Taco Bell Catskill Reviews
I stop and got there new chicken bowl and the guy who took my order Scott made sure there was no tomatoes. He was very respectful and kind to a old lady.
Late night bites. Really good customer service. The chicken avocado burrito was good. Very crunchy chicken.

Always got Uber eats through Instacart, not one complaint! I always customize my husband's order and they always deliver! Only thing is they could always add more hot sauce but other than that great experience! Unfortunately now on Uber eats through Instacart they no longer deliver to my area wish they'd change that we ordered quite a bit, weekly if not a couple times a week

The Twilight Zone Drive-Thru Experience Let’s call this visit: “A Case Study in Fast Food Irony.” Pressed for time and thinking I’d grab a quick bite, I decided Taco Bell’s drive-thru in Catskill was my solution. A lone car in the line — mine. Perfect, right? What could possibly go wrong? I placed my order with ease and proceeded to the pickup window, where I was greeted by an employee who looked like she either just woke up or lost a fight with her alarm clock. Hair askew, a vibe somewhere between “I just can’t today” and “I’m here so I don’t get fired.” While I’m all for casual work attire, this was next-level disheveled. Payment went smoothly enough. Then came the wait… and wait… and wait. Over 15 minutes of solo car contemplation. Not sure if they were harvesting the corn for the tortillas or hand-raising the chicken in the back, but it was unusually long — especially since I was the only customer. Finally, my culinary adventure arrived. Let’s break it down: * Nachos: Presentation was... avant-garde. Looked like someone tossed chips into the box from across the room and called it a day. Very minimalist. A true "interpretation" of nachos. * Chicken Soft Taco: A glimmer of hope. The taco was actually decent — warm, filled appropriately, and held together like a taco should. Compared to the nachos, this was a 3 star gourmet dish * Coke Zero: Completely flat. Not a bubble in sight. Basically, brown water with a hint of regret. If you’re looking for a quick stop with prompt service, enthusiastic staff, and fresh bubbly beverages… you may want to keep driving. If you enjoy long meditative waits, minimalistic nachos, and sleepwalking service, this might just be your spot. Will I return? Let’s just say Taco Bell Catskill won’t be seeing me in the drive-thru lineup again anytime soon. In the end, what was supposed to be a fast, simple stop turned into a drive-thru episode of “Survivor.” Between the sleepwalking service, the Olympic shot-put nachos, and the lifeless soda, I can confidently say I’ll be bypassing this Taco Bell location in the future. “Food that feeds the soul, beauty that speaks volumes, and travel that tells a story always through the eyes of Italy Loves India.” — Alyson Savino IG: Alysonnyc212 #TacoBellChronicles #CatskillNYEats #alysonnyc212 #DriveThruAdventures #FastFoodFails #NachoDisaster #FlatSodaClub #FoodieReviews #3StarExperience #TacoBellFails #SupportBetterService

Management needs to change!!! Something is really off here they're always out if Something usually easy stuff to not be out of (lettuce, cheese, taco sauce, soda are all examples of things they have been out of) Service stinks because they are so understaffed staffed yiu can tell the 2 or 3 people working are trying but after standing in line for 20 minutes and no one taking my order I walked out the last time other times it just rates a really long time to actually complete an order. I really wish they'd get their act together because I genuinely like taco bell as a fast food restaurant and I was really excited when they opened.
I've been to this relatively new addition in Catskill a handful of times, and let's just say... More like "Live Menos." I don't blame anyone who is working hard in a fast-paced food-service job, but I can definitely blame whoever is in charge of training, quality control, and profiting off the franchise location. It's Taco Time for onboarding bootcamp and hands-on management. Somewhere across the rainbow bridge, that little chihaua is shedding a tear over this establishment. That second star was hard to tap.

The food was good when they opened but now it's really bad. When we order one thing they give us something else. I will never buy from here again. I go to the one in Kingston to eat Taco Bell.
Ordered and paid the price for a cheesy Gordita crunch… receive a plain taco 🙃. I didn’t even receive a receipt either.

We just left. The two younger folks at the counter were fine but we had to wait for food due to the managers deciding to pull the ladies off the line who were preparing the food to have a dispute for all the customers to hear. Highly inappropriate while we were waiting alone with another gentleman who had ordered. Not to mention the cars at the window. There is a time and place for everything and that definitely was not it. This location needs to reevaluate the managers. The counter help was apologetic and after I spoke up they did send 1 lady back to the food prep area.
this review is for ownership only and not the staff. i do not understand why you want to so badly understaff your restaurant to the point where food takes 25 minutes to be made. half the line in the kitchen is unused because there’s no one there working. the dining room is a mess because there’s no one there to clean it. stop making your staff have to receive so many customers’ frustrations when the blame is squarely on you
I have ordered 2 days in a row on the Taco Bell app from this location. I have the easiest taco in the world. Just meat and cheese. When I ordered yesterday my taco was loaded with lettuce when I checked 3 times that I marked “ no lettuce “ in the app. Then today. It happened again. They need workers who can comprehend orders .
I have given then a chance multiple times. Tell me why it takes them over an HOUR for them to make my food through an Uber eats order. I have done it twice now thinking "maybe its one person on shift today or something" first time took one and a half hours, im messaging the driver like "what's going on" and she just replies "theyre taking forever" second time took over TWO HOURS to receive my food. What is going on?
I ordered a large nacho fry, and chicken strips, ONLINE for the drive thru. 15 minutes later i arrived there, it wasn’t until 45 minutes later of sitting in the drive through that i got the food. This is insane. not the first time as well. the manager needs to start HIRING. There is no reason that this fast food place is taking as long as a regular restaurant.
Completely wrong order: my fiesta bowl was instead nachos my extra chalupua was just made as a crunchy taco and the lux box had nachos instead of cinnamon twists. . .I am completely let down and saddened I had to pay for that
Food was good, but they put laxatives in it wife and I had the runs all night
This location will close early sometimes for no reason. I arrived at the drive thru at 11:39 on a Wednesday night and waited for almost 10 minutes with no response. So I drove up to the service window to see what the issue was. An employee walked past the window once and ignored me, so I knocked on the glass and continued to wait until she finally mouthed to me that I was "too late". It was 11:52 when I finally drove away angry, it's supposed to be open until midnight. However, the food is usually made pretty well. Although it's slower than normal, the serving sizes are a little bigger than most other taco bells.
Ordered 2 items both are wrong. Waited like 30mins. Employees just hanging out in the dinning room chatting not helping push orders at all. Stop only focusing on your drive thru times and take care of both Drive thru and the dinning room in a timely manner. Do better. 2/21/26 around 7:35pm.
Spent 60 minutes waiting for the order, you should let your patrons know the wait time. Who want to sit at Taco Bell that long with no food. When I asked for a refund I was told we cannot do that !!! Bring back customer service for the people that actually visit you restaurant
They are sloooooooooow. Why does the drive through take 20 minutes? You'd think they were slammed, but nope. One person inside and a few in the drive through line. This isn't the first time I've gone here and it was extremely slow. This is just how it is at this location. If you're looking for a fast meal, don't come here.
I arrived at the drive in window at 11:34pm tonight and there was a car in front of me sitting and waiting for someone to take their order. Not sure how long they had been there. No response from staff. They gave up and left and I gave it a try. No one ever answered. I see a similar review from two months ago. Don’t say you’re open until midnight if you’re only open till 11:20 , and don’t just leave your lights on and ignore your patrons. It’s bad business. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written, but it just rubbed me the wrong way when I noticed that it appears to be a pattern. I went to BK instead, and their service was fast and friendly.
Staff is always on phone while working with your food… mind you the amount of bacteria on a phone considering most bring it into the bathroom with them… Will ignore costumer for 10 min while ur the only one at the speaker…. Thought this was supposed to be fast food… Go inside and order yourselves thinking it will be faster, nope you just get to see 6 people standing around like they don't know how to make a toco Ask for accomidationis on food like no beans or sum and they will completely mess it up every time and give attitudes when u want what u paid for fixed Want sause… to dam bad they wont you it and will slam the window and ignore u when you go to ask Never seen a waste of space or a company other then this toco bell in catskill

I went when they first opened and got stomach sick for three days after eating dinner there

There were 3 kids working this location and zero adults. The poor kids had to close the lobby and the drive through and focus only on online orders. My partner and I were the last in store order. One of the kids explained that they had called their manager several times and could not get ahold of her. The kids did their best in this situation, and should be commended. They were not the problem.
