Quick and friendly service. Been a while since I have been there and I was happy to see their focus on quality and not a race to the bottom like that S place.

I love Togo's so much better than Subway. Number one their sandwiches are so much better and number two you're not affiliated with Jared.

Great place to stop in Castro Valley. Staff is always nice and food is very solid. Never crowded at night so it's a quick stop.

I normally come here before they close 820-830ish. The service very good. You get what you want on your sandwich. Friendly staff.

Might be the smallest Togos in the area, but out of the 3 near me, I go to this one cuz they make it right every time.

My sister and I had excellent ,friendly service from Rigo and Bico👍hope I got the names right. We had special requests and we're very pleased. Thanks guys,we'll be back.

This place got completely turned around. Not only did they renovate the store but they must have let go of the lazy staff who were just talking in the break room because these people were working hard and it shows. Food was fresh and tasty. This is the Togo’s I remember.

I don't know who was working tonight, June 25th 2021, but the 3 sandwiches, California Club, Meatball Marina, and the Tri Tip, we ordered were delicious! We have ordered sandwiches here throughout the years, but tonight they were exceptionally good. Thank you for a delicious anniversary dinner!

We ordered two sandwiches (Hot Pastrami Reubens). The service was fast and friendly. Though we ordered the sandwiches to go; the place looked clean. The sandwiches were VERY GOOD, VERY TASTY. Will be going back. Recommend this place to everyone.

Crazy i worked here a long time ago..and still Every time i come here they are friendly and the sandwiches are perfect. I never had to send one back or complain. Little tip and bacon to eveything 😆 🤣!

I usually call ahead and order my sandwiches and they are always ready when I get there. They make some of the best sandwiches I have ever had. They are very reasonable on their price.

I visited today, its been years since i have been here. I have never had such great service. 2 workers at 12pm and they were great! Asked the right questions to make sure they made my food right, very sweet and smiled alot. I definitely will make the stop to this togos again. To the staff that helped me. Keep up the great work and the smiles. You are appreciated more than you know.

Chantel was working today, she was amazing. Smiled while making mine and my friends food and made conversation with us. Good wholesome sandwiches and she was so nice. I recommend going when she is there and have her make you a bomb sandwich.

Shout out to the crew today! Food was amazing! Shawntell and Yusko (Sorry in advance if I spelled your names wrong) made a great team and the food they made was so good. They talk to you like family and get into conversation with you, they talk among themselves as well. I watched them work together to get many orders done. I can't believe the way they handled everything. Thank you to who ever trained them, you did an amazing job. Thank you two for an amazing experience and asking me lots of questions. The remodeling is gorgeous! Lived here over 23 years and never seen this place so nice The two merchants around 11 in Monday May 15th were super pleasant and friendly. The young lady made tasty sandwiches. The price for two is bit steep but that's due to inflation. Try the Dutch crunch bread. Thank you for your kindness.

I come here quite often. Very friendly staff. I had my order taken by a girl name Lakeisha and she made the best sandwich I ever tasted. I recommend her. Awesome personality. She made my sandwich taste like heaven. Great place!! Will see me again!

Most Togo's I've visited since it's inception (first one on Willow Pass Road in Concord, CA ),maintain the same atmosphere, service and menu.

My first sandwitch was a Togos hot pastrami with mustard n hot peppers yummy I still love it. Plenty of parking handicap accessible friendly worker.

The CV TOGO'S is still very quick and consistently tasty. No fuss no muss... Order my Sandoz, get my Sandoz... Enjoy!

Great option for sandwiches and salads. It's SO much better than Subway, and more convenient than the others. I'm sad to see the Santa Fe chicken salad shrink as the price rises, but still not shockingly expensive. Love that the parking lot is newly redone!

Good service over all. But noticed the cold roast beef had more meat than my hot. I thought about it and came up with the hot roast beef is heated in juices witch made it weigh more thus less actual meat. Still a good sandwich.

Fantastic sandwiches!! Recommend calling in or order ahead of time. 3 ladies making sandwiches as fast as they could but between on line orders, pick ups & walk-ins they were slammed! Took a bit too long to even put my order in but understandable.

I feel like the sandwich meat is getting less and less and the price is going up and up.. Great service though. It's still better than Subway! On a hot day when heating up the kitchen is not an option, it's still an option.

Been going to this Togo's for years, mainly for the best Pastrami (hot #9) around. Lately they have been very inconsistent. 1) they never have the pastrami ready and you have to wait while some is heated up 2) Sometimes your sandwich is almost too sloppy (too much mayo/mustard) or next time it is way too dry. Still get a craving and will go when I do. I just hope they have their act together!

Love the pastrami melt, but just wish some of the staff were a little more hygienic. A manager/supervisor made my sandwich because the other employee was busy with a big order, but she changed gloves multiple times without washing her hands. And in between changing gloves she handled money at the register and scratched her head a few times. Gloves don't do much for protection if you're cross-contaminating them each time you change them out(especially since the sink is right behind the counter). Other than that, staff if friendly and the sandwich was good.

Normally good, but they lost my online order and I got double charged.

I LOVE Togo’s! But the last couple visits haven’t been very good. Been given a lot of attitude from the staff. The manager is very nice and very precessional. I always order the California club, the last few time it tasted horrible. I was really disappointed. But overall I think it’s best to physically go into the store so you get what to want correctly.

We were a little bit disappointed with the skimpy portions on our sandwiches. They were incredibly stingy with the pastrami. The other togos I usually go to by bayfair mall is so generous with the pastrami every time I go there but not this location. 🙃

Slow, slow, slow. One other in person in front of me and still took forever. Tried the new chicken caprese…my sandwich (reg) was much smaller than my spouses and they forgot the tomatoes. Mr Pickles next time for me

Every time I go there it takes 20 mins or more even with nobody in line. If people are in line plus online orders, expect to be there for 30 mins plus.

I don’t think you can get any less meat on a sandwich. And still call a sandwich

Have ordered online 4 times in past 2 months. 3 of the 4 times my order was wrong. They argued I ordered it wrong but I showed the online confirmation and I ordered correctly. It's ridiculous and they are wasting food and my time. Staff in CV is not very friendly either. Jennifer was always great but never see her anymore.

Very long wait, for online and in person. I ordered online at 6pm, got there at 630,and sandwich wasn't ready until 645. The line inside moved very slow too. They need to hire more workers, or speed up the ones they got, and I'll come back then. The food is good. Now that Quiznos across the street is gone this is my favorite sandwich spot in Castro Valley. If they take this long then I have to explore other options.

A couple years back can we go to sandwich here and we ended up getting food poisoning from the sauce do not recemend

I came to Togo’s on sunday oct 3 and ordered a turkey sandwich and a chicken salad.2 hours after eating the food my stomach started bubbling. I was in and out of the bathroom all night and I found out I have stomach poison and I am still suffering from it I don’t know if it was the meat or the salad but I will never come back to this place again and i don’t recommend this place to anyone else Thanks

Horrible service People aren't wearing face masks while preparing the food. We ordered the food 30 mins ahead and when we got here they didn't even know what we were talking about. We had to wait again in the lobby. Needs new management/owners. Never going back again.

Called ahead. 30 minutes. Get there 30 minutes later and the order wasn't started. Took an additional 15 min to make 3 sandwiches. They messed up in the size of one of the sandwiches and had to remake. The sandwich maker tells who I'm assuming is the owner can you ring them up fast because they aren't happy. No big apology. No offer of not charging for cheese or something. Just rude. Paid $35 for 3 mediocre sandwiches. I will not be returning. I'll go to Quiznos across the street.

The staff was nice enough but Togos is a joke, not only did they jackup the prices but they downsized their sandwiches by at least half....needless to say I won't be returning anytime in the foreseeable future.

The one i went to had an annoying person making my sandwich. Spent more time playing with the food than making the sandwich. To add to that they messed up my order as well as another person's. What could have been a 10 min sandwich stop, turned into 30 mins of a sloppy experience.

Wasn't even open at 1030 Castro valley needs to up their standards
