Updated to three stars as the area manager (Veronica I think) called me and corrected the issue. She was very pleasant and professional. Let me know she just took over that store so hopefully in a few weeks there will be mass improvement in quality. I'm going to submit a corporate complaint on top of this review. My $10 sandwich is overcooked to the point I'm afraid it's going to break a tooth and honestly looks just pathetic. I got 8 tacos with no sauce, hardly any meat, and none of the requested sauce packets. This is how all 8 tacos looked. My strawberry Daze drink is absolutely disgusting and just got poured down the drain. Tastes like straight syrup, even my husband won't drink it. He gagged when he tasted it. Of course their phone is still emitting a busy signal like it was three days ago so I'll be calling corporate tomorrow. This is just disgusting and I guarantee you none of the lazy employees make THEIR food like this.

Most pitiful $4.99 Burrito I've every purchased. Barely any eggs, wrap was old/dry, and about the same size of the McDonald's $1.29 burritos. The only thing saving this review is that the lunch menu is okay.

Service was great will return again for an opportunities so they can get a highest star. I asked for extra pickles. I only received two pickles, employees have to remember to change your gloves often change your gloves as often as you can. Again change your gloves and wash your hands in between changes your gloves

Food was tasty but they put cheese on my chicken sandwich without me asking (it said there was an extra charge for cheese we didn't pay) and I'm allergic. Also they put mustard on my 4 year olds burger when we asked for ketchup and cheese only. Also the drive though screen is cracked and we sat for a while thinking maybe it was broken.

Waited 3 minutes in the drive thru, was never acknowledged, had to back out. Went inside sat 5 minutes at the counter. They were steady and short handed but say something don’t just ignore the customers especially when you have to give food to others past them. There’s a trash can in the dining area catching water dripping from the ceiling in one spot while 2 others built up around with no wet floor sign. Tells me management is bad, upper management is worse, and employees are just doing what they can in a bad situation and not happy about it.

Kind of sad and dated inside. First time at a Jack in the Box, as they are not near us. So we stopped while traveling. Not worth the hype. Food was bland and the store needed a severe attack by mop.

Asked for a jr jumbo jack with only lettuce and cheese and got everything on it. After I went in to get it corrected I let the girl know and she came back with literally only lettuce and cheese no meat. After I let her know she rolled her eyes and raised her voice at me saying I asked for only lettuce and cheese. If I wanted only “lettuce and cheese” I would have asked for a grilled cheese with lettuce. Poor customer service!

Took 7 min to put a to go order he said can you give me a min not 7 buddy horrible place they don't have manners and they were not even full of people. They were empty on the deivee thru don't come to this place not worth the time or the pit stop

Absolutely filthy. Went in for lunch on a Saturday, no one in the dining room but it was filthy. Trash and food everywhere, sticky and dirty tables, trash on the floor behind the counter. One person kept walking through it and kicking the trash around. Cups, lids and trash under the drink machine, red soda spilled all over the drink cup lids. Dirty counter top and there was staff standing around on their phones instead of cleaning. Food is good when orders are correct, otherwise I wouldn’t eat here again. The dining area was so gross I chose to eat in my car.
