The customer service here is soooo good! Literally have been at this location several times in the past few months and have had multiple different employees working at the drive through and they are ALL so NICE! Like, the kind of friendly attitude that makes you happy you went there. The chicken express next door could learn a thing or two from this Taco Bell location
I LOVE this place, the tacos are basic, but the burritos and crunch wraps are so great and the deals are awesome. They have really good frozen drinks too. The customer service is usually decent and the drive thru usually moves pretty fast.

10/11/21 Update: So, the young man (receipt says "Irvin") that worked the Drive Through today around 1 PM needs a raise. He was well spoken, friendly, and polite. I heard what the lady cook was saying in Spanish from the back and I am upset that she would feel this way towards black people. No shade, but I really hope she isn't your manager. He remained professional regardless if he understood what she said or not. Seems to be improving apart from the ones late at night out back getting high. Idc what you are back there doing. Take my order so I can continue on with my fat girl night. 🤷🏻♀️ But, apart from wait times, they have been improving everywhere else and the closing Manager is very nice.

The food was great. I was able to go inside actually. The place was vacant besides the workers and myself. Also the drink machine was cut off in the lobby. Didn't to much like that. Manager was rude. Looked interested in what I was ordering and all together annoyed with the whole taking my order
This is the only place open when I get off work I stop in to grab something to eat late at least twice a week. Not once have I ever had an issue with any of my orders I'm somewhat picky and customer service is always top notch. Even when they are slammed the person at the window is always in a positive mood. And these days that's hard to find. Thanks for finishing my long day at work with your positive friendly attitudes!!! And always getting my orders right!!!!

I love Taco Bell! The food is hot, good and the price is right. I love the staff at the Taco Bell in Cedar Hill. They are always friendly and very accommodating. They always give the crazy number of hot sauce packets I want. It's a joy to go through their drive thru. Love you guys!
Came to get some food for everyone at work the ladies are just looking at you not greeting you or asking if you need help. But Lucy in the drive thru was running back and forth to help both counters. This girl needs a raise. Plus she was so nice and happy to help
We ordered almost 20 items… The food was put into 3 different bags so nothing would get smashed AND the wrappers were written on so we would know what each item was. Wow. Excellent service! Very helpful. Thanks!
All the employees there always seem to be working really hard, every time I show up there.
I had the large mango whip drink. Pretty good taste but for 3.16 I would have expected a larger cup. The 12 cinnabon delights okay not warm like some taco bells.
Feels weird reviewing a taco bell. You know what you are getting here. Don't expect a 5-star restaurant, or chick FIL a level service. I got my food quick, and it was still warm. No one was rude to me. I am satisfied.

My experience is solely based on the drive thru because I've never went inside of this building. The customer service is ok and the food obviously never looks as advertised. They usually put the food together pretty sloppy. I try not to come here too often because you'll always end up on the toilet the next day lol. I will say that you can get full from the dollar menu if you're looking to go the cheap route.
I was a bit surprised at how short staffed they were and when we went to sit down there were hardly any areas clean. I had to wipe off my table and my seat. It didn't appear that they had a lobby person at all. I must note this was several hours after lunch and before dinner rush. Food was good, but it makes you a bit Leary to eat it when you see the area is not very clean.
This location can be hit or miss at times. I come to this location mainly out of convenience. The employees are very friendly and have excellent customer service, but the food is not always hot and sometimes seems like it is not made to order. Additionally, the drive-thru lines can be quite long because it sits in near the middle of a major intersection, so plan about 15-20 mins sitting in line during busy times of day. The few times I've been inside, the tables and floors were very clean and the trash cans were not overflowing. Overall this location is ok.
Walked in no one greeted me at the front counter. It took a minute before anyone came up to take my order. I just stood there and waited for them to stop talking together to come take my order. Finally someone came I placed my order. She was polite and friendly. But when I got home with my food I didn't have the extra meat on part of my food and I didn't feel like going back up there. Other than that it was ok.
Every time I have visited this location, there is always a problem with my order. Something about Cedarhill and their fast food restaurants. Either the food is not good , or the customer service sucks, 🙄.
When we ordered, the woman asked anything else after each thing we ordered! You could hear her sighing after! She did not want to be there. When my husband said thank you, she replied ok!
Food here is surprisingly fresh and not stale like the other Taco Bells in the area. However on this particular day when ordering take out , I waited for the men's restroom to free up and when it did, an employee emerged and left behind a very strong Marijuana smell. Pretty typical for this area I guess
Come on taco bell, train your people well and pay them better. The food is not all that, this is a cheat meal for us once every 2 - 3 months and to come spend over 20$ on our dinner and be missing items with the thinnest portions of "meat" on the items. Not cool. There is room for improvement Team, get on it.
I have recently started going to different Taco Bell locations almost weekly and ordering a single Doritos Locos Taco through the mobile app. Every location I go to, I walk in, tell them I have a mobile order, they either already have it made and ready for me at the counter, or they get it to me within a couple minutes. After all, how long does it take to throw some pre-made meat, lettuce, tomato and cheese in a shell? Well, according to this Cedar Hill location, it evidently takes a LONG time... The first time, I went through the drive through which had maybe 5 cars in front of me. I waited a good 25 minutes before getting to the window and receiving my single taco. The next time, having learned the drive through is a no-go, decided to walk inside (which had quite a few people already waiting there which should have been a sign). After waiting about 3 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge my presence at the counter, it took another 20 minutes to receive my food. The next time I saw the drive through had only one car going through it so I figured I'd try that again. Got to the speaker and hear a voice telling me the drive through is out of order and to go inside. The next time, I went inside where there was only one person waiting for their order, yet it STILL took about 10 minutes before receiving my order (which had been placed several minutes prior on the app). And as I was leaving with my single taco, I notice all the cars in the drive-through were backing out which I'm guessing means the drive-through went "out of order" again (whatever that means). The employees don't even try to be friendly to you. I've even seen some employees in the kitchen (who I'm guessing were either super lazy or on break) just hanging around doing nothing other than distracting the employees who are supposed to be working. All this to say, even if I have to drive 5 minutes out of my way to go to a less convenient location, it will still save me lots of time. The only reason why I'm not giving a one star review is because the food is good and they've never gotten my order wrong (which would take some talent considering I only ever order one taco).
10/09/2023 8:45pm My order was missing 2 items, the items that I did have were incorrect. Drove all the way home to a hungry family, only to walk right back out the door the drive all the way back to Taco Bell, after a long day at work. This is like the 3rd experience of my order being incorrect. My 12yr old daughter says “AGAIN..??” even she knows they always mess up our order.
I dont understand why when I come to this Taco bell the wait for one car is 7 to 10 minutes wait per car. My question this has been going on for a long time. Food is not served hot all the time depends on order. Needs more friendly people. I've been in line now for over 30 minutes with only 5 cars in front. I can understand 1 time not every time. Store needs to be better operated. Was in drive Thur 2/23/17 tonight
Order was wrong and food was absent of main ingredients.
Once we were done ordering our food in the drive through, they told us that the computers were not working so we went inside... then when we went inside, I smelled marijuana, not that I mind, because i too smoke bud, but it took forever for them to get us our food. Food was however cooked correctly.
No idea why we thought it would be better today, but our tacos were skimpy (mostly filled with lettuce and half the shells did not have meat in them) and the burrito was just ugh. It was a tough tortilla with, again, so little filling I wondered what they based the price on. There are too many other places around here to get a great taco or burrito. Clearly this store is not concerned about quality or competition.
Drive thru service needs to improve. Went there on Tuesday night, 12-13-2022, around 1130pm and drive thru line was backed up and took forever to get through it. When I finally got up to the window, the female working the window never said thank you or have a good day to me. Didn't really say anything to me. She was talking but she was talking to the other employees that were in the kitchen area about personal things within her life. No focus on the drive thru and this is probably why it was backed up in the first place.
I am unbelievably unhappy with this location. Not only was half my order missing, but I was doubled charged on the app and when told about it I was told there was nothing they can do. When I called up after discovering my chips, tacos, and nacho cheese sauce was missing from my order I called up 3 times and got nobody on the phone. Avoid wasting your time and money here.
I just received my food and it was just thrown in the bag like they didn't care what happens, and my tacos were very stale. I had to throw them away.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but this Taco Bell experience was beyond frustrating. My drive-thru order was wrong twice and when I came back the second time, the food was cold. I ended up having to go through the drive-thru line three separate times just to get three soft tacos with no sour cream. To make things worse, no manager or shift lead ever came out to apologize or take responsibility, and I was refused a refund for the repeated mistakes and inconvenience. The phone was not answered then eventually left off the hook as if they were busy on the line The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because of one female employee who was patient, kind, and understanding on my third visit. They tried to help make things right when no one else seemed to care. This location seriously needs better **management accountability and quality control
Attitude is everything. Young woman at window couldn't say please or thank you. Didn't even crack a smile. I tried and nothing. When she handed us the food, I said thank you and I got nothing, looking at her 👀, still kept quiet and no reactions what so ever. So Little lady, if you can't say hello, or thank you or have a nice day? You need to work in the back. Period.
Every table dirty. No air conditioning. Food all over the floors. Floors greasy and slippery, even in the bathroom. No wet floor signs. My 3 year old fell twice just getting to a dirty table. Then again in the bathroom. Please clean and degrease the floors.
It was the worst place that I have ever been. They gave the food that I ordered to someone else. Twice! The order was completely wrong after an hour and a half of waiting . The 5 people in front of me had the same issue. They lost two of the customer's debt cards so they were trying to find them. The kids that they hired were crying about having to go to school in the morning; so they had to leave. It was terrible.
The wait is long with little customer service. I occasionally give it another chance. Today at 953 am i was told they were out of sausage and no longer served breakfast. Not what the breakfast hours say. Then i got to wait behind one car for ten minutes. When it didn't move i had to back out of their extremely long drive thru.
Went there before church and the girl working had an attitude. I don’t know if she got a write or the only one working. She also forgot my something from my order and argued with me about putting it in the bag. She checked the bag and then again rolled her eyes and then it took longer to bring my missing Items out. I told my brothers it’s taking longer to get my food then to get out of the traffic we were stuck in. I also told her to send her manager out. Also when she was taking my order she was rushing me I barley pulled up and did my have time to ask my brothers what they wanted. This is usually my brothers and I favorite eating spot before youth but it’s gone down a lot since covid.
If I can give them negative stars I damn sho would. Now I see why teens are jobless. They come to work to freaking play. My order was 100% right on the screen, but 99% incorrect in my bag. I do not care who you are no matter if it walk in or drive through. At this locatiin you will wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to get over priced fast food. When I returned to get my order corrected the kid told me that I was gonna have to wait until they finished the rest of the customers (another hour). So I asked for my money back and that took time (20 minutes ). I gave this same location of Taco Bell a second chance and the same exact thing happened. I will definitely never return to the Desoto Taco Bell ( That manager tried to fight my wife over an incorrect order). I will NEVER return to another Taco Bell for the rest of this year. Maybe one day they can receive some of my hard earned dollars, but until then they will not get another dime from my pockets this year.
This is the slowest taco bell ever. I o ly get a 30 minute break and every time I come here I'm late going back to work because they would rather conversate with each other than actually prepare the food. Please talk to your staff to help them understand how portent it is to get the job done.
ZERO STARS!!! WORST EXPERIENCE AS OF YET. Ordered thru the app only to find out they had no Coolata cream which we were told RUDELY at the window. We chose other drinks and were handed those along with one party box stuffed with 24 tacos and a burrito. We were told to go around when we asked about the rest of our order. We parked and 1 person went in where she was given another part of order(nachos) that had to be brought back in because it was incorrect. The 2 managers standing 8 ft away ignore her while she tried to get the rest of the order and the correct nachos. She was finally acknowledged by a manager who told her there was no fryer to make the missing part of order so she requested quesadillas instead. 10 minutes later we were given the quesadillas and the correct nachos. And a bs show of the manager getting on to her employees. She gave us 4 coupons for the price difference they already charged us, not a refund. And our drinks were half melted by the time we finally got all our food correctly made. This location has hit an ALL TIME LOW!! Your manager is very insincere and your employees are either incompetent or plain rude or both!!
One of the worst possible Taco Bell’s you could go to. Will literally take an hour on your order, mess it up, and then expect you to wait another hour in the drive thru to fix it. The Manager Marcus has no idea how to be a manager, how are you going to blame the customer because your staff is too incompetent to get an order right after I REPEATEDLY ask them to check. One of the worst experiences at a fast food chain and I’ll be emailing corporate. Hopefully they get better, faster staff.
The service was very bad called back to let them know there was a hair in one of the tacos and the forgot to put one of the items in the bag and they just laughed and hung up. That is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. If they’re going to hire kids make sure they have manners I will be calling the corporate office.
Ordered online, they just didn't put half of my order in the bag and didn't say anything, had to get back in the long line because I was missing food and they claimed they were out of Chalupas yet they didn't say it just let me take half of my order. Not to mention the lobby is closed so the only option was up go through the drive though. Went back through the drive through and told them no meat, beans on the crunch wrap only to get home and find beef in my crunch wrap. Of course no one answered the phone when I called. There's always an issue at this location. I prefer the one in DeSoto.
There were 10 or less cars ahead of me, but it took 40 minutes to get through the drive thru! Once you enter the drive thru there are curbs on both sides so you are stuck. My order was also incorrect, both items did not contain the right ingredients.
This location should be banned from Cedar Hill. Is a joke, bad service and worst drive thru. Tried one more time since my son wanted quesadillas. They took my order and had to wait 20 minutes at the drive thru to get it. After getting it, we realized this was not what I ordered, so I had to go inside and wait again to get my order redone. This place is in my “never again” list. Is a shame for the fast food business.
Terrible. Food not flavorful. Nacho fries advertised on windows and at the drive through not available. Drinks were watery and after requesting they be remade, took an additional 5 mins only for them to taste the same. Lettuce tasted rotten. Just not good.
Don’t come at night. The workers cut you off as you’re ordering by saying “what’s else”. They messed up 3 times on my order while at the window. I literally was at the window for 15 minutes, and everytime I was handed my food I would check it and find something missing and give it back. Went thru this 3x’s. The staff have an attitude and hate their job. Please just do us all a favor and quit.
Terrible customer service. Was waiting in line at the speaker for mins. I thought it didn’t work because no one said anything, drove to the window, All the kids just standing there looking at each other looking at me… like so no one’s going to take my order. They just in there standing around with their hands in their pockets. If I could they would have no stars. Smh. They are no attention, they don’t seem to know how to do their jobs or talk to people. Even though their was 5 or 6 people at the window. No one knew what to do! Went to Sonic!
I had used the app to order my food,the setup of the app is terrible. When it says order dine pull up and give your name, then only its when u find out it didn't go through and it had said u abandoned your cart. Let them know I was there to pick up to online orders at the time I found this out there was already a huge line and the manager said that I would have to go back through to get the order if it wasn't ready when I get to the window I will have go back through the drive thru. Which makes no since. Then some of the order was even wrong. My advice is not to use the app to order food get what you want from the drive thru and double check make sure everything is correct before leaving the window.
Garbage, it's 7, drive thru informs me they aren't taking drive through orders. Go inside, 2 people goofing off on their phones. 1 person seemed like they were gonna take orders but no, left me in there alone. I guess inside was also not taking orders. Update: went back a different day, 11/30, 10:30, again they were not taking orders only "uber eats and door dash" so ridiculous.
Can't order inside unless you use the kiosks, which I refuse, no telling what nasty stuff from people's fingers are all over those things. Not sitting in line in the drive thru either. Not sure why taco bell refuses to take an order at the counter but they aren't getting any of my money except at the counter.
I’ve ate at this Taco Bell location 1 time but have been a few times. I try to avoid it but when it’s 1:30am it’s pretty much the only option. I’ve sat in the drive through for 10 mins. one time and was stuck until the people behind me started backing out so I was able to leave too. I also went tonight @ 1:37am and was told, “oh I’m sorry ma’am we’re out of meat” I was like so i can’t order something else. I was told “no, we’re not taking orders right now because we’re about to close.” 23 mins is not “about to close” usually but for that location I’m sure that’s not enough time to make an order.
Not everyone should have to use the kiosk. Some senior citizens can’t use computers. Instead of taking his order you let him walk out. A child should not have to use kiosk either. And he stood at the counter for 10 minutes as the workers walked by and wouldn’t help him. Finally they told him he had to order from kiosk. Then no one took his payment. 15 minutes later another adult went to check on his order for him. They didn’t take his payment so they hadn’t done his order yet. When someone asked to talk to the manager they couldn’t find her. Someone went outside and said her car was gone. What’s bad is that it wasn’t even busy . They could have took these orders
1. Drive thur cashier was rude. 2. My order was all wrong. 3. I wanted 6 tacos with no meat. My daughter is a vegetarian, but all the tacos had meat. 4. I wanted 6 tacos with no cheese, my son don't like cheese. Every taco has cheese on it. 5. I got 3 Doritos Supreme tacos and they put the sour cream on the outside of the taco. 6. I called several times but they never answered the phone. I will never go back to the Taco Bell in Cedar Hill.
There was mold on my hardshell tacos. I bought a 12 pack your employee seen that there was mold on the tacos and they still served it to their customers. There was a bunch of little kids about to eat tacos with mold on them. And then told me I couldn’t get a refund. I can only order more tacos.
I wish I was able to give no stars because that's what this place deserves. I have never felt so ignored and miss treated in my life at any public place. These group of individuals as a whole made sure I felt unwelcome. When placing an order online you think it's to make there life easier. But when they can't find it. Well it becomes 100% your fault I guess. I stood at the counter for 15 min asking as employees walked by for service. Finally when someone approached he cld barely speakEnglish, he then decided he did not want deal with my order so he went to help soneone else. I asked many times to speak with a manager and at one point everyone that was behind that counter, just looked at me and never said a word. I'm in the service industry I was so disgusted how anyone could treat a customer as they did. And to put my food together without care so sloppy, missing tacos, missing drinks cold twists. Never again i hope this place goes out of business they don't deserve to serve the public . And yes it was on Cinco but 9pm at night..
Had to order at a kiosk and the staff barely spoke English. The order from the kiosk didn't make it's way to the staff so our group was stuck waiting 30 minutes to get our order. They still messed up the order too. I'd recommend skipping on this location.
I really wish I could give this location a higher score. It’s such a roll of the dice. Some days: my order is correct. Others- everything is wrong & I’m genuinely too tired to turn around & try to fix it. So I’m without a meal. It’s now trash. Being vegetarian. Working long hours… Taco Bell is one place I can go & not feel as if it’s all fried or empty calories. I know everyone is trying; but it is truly disheartening to pay for a meal & be unable to eat it. I’m okay with not having correct modifiers- it just stings when you are unable to eat anything given because they didn’t pay attention to your order. Edit- feelings are the same which is very disheartening but also on me for going back.
It was terrible. The person working the drive through window. Did not understand English. Went inside my niece placed her order on the computer. It would not approve her check card even though she had plenty in her account. I placed my order via computer paid with check card. Tried to pay for hers but then my card was not approved. Plenty $$$$ in my account. The person inside was no help . He canceled the order. I will never go back to this Taco Bell again.
I went to pick up an Uber Eats order from inside the store around 9:40 and nobody talked to me or anyone else in the lobby. They were fully focused on the drive-thru. I went to the drive-thru because it was the only way I could get my order. I was in the drive-thru for 30 mins only to find out that "someone else already picked up the order" which I think was a lie because nobody left the lobby in that time. I then had to wait in line because Taco Bell makes their drive-thru a trap to where you can't leave.
Very bad service I placed my order I drove up to the window to pick it up. they tell me their out of the food I ordered and I been waiting in line a long time for So I ordered a burrito supreme at the window and had to wait longer thinking they can add it to the box order because I gave him $5.42 he gives me almost $2 all in coins back and just the burrito supreme no taco or drink that would have came with the box order now I'm very mad for wasting my time. They really don't deserve one star my experience sucked very bad
I usually have good experiences but lately they've gotten worse with each visit. Tonight I was in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes BEFORE 4 cars back up. Plus myself. To go elsewhere. Someone came out of the restaurant complaining as well, telling people to go eat elsewhere. Dissapointed.
Took more than 10 minutes once at drive thru window! They didn't tell me to hold on just kept doing what they was doing! I had to ask them was there a problem and she said money was missing from the cash register! Even before I got to the window they kept getting my order wrong for the 5th time! Finally I just went in after leaving the pick up window and order was still wrong! They didn't know what I order and the worker opened the burritos up with her bare hands after touching the money I told her nevermind and walked out! Very bad experience and she act like she didn't know english and hard of hearing!
Ordered vegetarian items through the app, double-checked my order twice with two of the employees, who both confirmed that it was fully vegetarian. It turned out to have all beef. Terribly disappointed with this Taco Bell. Not expected from a Taco Bell where I order from fairly regularly.
If I could leave less than a star I would. The customer service tonight was absolutely terrible. My husband went to this location and tried to order items on the menu. They are apparently out of items displayed on the menu ($5 cravings box/ nacho fries box). The gentleman taking his order had an attitude when he tried to order the cravings box and said “we don’t have that.” Its already annoying that you don’t have something that’s on the menu. But please don’t have an attitude when I try to order it like I already know that. Wasn’t apologetic at all. He was very rude. This isn’t the first time. But of course, we have to come here if we want Taco Bell bc it’s the only location in town. Please do better or we won’t be back.
Don't go through the drive through at this Taco Bell. Service has gone from pretty good to bad. Used to be, I could go through to get food on my way to work for breakfast, ordered and was done within 3 minutes. In the past week, I went twice, once in the evening and once for breakfast. Took 30 minutes to get through the drive through on the evening visit (they claimed it was because they were short on people to prepare the food), the second time I was able to get out of the drive through line after 10 minutes of waiting. I may have to go to a different Taco Bell in the future. Wish I could give zero stars, one is more than they deserve. Edit and update: I tried again two weeks later, at 7:45pm and decided to go into the lobby this time to find the doors locked. When I called them to ask why the doors were locked, they gave the same reason as last time (shorthanded) which I found unacceptable and that they should put a sign on the door indicating why the lobby was closed (if they did, I would had seen it, and happily went elsewhere with no complaints). They were very rude as well during this. I told them they had lost my business permenantly, and their response was "There are thousands of Taco Bells in the country that you can go to instead." Unprofessional, Rude, Bad customer service. DO NOT go here, they do not deserve your business! (I don't even think they read these reviews, or something would have been done about it.)
I witnessed employees arguing and yelling at each other in the dining room. My husband and I were forced to leave because it was impossible to ignore the situation between them. Seemed like a disgruntled employee who wasn't happy with her employer. Don't think it needed to be sorted out in the dining room in front of customers though...
It took about 10 minutes to get our order for 6 people. All box meals, once we did get our food, half the order was missing. They asked what you were missing. After going through our over, we let them know. We got our second half order, and we were missing some items. Tables were dirty, the customer was waiting for food, and some just walked out.
Didn’t receive the order I payed for, I paid for a nacho fry box and they sent me chips and cheese. As well as my orange juice they gave me a mango tea, which is very disappointing. The night shift needs to do better, even my burrito was poorly wrapped. Definitely wasn’t worth the money I spent! And I wasn’t notified of anything!
Do not leave the drive-thru until you check every item. We only received 9 of 16 items, took checking and asking for the rest of our items. The girl was hanging up on people calling in. The line wrapped around the building and the inside was closed, if you drove away the only way to get your order fixed was get back in that crazy long line. Half of the items were made incorrectly and we had ordered on the app so there was no mis entry, Lesson learned! Stear clear of Cedar Hill Taco Bell unless you have a couple hours to waste sitting in line. It's one thing if the inside & outside is busy but the ONLY way to get food is the drive thru. How can it be so incredibly messed up? 1 of the 3-4 I could see was really working. Drive a few more miles and save yourself some time.
The customer service stinks! What customer service ? One person was sweeping the floor by the cooking area, another was sitting, two went to the back. We tried using the new electronic ordering system and it crashed. No one helped us after 10 minutes so we left, it was about 5:00pm... Dinner time only one other person in there. Now we know why! So we went to Taco Casa where we were promptly waited on and received it food quickly. We'll never go back to that Taco Bell again!
I ordered the mexican pizza combo and it was the absolute worst thing. The mexican pizza is my favorite dish from taco bell but this location completely ruined my appetite and experience. It was loaded with beans and no meat, stuck to the bottom and top of the box and completely disgusting. I also asked them to change my hard supreme tacos to soft shell; which they did. However, they did not add the sour cream that should come with it. I will not be returning to this location again.
I wouldn’t gave no stars but me and my son came to get food close to 1am in the morning. We get to speaker to place the order and we was about to say a specific drink with the Deluxe box that was $9 features on the menu board, she cut me off by saying we ain’t got that in a rude way. So I ask what drinks do you don’t have so we won’t asked she said we got Coke products. I told the young african american lady that was rude of her and we will order somewhere else instead and told her have a good night. Having great customer service goes a long way. Hope the next customer doesn’t experience what we did.
I went to this taco bell today 6:33pm. I ordered a supreme burrito no beans and specifically said my step son is allergic and they gave me a burrito with beans. I called to tell them. A $5 burrito is going to cost me $$$ at urgent care or the emergency room and they offered to remake the burrito. So insensitive and cares less. Do not come here if you want people to give a care about you or yourfood. I said I want a refund because we all ran the to urgent care and didn’t even get two bites and they said bring the receipt. . Terrible I would give no stars.
3 of us went here for lunch and all got different things all of us were sick from the food ,and yes it was the food
Drive Thru order taker was very rude and short. Yes it’s fast food but that was unacceptable.
The drive thru service was aweful the food was forgetten the girl at the window was trying to rush us that’s how to food was forgetten in the first place like slow down and do your job which is making sure orders are accurate not just fast I surely won’t be coming to the location again I was only there because it was close by big mistake. Avoid a place that doesn’t care about you anyways take your hard earned money elsewhere where that’s the vibe you get anyways .
Placed online order through app, watched money get taken from my account, go to store to pick up online order, check in with app,employee states they did not recieve any online orders, and they don't offer refunds cause no payment was made at store.
I ordered at the Kiosk so I don't know about the service. This Taco bell is straight Trash. This is the worst Mexican Pizza I have ever had. It literally smells like someone's Musty underarms and I am definitely not going to eat this. The meat doesn't even look or taste like meat. I have not been eating out and will definitely not be coming back. My tacos and Mexican Pizza are going in the trash!! Do better Taco Bell. This location used to be alright.

Messed up on everything that I ordered. Asked for no sour cream or tomatoes since I’m allergic and they put it all on my food
This location is HORRIBLE ESPECIALLY at night.. u have people in there that don’t care about getting peoples order correct at all and the food was bad seemed like the meat was old this location needs to be inspected or something IMMEDIATELY
My family and I came here on 10/09/25 and we experienced terrible service. We ordered $50 worth of food and when we received our food some of the tacos had NO MEAT! So we ask for the manager and the manger was a Hispanic women in her 50s, she basically said we can only get ONE scoop of meat per taco yet the taco had NO meat. We asked the manager nicely if they could remake our tacos but she said NO. So we ask for their names, the MANAGER says no and FRANCISCO had a name tag on and quickly took it off. He was hostile when we said that we saw his name and was raising his voice at us saying “NO ITS NOT, NO ITS NOT”. So then we ask for the store number and the manager shook her head no without even saying any words to us. I didn’t get a picture of them but they were both Hispanic and in their 40s-50s and the man was named Francisco. The right thing to do was just remake our tacos WITH MEAT, they made it more difficult than it had to be. My family and I will not be visiting this location ever again. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
I went there and ordered my food through the drive thru and the cashier never gave me back my card. I went home and locked my card. The next day I noticed a charge for $500 on the card that I locked. One of their employees tried to use my card. Luckily it was locked. But beware of this Taco Bell. The employees are not to be trusted
I ordered a 7 layer burrito with seasoned beef and it was horrible. It was made in sections. Guacamole on one side, meat and a ton of rice, no lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese , no beans and I'm really disappointed bcuz that was one of my favorites. Please do something about this please. Give what we paid for please
I visited this location recently and, unfortunately, had a less than pleasant experience at the drive through. The employee who assisted me came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I had to repeat myself several times, and at one point, I could hear laughter in the background, which made the interaction feel a bit disrespectful. I understand that everyone has off days, but I hope the staff can work on improving their customer service. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to return or recommend this location.
legit horrible service. workers ignored us for like 10 minutes when we asked questions. one girl was very passive agressive when i asked for an estimate time after already 25 minutes. told us our order was next then proceeded to make at least 10 orders before ours. forgot stuff in our orders. have higher standards for the people you employ here.
I just got home. Yes. I should have checked the bag. But, I ordered # "a number three burrito supreme with a Baja blast freeze" and came home to realize I'd brought 3 of whatever these are home. Screw you for messing with something my wife food. I will definitely drive the extra few minutes to Duncanville from now on.
The WORST Taco Bell ever! Tacos be squished and falling apart! They put too many Vegetables to where it falls off.. just messy! They need to do better! Mexican Pizza be stuck to the box. I had called up there to let them know, I was told to come back whenever & once I got there the next day the Hispanic lady manager I spoke with had amnesia. She even wrote my name down and everything for when I came back.. to remake my full order.. but.. never could get the order.
