I’ve been coming here for years… honestly it doesn’t take much. I’m going through a hard loss right now in my family and I was worried about today. The kindness the wonderful staff show in even the smallest of ways means so much! Y’all are amazing.

Krystal was magnificent. I had never tried matcha. She gave excellent recommendations and different ways it could be made. She greeted me with a beautiful smile. She left me with beautiful messages in my cup and my food bag. I have never had that at Starbucks. She made my experience very personable. The delivery of my order was given with little to no wait time. And my food was hot and my drink was excellent.

She greeted me and my husband as soon as we walked in, she also let us know what the deals were and recommended other options that were on the menu that we were not aware of. Great experience at Starbucks! The coffee was delicious, but the real star of the visit was Madisyn. She made the experience amazing with her wonderful disposition and spot-on recommendations. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the visit feel special. I ordered a mocha coffee with caramel syrup and a caramel drizzle, and it was perfect. Excellent service like hers is what keeps customers coming back!

I’ve been to this Starbucks location dozens of times, but my experience with Starkey today truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, Starkey greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Exactly the kind of energy you hope to see in customer service. Especially after a hard days work.

We did a mobile order for this store. We got our drinks with in 5min. The girl making the mobile order drinks was doing amazing! We also ordered 2 cake pops.....we ended up waiting 20min for 2 cake pops. I asked 2 separate times to make sure the order went through, to make sure they weren't forgotten and was met with pure attitude by 2 different employees. The rolled eyes and attitudes were very unprofessional. The store was fully staffed with at least 6 employees but none looked like an adult, it appeared to be all teenagers as the attitudes indicated. We will drive 15min out of the way to go another location from now on.

I’ve ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch for the longest and they always seem to mess it up on purpose. This time they genuinely got on my last nerve.. I asked for extra whip and extra crunch. They gave me a dap of whip and a sprinkle of the crunch. Not only that they burnt it and it’s like dark coffee.

So I ordered a venti hot chocolate, and when I received my drink was half way full and it wasn’t hot. At the time, there was only one other person at Starbucks, and I still received poor customer service.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your Starbucks. If I can give this place 0 stars I would!! When my sister and I entered the store, neither of the two employees working acknowledged our presence. We stood waiting for quite some time without so much as a greeting or an assurance that someone would be with us shortly. One employee even made direct eye contact before looking away, without addressing us. When we were finally helped, there was no apology for the wait. My sister requested a Mango Dragonfruit, only to be told it was unavailable. At that point, I noticed a third employee emerge from the back, which made it clear that being understaffed was not the issue—it was a matter of poor customer service. I ultimately chose not to place an order because of the negative experience. The lack of acknowledgment, the dismissive behavior, and the unavailability of items left me with the impression that this location is poorly managed. I strongly urge Starbucks to address the management and customer service standards at this store. I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others unless improvements are made.
