has more flavor than the "beef" I just did not have it in me to use that much ketchup to eat it. Sorry D&B. Your burgers need some work.

Many children running around unaccompanied by adults screaming and running into people. Many games were broken or out of order which caused pile ups of people for the ones that did work. Food was delicious and games were fun as usual though.

We had our kids skip their afternoon classes and made the 2.5 hour drive to Indy for my son's birthday. Stopped by the record store, Top Golf, Cheesecake Factory, and then Dave & Busters. Dave & Busters did their best to ruin a great day with the family. My kids spent about $60 to play games. My youngest loves the baseball speed gun game. He was throwing too hard and it wouldn't register a lot of his throws. Right down the middle and it consistently didn't read over 80 mph. He did get it to say 80 once. They had a lot of fun playing games. I got tired and a little hungry and sat down in the dining area. There were two people eating in the dining area but otherwise empty. A server stopped by and asked if I wanted anything. I had been looking for something vegan on my phone but had no luck. I asked about chips and salsa but she wasn't sure. She left and came right back to let me know they didn't have chips and salsa but they did have chips and guacamole. I'm like, hey, that's even better! I order that and a soda. She asked me to move to the bar area which I did. She asked me if I minded to pay early and I said that is fine. It ended up being $11+ after tip. She then disappeared, presumably had finished her shift and left . Soon after my wife and kids walk up and they're ready to go. It's late and we have a 2.5 hour drive home. We end up waiting at least 45 minutes after being told a few times it'd be right up. I actually suspected they sent someone to the store for avacado. I saw one employee leave and return 15 minutes later with a shopping bag. Maybe she didn't go get avacados because I still didn't get chips and guacamole. I ended up talking to some other staff and asked if we could cancel the order because we really needed to go. It was a Wednesday and we intended to send our kids to class in the morning. They did go to school the next day but were super tired since we got home later than we planned. The staff went back and checked about canceling. We waited and waited, watched them as they talked, were on the radio with the kitchen and then finally a manager comes over. We ask the manager to cancel and he leaves, comes back with a card, and says the order was canceled and the money paid would be refunded back to my credit card. He also gave us a Dave & Busters card with about $15 in points It's been a couple of weeks and I paid bills yesterday. Looking through my transactions I realized I was never refunded. I called customer service and explained everything to them. They were unable to issue a refund but were going to contact the store and have them refund it and keep me updated on the situation via email. She was very nice. I won't bother coming back to this Dave & Busters. Disappointing end to a really fun day with the family.

I want to start off by saying I was looking forward to coming here for weeks because I had a bunch of gift cards. I was ready to spend hours here and even come back. We started off by waiting to be seated for 30 minutes even though there was no line and a ton of tables. So they are obviously understaffed. But they could’ve at least seated us. Then when we finally sat, multiple walk-ins, not just the parties infront of us, were seated immediately and got their food before we even saw a server. We got drinks after another 40 minute wait. The it took almost an hour to even get our food order in. The food was mediocre at best. The fries were good. But we didn’t get any discount or something for free for the wait. They didn’t even give us silver ware or napkins until we asked after the food was there. Then after we ate, we had a hard time even turning our giftcards into play cards because the machines were broken and kept glitching. When they gave us play cards, they didn’t even give us bonus points even though we spent $150. On the machines it said there was bonus points but she was too busy on the phone to even ask or offer. Half of the games, and I mean HALF, weren’t working. We wasted 10 points on 2 different games that took our money but didn’t work. I know that’s not a lot but it’s the principle. There was only one arcade worker so he couldn’t fix any of the games. There were so many fun ones that were just not working. It really sucked. I hate being this person and normally I keep my mouth shut, but this was suppose to be a special date night, starting off the new year. I want to come back with the rest of our points and possibly eat there again. But I need a discount on food or the games to actually work this time. And I’d like the 10 points we lost back. (The picture is of one of the games that broke after we swiped our card)

Im not the type to Karen a situation, heck I usually dont leave reviews, but this experience was just wow. What a total let down. Story time. Neither my husband or I have ever been to a Dave and Busters, but have seen and heard about them a lot. So for our 5 year anniversary we decided why not give one a try. We were already going to be in Indianapolis so we may as well. We arrive and sit at a table in the bar area. We wait for about 10 minutes before a server comes to take our drink orders. At which time she gives us a run down of the menue and how things kind of work. I can already tell her coming over to take care of us was NOT taken well by the bartender. We recieve our drinks and appetizer pretty quick and place our entree order. My husband orders the steak medium and I got the salmon. Along with our entrees we recieve game cards. My husband's steak comes out and its over well done. My salmon also left something to be desired. When we recieved our entrees I order another drink. The server never comes back to ask about the food so my husband just eats his over cooked steak. (Note when we got our food she never took any of the other dishes away. ) We have now finished our food, but I never got my drink. We sat with empty plates and cups for about 40 min before the server comes up with a drink that isn't mine. (Again doesnt take any dishes away) She goes over and checks with the bartender, and comes back saying it shouldn't be much longer. We had already finished our food and waited for 40 min on top of that so my husband asks to just scrap the drink. This turns into a whole ordeal. The server disappears. At one point I watch her, the manager, and the bartender go in the kitchen area and have it out. She comes back finally and gives us the bill. The bill wasn't right. There was a drink rung in wrong, and a drink we never ordered on it. She disappears again to fix this. She finally comes back and tells us she's sorry and tells us the bartender was mad she took our table. We decide to try and salvage the night with the games. Most the games were broken. If you asked for help with a game that isn't working but took your money you were treated like the biggest inconvenience. And kids were running rampid everywhere unsupervised. We end up having to leave before we can cash in our tokens for prizes so we return the next day to do so. We again have to wait for someone to come to the prize counter for about 20 min. Once someone comes we have to ask how much a prize is since most of them done have tags in front of them saying how many tokens they are. So he says "Well bring it up here." Like were idiots for not doing so to begin with. So we do so and find out how much we actually have on our cards. So were picking prizes and the guy says "You know you dont have to use them all today." My husband explains we live 3 hours away and there isnt one near us. To which the guy just goes. "Why are you here?" Trust me buddy we asked ourselves the same question after all this. Overall the experience was just awful. Im mostly disappointed. I love arcades. This was just incredibly overpriced for the experience. $150 to be treated like poop. 12/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Family and I went on half priced Sunday to get rid of cabin fever. I doubt we will be back to this location any time soon. Soooo many of the games were either completely shut down or malfunctioning! Neither of the guns worked on my son's favorite game Alien Armageddon and we walked away before finishing. Half of the Halo screen was blank. I lost count of the games I didn't know where malfunctioning because the "error" message didn't appear until after I swiped my card. We tried to make the most of the games that were functioning but we left without using up our card balances out of frustration. Then there were the bathrooms....disgusting! My son said there was vomit in the sink in the men's bathroom up front. He used the restroom again about an hour later and reported that it was still there. I could smell a strong sewage smell as I approaced the door to the women's restroom in the back and the smell was much stronger on the inside. This is unforunate because my family and I have been to this location many times over the years and I am sad at the state of disrepair that has developed here. I did receive good service at the bar when I ordered drinks for everyone.

I visited this location for a work event and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. My food arrived cold and had to be sent back, and even after waiting another 30 minutes, it still left my stomach upset for the rest of the night. There was also an incident in the bathroom involving an overdose while we were there, which was unsettling. On a positive note, the games were enjoyable and our server was very polite. However, based on the overall experience, I would not return to this location.

S

Waited 45 minutes over all for service and 30 on food for our food that was supposed to feed 2-4 people to look like this. Drink was so watered down. Server was trying her best. Half of the games were down. Bad experience overall

Terrible experience…went for an eat and play and the staff were not competently trained and it looks like the Mac and Cheese was heated up Kraft. The manager’s kids were in a booth near us running around yelling. Good thing he was there to yell at his children in front of us. The meals we ordered came out 25 minutes apart from each other.

The store in Castleton is TRASH It was so nasty and dirty. Looked like some girls were living in the bathroom. Half the games didn't work.

Was there from out of town for a work team building event and I cannot say it was the best experience. The quest we arranged was fun and our hostess was doing her best. I will say she was stretched so thin even though the dining room was empty. She must have been the only one working the other large group there as well. Drinks from the bar took 12+ min and nearly every item of overpriced food that came our for our party was cold and/or overcooked and cold. They wound up remaking several of the dishes and they were still overcooked and they ended up not being eaten & thrown away. It was a disappointing experience; I'd say go for the quest and go elsewhere for the food.

I came to Dave & Buster’s to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Our server, a young Caucasian girl with red hair, was rude from the moment we sat down. She told us it was happy hour even though the menu clearly stated it was only Monday–Friday. When I pointed that out, she brushed it off and said she “got her days mixed up.” When I asked which drinks were most popular, she said she wasn’t 21 and didn’t know. That was fine, but then she told me the margaritas were “mostly juice” even though the menu clearly lists tequila. Her attitude was dismissive the entire time. It took her 15 minutes just to bring six waters and one lemonade, and then she told us our margaritas would take even longer. We were only in town for the day and didn’t have another 30 minutes to wait. When I told her we would just leave and she didn’t need to unload the waters, she rolled her eyes and got smart with me. Then she asked if we were “going to pay for the drinks,” even though all she brought was water. When I said there was nothing to pay for, she replied, “That’s what I thought,” and walked off. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome the entire time. I don’t understand why someone under 21 with no drink knowledge and such a negative attitude would be assigned to a table celebrating a 21st birthday. This was not the experience we expected, and I will not be returning. & yes we had a reservation that specifically states my son’s 21st birthday.

Wow- the alcohol drinks were expensive for no reason. My husband and I got 1 mango margarita on the rocks, 1 Jameson Long Island tea, 1 passion fruit Ranch water, 1 dangerous waters island punch. 4 drinks for $64 dollars, is that correct? Menu does not have prices and the bartender did not give a detailed receipt. Our bartender closed out our tab before making our last 2 drinks, he did look over at our signed receipt. I’m guessing he was looking at our tip to him. We felt that our last 2 drinks didn’t have any alcohol in there. We paid for sugar water. We didn’t want to make scene so we let it go. I just won’t come back to this place or if I do, I definitely won’t be buying any drinks.

no joke, i waited 45 minutes to be helped at the bar. the wait isn’t the problem, if you’re short staffed. i get that, but the bartender walked by us 10x and never said “i will be with you as soon as possible” rather just ignored us until i finally raised & waved my hand which i did not want to do cause i understand that is very rude. i understand short staffing, but please encourage staff to acknowledge and communicate. also, lots of eye rolling from the employees.

I went here with my sister she got a chicken sandwich and said it was extremely dry and there was only sauce on one specific part of the sandwich. I got a burger. The burger itself wasn't bad, but the bread it was on was hard and the fries tasted like they had been sitting out for quite a while. On top of that, we were seated, and it took ten minutes for our waitress to come and get our drink orders. We did receive our food in a timely manner But that was the only thing in a timely manner. Once we finished eating, it took our waitress 40 minutes to give us the check. She seemed too busy entertaining. What I assume was her child. And tending to other tables when she finally looked at me across the restaurant. She came back to give me the check and had an attitude problem.

Incredibly disappointing experience. Due to the long wait for a table (though there were ample empty tables in the dining room) we opted to sit at the bar. Even though we were able to order shortly after sitting down, it took over 30 minutes for our food to be delivered. Trying to not let this ruin our evening, we opted to go play some games. I had a virtual card on my phone that was not working, so I went to the information desk to resolve the issue. I was treated as a nuisance and redirected to a manager who did not speak a single word to me. I felt as if I was an inconvenience for even daring to ask for a moment of their time. The venue was understandably crowded with it being Saturday night, however half of the games were not operating, making for long waits on the operable machines. A number of games appeared to be working, but took our “tokens” without actually allowing us to play. Without a doubt, we will not be back. There were no silver lining moments to our experience and I heavily caution anyone else in the Indianapolis area against wasting their money at this establishment.

The kitchen times are horrific. Well over an hour for food, and that’s with a server who was actually great and doing her best to manage the situation. No issue with the staff, the kitchen just seems to be operating on a different timeline than the rest of the world. As for the games, about half of them were broken. The ones that did work were mostly occupied by pre-teen kids using the machines as seating to text and FaceTime rather than, you know, play them. Not exactly the energetic arcade vibe you’d expect. The crowd left much to be desired, the pacing was painful, and overall it just felt like a place that has stopped caring whether guests are actually having a good time. If you want to eat, go elsewhere. If you want to play games, go elsewhere. If you want to wait around a long time surrounded by broken machines and bored children, this is the spot.

We went on Saturday, January 24 at 3:00 PM. The games are sooooo expensive now! There were only 4 tables sat in the old restaurant at 4:45 PM. 4 servers were on. We ordered drinks. Mine was wrong but our server never came to check on us so I went up to the bar myself to get it fixed. It took 45 minutes for our food to come. When we expressed our disappointment, our servers only response was sorry the kitchen is busy. I said “Busy? There are only 4 tables!” We went to management, who has been leaning against the wall the entire time. They said sorry. That was it. Do NOT go to this place. Don’t waste your time/money! So disappointed.

I came here last weekend to celebrate my daughter’s birthday & we got Cash as our server. Cash was amazing! He was attentive, helpful & patient, as this was our first time coming to Dave & Busters. The experience took a turn when my father in law came in & got a chair from a different table to try & bring to ours. A female worker named Candace came over literally screaming at him saying “yall only asked for x amount of chairs so that’s what y’all got! You need to put that back!” I was so stunned in the moment that I couldn’t even respond. I understand that may not be allowed but I feel a simple “I’m sorry sir but you’re not allowed to take chairs from other tables” would’ve done just fine. Instead she came over shouting, rolling her neck & eyes. When I asked for her name she literally laughed in my face & told me “no”. I had to ask another associate for her name & when he told me he said that she gets complaints all the time, which is upsetting that she clearly has a reputation of treating customers this way & nothing is being done about it. Not to mention, she was sitting at one of the tables in the bar area eating a burger & licking on her fingers, then proceeded to go behind the bar & help customers without even washing her hands. I watched her do this at least 3 times. Candace was so rude & nasty. She definitely needs a refresher on proper work etiquette & how to treat customers!

Very disappointed. Came with my family only for the digital card to stop working halfway through. Kindly asked for help and was kept waiting for over 30mins. I understand saturdays are busy but every time I asked an employee for help I was told a manager would come out. I asked many employees for help all told me the same thing all kept me waiting. It seems the manager was just as clueless as employees and they don’t offer refunds so now we have a loaded card on the app with no way to use it. Waste of money and time. Hate to say it but they’re losing customers

Food was overpriced and so so. Was burping back the taste.))) waitress was coughing when we were ordering food!! Will make us sick of something. Walk away while coughing!! Then sold us game card with food. When bill came she sticks pad screen and asks for tips while holding in the face! I don’t want to pay tips on game card . Total bill was 130$ because game card 55$. I said 15$ enough and she is like :ok so its only 12.5% will be:))) Not happy about anything it that place
