Bueno seems to have authentic Mexican food is got the rice and beans and this place in Cedar Hill is very quiet it's never busy always places to sit and the staff is usually very nice doesn't matter what time of day,they are very nice, depends on who's there sometimes they drip food off the plates but its ok..

I went to this location last week to try the new fiery quesadilla and it was sooo good! My order taker was Francisco and he was very nice. He greeted me at the window, he made sure my order was correct and thanked me for my business. You don't get that alot these days. Awesome customer service and for that reason combined with the good food I will be returning to this location the next time I'm craving some good tex-mex food!

Had a better experience than Taco Bell, I can say that the service was outstanding. Food tasted great and will recommend this location. Instead of Taco Bell (sucks) come here.

Seems to be getting better. The young lady at the drive through was very nice. Definitely much better experience than a couple of months ago, getting yelled at by the "manager" for paying in cash.

I dont have any Taco Bueno's where I live, and I grew up eating some my favorite burritos there. Everytime I visit this place I have to get my "fix", I have to get the original red sauce, and smother it into a double bean burrito and get a few of them for the road to put in the fridge to enjoy my "score" for a few more days after my traveling days are over.

Been eating at Taco Bueno most of my life. I actually began dining there at a very young age at the original Bueno in Abilene TX. I'm happy to say that the quality has never wavered. Just as good or better than it was all those years ago. Thank you!

Delicious food!! Extremely clean restaurant. Great experience for our first time there. Jasmine was very accommodating in making sure our order was right when it didn't come out that way at first. The coupon from the paper made it even nicer. Looking forward to returning.

I eat here a lot. The service is Fast and the food is always good and hot. I joined the email Club and they're good with coupons and special deals. Today I got to email $5 off if I spend $10. That's pretty awesome.

This is by far the best Taco Bueno I have ever been to! It doesn't matter whether there's an issue with your order or they happen to be out of something, they know how to make it right and take care of the customer. Not to mention the food here is always made perfectly. I wish all food and retail stores were like this one. I always feel welcome here!

First time in a long time, but I wanted to try the "Street Tacos" so I popped in for lunch. All 3 varieties were very good, and went very well with the Rice and Beans I added to make a great meal for less than $10.00! Drop by and give them a try, you won't be disappointed! MUY BUENO VATO!

This was my first visit at this location and I am very impressed with the service provided me. I want to especially mention Adriana Gonzalez for her excellent customer service and very pleasant personality. It’s been a long time since I visit a Taco Bueno, however, it’s nice to see the consistency. This particular location is very well maintained. The team of ladies were very polite and friendly, the restrooms were clean, the food was fresh. My toddlers enjoyed their cheese quesadillas and queso & chips. The beef and chicken soft tacos were well prepared and great tasting.

I stopped at this Taco Bueno for a quick bite. The staff was super friendly and their service was great. I've been to this location a few other times and each time was met with quick and friendly service. The atmosphere is super chill. There's music playing in the background and it's just loud enough to hear but not enough to overpower the TV in the dining room.

The food was good. I went inside so everything was clean including the restroom. My only complaint is that the beef on the nachos/in the tacos, and the chicken in my salad was very light 😑 Just like always I guess. I refuse to pay for extra meat. This is why I dont go to taco bueno that often.

I ordered a taco salad & beef burrito. The taco salad was quite large compared to other taco salads I've had, The condiment bar had jalapenos & sauces and the burrito was tasty. Taco Bueno has larger portions & better flavor than a Taco Bell.

I am changing my review to one star. Inside dining was closed due to covid restrictions, so we went through the drive thru. Tried to order and the person taking our order could not understand English. Had to repeat 3 times. Got our order wrong. We had to drive off,and go to Taco Bell! I love to eat at Taco Bueno, but this is ridiculous! Cedar Hill location..

I have not been here in a long time because of prior issues. This time we went inside. It was clean, people were dining in, food prep area was clean. Food was good and hot. Only thing I would do is close off that salsa bar or have the same items in closed individual containers because it looked stagnant and flies were in the dining area.

The food is good. I went one day like 30 mins before they closed per their business hours and the young guy at the window told me that they were closed. That kind of pissed me off because I was really looking forward to it. I have a video of the time and him telling me they were closed that I'm thinking about sending up the chain.

We ordered two mucho nachos and a bowl. The rice was very hard to the point that I couldn't eat it anymore. We paid around 21.16 and we weren't satisfied. The salsa bar was half empty. We will not be returning to this location.

The time wait, tasty food was fresh, and the dining area was clean however, the food order caller never washed her hands as I sat facing the food prep area. The young female constantly swept the area around the food prep as well as use her bare hands to grab torillas to prepare drive through orders holding the broom in one hand then fixing the taco with the other. Finally someone said something to her because they saw me watching she then put on one blue glove only to hand some food to a guy that was eating in the dining room she then took the blue glove off and begin to start sweeping then begin to keep checking her cell phone which was in her back pocket began to grab tortillas with her bare hands again to fix drive-thru orders but never washed her hands because she never moved to the sink and if it was another one she never went there that is definitely not sanitary and clean when preparing food that others are going to eat. Everything else was okay except when entering the restaurant nobody greeted anyone to say hello how are you when you walk through the door nor did anyone say goodbye have a nice day when anyone walked out of the door. Great food, customer service terrible, and not safe cleanliness while preparing the food I don't eat out much this is one reason why. Hopefully this will change after they read this review.

The day I went to the service was very slow and only 3 other customers besides myself. The other customers were waiting longer than us for our food. Both the cook and the lady that was there acted like they didn't want to be there. Next time I go, I will make sure someone else is there that does great and fast service

This was my favorite fast food when I was younger and when I moved back here to Texas it's been a repeated stop. So over the last 2 months I have probably visited different DFW taco bueno establishments and I am overall extremely disappointed. One time we were over charged and provided the wrong order, another time we were in a completely empty restaurant and it had to have taken atleast 15 min to get our food, another time we were missing food, and at almost all the restaurants the food was cold and the staff were so disrespectful. I think I am officially finding a new taco shop.🥺

Staff act as if he didn't know what he was doing when taking our order. I asked if the nacho salad came with melted cheese or shredded, he told me both. We get home to find out it's only shredded cheese. I paid extra money for guacamole on my black bean burrito to again notice once at home that it's a small squirt placed on one and if the burrito instead of throughout the entire burrito. I checked if we received all our orders but didn't open the wrappers to see if they made it right. I wasw missing 3 sours creamsc thet guy didn'td ringr up so got charged again. I paid $1 each for 4 sour creams to get 4 half filled containers. I showed the manager that amount was 50 cents worth, not $1, and she told me they used the wrong container. She said it should've been the smaller container. When she should the container it was still only 50 cents worth of sour cream compared to their competitors. The manager walked away without offering any solution. If the initial person taking our order wantwa certain of a specific item when asked he should have asked one of the 2 MOD's since both of them were working the preo line. The total amount spent for 5 meals & 4 sour creams were $50

It appears they were understaffed and did not voice that to the customers. I waited over 5 minutes to order in the drive thru. The taste and temp of the food was okay but that wait took away from it all. I'll be looking for another Bueno to eat at.

1st Bean Burrito had no chili and very little beans. When I took it back it was prepared correctly. I love ur Bean Burritos but want them Made like they're supposed to be made. The Prep Area was dirty... There were enough people there and it shouldn't ever look like that. The Burrito and Tacos were very good once the burrito was remade.

I went through the drive thru & ordered 3 party burritos with EXTRA hot sauce! I didn't get ONE SINGLE HOT SAUCE AT ALL!!! & the young man in the drive thru window wasn't wearing a Taco Bueno uniform at all! He was in blue jeans & a sweater!! WTH ?!

Dirty, dirty, dirty! Tables not clean, floors not clean, salsa bar not clear, dead and alive crickets everywhere. Salsa bar needed attention bad. Restrooms unkept. Tortillas were. Hard, meat needed draining. Sweet Tea was about good. Landscaping needs updating, parking lot needs cleaning! We love Taco Bueno but this location needs some major TLC!

First they had food selections that were advertised outside and on menu board. Fish or shrimp tacos. They are 'no longer offered'.. OK then take down the signs. I got my usual. Average food. The chips were very old and stale. But heated up to make it seem like they were fresh. It didn't work.

I used to live by this location and it was always pretty good. I've been there twice this year and it's been horrible. I went 4/17, yesterday, and ordered two tacos and the brisket queso. In the picture it has chips next to the queso. You would think queso would come with chips right? I drive off and a few moments later I look in my bag and no chips. I go back to the drive thru and ask where the chips were. She tells me it doesn't come with chips. I say the picture has chips in it. She's like we don't have chips. I then ask if someone orders the nacho salad they don't get chips??? No response. I ask again no response. Two older Mexican ladies we're working. You would think they would act like adults and not teenagers. The time before the last visit my order tore my stomach up. Never again. They give taco bueno a bad name. Just go to the Taco Bell around the corner. This location is always empty with good reason.

They only had TWO employees working. One getting the order’s together and one doing the drive thru and walk in customers at the register😓. My nachos weren’t good but my kid enjoyed his simple tacos. I usually order the beef nachos with a taco but I wanted to try the asada meat which was my mistake. The lobby area was pretty empty, people were just coming in bc the drive thru was pretty bad.

I’m not one to really trip about food as long as it’s hot and lived up to what I’m paying for... where’s my guac? I mean there’s maybe enough here for two chips.. yet alone the chip bowl it’s in.. I mean is it expensive to make? Or just spooning into this chip bowl is a hard task to complete? Horrible Service!! We waited at the front counter for 15 mins watching the workers walk around, talk and never make eye contact with ourselves or the other guy in line. Rude, poor attitudes and horrible customer service. The other guy in line asked to talk to the manager and no one knew who the manager was on duty. Currently we are still in line and the manger refuses to come to the counter. We left without even placing an order

Employees were kind. BUT THE cheese, lettuce beef and beans all bland same taste with each item, not even flavor with taco shell, nachos, quesadilla, big freaking burrito, bland. Everything as bland as lettuce. Hardly any cheese on nachos at all. Nothing in party burrito but beens. Party burrito is supposed to have cheese n a bit of chili sauce. Disappointed.

Updated 4/28: I keep giving this one a chance and i keep removing a star. Terrible service, just disinterested and disappointing. I'm not asking for luxury service at a qsr but open your mouth at least. When i walk up to the counter perform some rudimentary greeting and ask what i want. Don't just stare at me. Condiment bar looks like it was ravaged moments before i came in but nobody is in a rush to clean or refill it. Food is mediocre. A decent location. Not the cleanest or the best food, or the best customer service. Hold on.... ok there. Had to remove a star. Just ok.

Horrible food and the reason wasn't due to the employee. They didn't have enough workers to do the job. Food was cold and they didn't even get the one and only item that I ordered right. I will not be back. I just hope their current staff finds a better place to work. One person cannot handle drive thru AND cook AND the register up front during lunch time rush. 🤨

My daughter went to Taco Bueno to pick up some this afternoon. On a whim I asked her to bring me back a taco. I got a taco with minimal meat, lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes. I did not appreciate the skimpy filling of the taco I got. This may be the last time I visit Taco Bueno. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them another chance. Worse than it was 4 months ago. My husband got tostadas with barely any toppings, the queso was a dark orange color and tasted nasty, the chips were stale and so was the taco shell which had minimal toppings. The chicken quesadillas soft barely cooked and not cut into pieces. Will never eat here again...disgusting!!!!!!!!!!

It was horrible. The manager on duty at 6:00 PM on 7-29-2017 needs to get in gear. He had about 5 kids working and it seemed none of them knew how to do the job and need a lesson in how to act when a customer comes in. He was at the window and not helping get orders. The food tasted old and the beans on the burrito and chillota player was very dry. And they left off 2 extra cups of queso and a dipping sauce for my taquittos that was stale.

For the life of me!!! I do not understand why Google has it listed that you choose at 11pm and I drive up and your open sign is on. I wait at the drive-thru for almost 10min. Then I drove to the window and you put up ten fingers to say you close at 10pm. I need for you all to post correct hours and if they vary then say that.

Not a great experience and store needs updating as most of them have been updated. Couldn't accept credit card and food quality mediocre at best. Not sure if this was a bad day but definitely not keeping up the image of Taco Bueno.

Cedar Hill taco bueno was a horrible experience. This is the United States and if you want to work in the busiest place like drive thru, learn English. Or work in a different position. When it takes 15 minutes for 2 tacos and 2 drinks to order, your manager needs to be fired. Have no problem Mexicans being here, but learn their limitations and their strengths.

Haven't been to taco bueno in a while. Bad experience from the last location. So I decided to give it a go at a different location. Well, there was no line. I order my food. After a few mins past. The window person came to me to tell me they out of product to serve what I've ordered. Guess I know now why there was no line. I will let be going to any taco bueno from now on.

I just went through their drive through. I ordered two BOB burritos. One left completely out the wrapper. I ordered a beef nacho salad, BOB nachos, two grilled chicken tacos, & two queso & chips. Food was all on the outside of the bag. The chips in the bags & on my order were broken into crumbs. The pico de gallo looks old & smells spoiled. Awful service. The clerk/ shift manager rewrapped the burrito in a bigger wrapper. I used to like this place, but I will not be returning

Drove by this Cedar hill location at about 9:50, lights off inside and the chairs were put up... so, ok cool they cleaned up early maybe. The sign for the drive thru was on so no big deal. Turned the corner and there’s this black Chrysler 300 parked blocking the drive thru. So either they were being robbed or this location just straight up stopped caring. I mean I get it, customers get annoying after 10, don’t mean you just give up and close up shop.

I ordered three chicken taquitos and was only able to eat one because the other two were extremely burnt. One of the employees was leaning on a machine, texting in his phone. The restaurant was filthy. Even though this place is close to my house, I'll look for a different location.

I waited in the line for approximately 2 hours in the line to be able to get my food they took forever to give me my food and when I order the lady made me wait 15 minutes on there. Poor customer service there was no cars in the parking lot so there was no reason for us the cars in the drive they to wait so long to order and get our food. NEVER coming here again.

I was very disappointed and the service.and the food and I had my mind set and when I got there the guy was like we out coke product ok that fine it was only two workers there one was fixing the food and one was taking orders ok so I ask the man can I get a napkin the guy tell me there or out of napkin he was like I can get you some napkins out of the bathroom and I ask him when do they get a truck delivery he tell me on Tues so customer had to wait until Tues to wipe there you gotta do be

Ordered a beef chilada platter paid for it ..and a side of queso.. Got home to find chips and a cold dried up flour tortilla with little meat inside ( was to have 2 of them)and no chili sauce or queso on top of it.. Had no beans or anything else with. And the queso i did get was so runny it had no taste at all.it taste like water.. Very disappointed in this place..

Most of my experiences with Taco Bueno have been pleasant, but I just got back from the Cedar Hill location and I couldn't have been much more turned off my a sad excuse for customer service. The drive-thru line was long and very slow moving, but it was nearly 5pm, so that's explainable, but when I pulled up to place my order, I was greeted by a confused & barely audible male voice that sounded stoned when he said "Hello?" I answered back Hello, and didn't hear any response. I said Hello again, and a few seconds later he responded with a confused "What?" I'm guessing if this is indicative of your staff's competency, this is why the line was so long and barely moving. I was immediately irritated and went to Taco Bell instead where I was politely and immediately greeted and served. Isolated incident at Taco Bueno? No, the person in front of me was having the same limited conversation. Management needs to focus more on training your employees in the subtle (and almost lost) art of customer service.

I wish you could post zero stars. Taco bueno in Cedar Hill used to be my quick stop for a quick snack but the last time I went and trust me when I say it had already been months since my last visit. I was extremely disappointed I went to get just a taco and there was absolutely to no one in line so I figured it was going to be a quick stop. I sat at the ordering screen for 10 mins and every time I said hello this guy would ask me to give him 1 minute. We did this back and forward conversation the entire length of time and he never took my order. I pulled forward to see 1 person working the window helping the 1 car and other people walking around but no one could take my simple 1 taco order. I started to see the cars behind me drive off so I decided to just leave as well. Taco Bueno in Cedar Hill has now been added to my Taco Bell list I will not go back again. I guess I will only be visiting Taco Casa now.

I pulled up to the drive thru order microphone. As the only car I waited about 3 minutes before saying "hello are you all open?" A moment later the gentleman takes my order for regular sized questions. He couldn't get it right reiterating it back to me. So I just pulled around for someone else to assist me.

Mold in the soda machine drip tray which leaves me to believe it does not get clean very often or not at all. Bubbling firehouse salsa which I have never seen before which means the tomatoes are spoiled. Cleanliness of the store is left to be desired for with grimy window seals so not sure when the last time the store had a thorough cleanup. I will not be back and customer beware as your health is at risk at this location. Hopefully management rectifie these issues. Thanks

We started coming to this store 3 years ago. The food was excellent, however it has become in our opinion one of the last choices in Tex Mex. Everything we ordered was just enough to feed a small child. The bean burritos had very few beans, more tortilla than anything. The super nachos were nothing but a few chips. We have attempted to give this place a couple of different chances, but no more. Would not reccomend this establishment!

I've never had a bad experience at any Taco Bueno but this place was the first. Burritos were almost flat not enough fillings to even call it a burrito. The cups of the mexidip tasted like old oil it was the worst taste.

I am not one to (easily) leave one star reviews, but this place is rapidly headed toward rock bottom. We used to be regulars at this restaurant through a combination of factors (lack of alternative food choices in Cedar Hill, we like the food, good prices and specials, etc.), but we haven't visited here in well over a month--it has gotten that bad. The staff are always rude and frequently unsanitary when we come in here these days. Today, we were greeted with clear disdain by the cashier who acted like she resented having to work--at all. She sniped at us about the special, when all my sister said was we'd like to get the taco special. After we had placed our order, both she and her "manager" refused to honor the $2 coupon they give you on a receipt for filling out one of their stupid surveys, simply because they couldn't figure out how to apply it. (Feels like bait-and-switch to me.) Throughout this entire process, she played with the zipper pull on her jacket sticking it in her mouth, while taking our order. (Incidentally, as we were leaving, that same cashier had her mouth tucked into the zipped-up collar of her jacket--and she was headed into the food preparation area. Seriously, gross!) As if that wasn't disgusting enough, when I picked up our order, there was a [blond] hair on the tray. The dining room wasn't much better. There was dried food on the table where we ate. (Not a first time occurrence.) "Ew. Gross." doesn't even begin to account for my reaction to this place these days. The one saving grace was the sole employee who came through the dining room and swept up a bit of food/trash on the floor. The food is okay--sometimes. Other times, it is downright disgusting. For example, they might have had good tacos, today, but they have started watering the "queso" and barely putting any on the nachos. (What??? Who sells nachos with no cheese on it?!?!?!) Nothing like eating dry chips with lettuce and tomatoes on them. Yum! Not. (Naturally, as we were leaving, I heard someone else complaining at their table about the lack of cheese on their nacho/taco salad. Big surprise.) As much as I love Bueno, I honestly don't know if I can bring myself to visit this location again. Clean up your act, Taco Bueno. You're about to lose a long-standing customer.

Tried to go tonight. It was 9:45 pm on a Friday. Waited for about 10 minutes. Didn’t see anyone working. The decided to come up front. The girl working didn’t even come talk to me. She just shook her head no at me. Such horrible customer service on her part. They need to update hours on their window. If they want to close before 10 on a Friday night

One girl taking orders and having to make food also. One worker in bathroom for over 20 mins and I ended up having to use the men’s bc she came out and looked and went right back inside. Poor service and this location has gone way down hill over the last year. Use to be most favorable place to eat, almost sorry we came here today!!!

Tried the potato burrito potatoes were too salty also tried the Big O burrito which wasn't so big at all taste more of the flour tortilla then the feelings. I will not be going back there again. Overall the server was great.

8pm at night, still open for another 5 hours and they are out of cinnamon chips for those who have that sweet tooth. It's almost an every visit occurrence. Whoever decides on how many ther make to last them throughout the day needs to recalculate their numbers. Spoke to the manager once before about this, she offered me a free bag on my next visit as an apology, went there and guess what? They were out.

Worst service ever the enployees were more focused on cleaning the store n getting off work!! They forget my quesadillas for my son that I spent money on AND they had open cleaning supplies near the food when I got home my salsa tasted like cleaner!! NEVER coming here again that is a hazard!

The food was the absolute worst I have ever been charged for. It was so bad I packed it up with the intention of giving it to a homeless person, but after thinking about a bit more, I decided the homeless had enough problems. I bought some decent food for the homeless and gave that mess to the cats.

I ordered a chicken fajita taco salad, there was like no chicken in this salad. They chopped it so fine you could barely see it. It had like literally 3 tiny bites of chicken. It was ridiculous! It didn't even have much lettuce. It looked like someone ate what they wanted and served it. I can't believe they would serve that. It was takeout so I didn't notice til I got home, total waste of money. Don't go there if you want what u paid for.

To whom it may concern, I am extremely extremely extremely upset about the experience I encountered this evening. There was a huge rain storm earlier this evening and I decided to stop by this location for family dinner. For starters the line was very long BUT I decided to stay. I was placed on hold for a long time causing the inside of my car to become severely drenched but again, that was not my issue. I waited in line for a MINIMUM of 20 minutes. I had what I considered to be a semi large order but nothing to complicated. After I received my food, I asked the worker (Mike) if everything was in fact included which he stated yes. Remind you there is pouring rain so I proceeded my route home since Mike had assured me everything was included. When I arrived home nearly 20 minutes later, I discovered that I was short 5 BURRITOS!!!! My kids are starving and I am beyond frustrated because I have to get BACK in the rain to go and get the rest of my order. It takes me another 20 minutes to get back and I have to WAIT ANOTHER 20 minutes in line because again the inside is closed. As I am speaking to the Manager "Josephine" she tells me that she absolutely positively cannot do anything to compensate for my time or her mistake, but she will give me the missing burritos which I do not believe is remotely acceptable. I proceed to the window, now 45 minutes has passed and my food is now cold so I request that my food is remade. Only to be greeted with an attitude and reluctance. Again, it is not my FAULT that this mistake has transpired. When I receive my food, I asked Josephine was she sure that she could not refund my money AND I could keep the food and that is when things become VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She states that NO I am not going to give your money back and IF you want your money back then you need to give me the food back. I told her that was not the solution and the only viable solution was a complete refund SHE THEN SLAMS THE WINDOW IN MY FACE AND WALKS OFF!!!!! Mike comes to the window and I tries to calm the situation because I'm sure he is embarrassed of the actions of his supervisor/manager. I asked Mike to have Josephine come back and handle this like a professional and she states, I quote "Tell my supervisor, I do not care, I am tired of this place anyways! And she is not refunding my money!" I am beyond upset and appalled by this type of behavior and to think she is a supervisor/manager is disheartening. What was suppose to be a simple stop has turned into a night of horror. I am so upset that I cannot even eat! To make matters even worse, this is a pandemic and I CHOSE to spend my hard earned money which is scarce at this location. I have no words. I expect nothing less than a full refund and a follow up from the regional manager/store manager. My ticket number is 139 and the total was $32.27.

Very disappointed. Tonight we ordered 3 quesadillas and 3 beef muchacos through Grubhub. No salsa given not even the extra jalapeno ranch I ordered. Meat was dry in all of it. Beans dry in muchacos. Quesadillas were the size of my palm, since when is the $8 quesadillas so small.

Advertised hours are incorrect. I got off of the highway to stop and get some delicious food since I haven’t eaten at Bueno in years. According to the business profile they should have been open however it was a ghost town. Please, take the minute that it takes to properly update your business listing to reflect accurate operating hours.

I purchased nachos by way of the drive-thru. First of all, I live less than 5 minutes away and my food was cold. Then I found a piece of what appears to be plastic in my food. Immediately tried to call the store twice, no one answered. So I stopped today on my way home, around the same time. Asked to speak with the manager, explained to her what had happened. Even told her I had pictures. I asked for her to refund my money back. She stated that she could only replace the item and could not refund me my money. Not only was the food terrible but the customer service was horrible as well. Never will they receive my business again. If there’s anywhere else I can call about this, I will be calling.

Worst Bueno location ever. I have tried to give them multiple chances and it’s been the same every time. Do not go here! It was nearly 30 minutes of waiting for my food and then my $2.99 Beef Burrito had less meat on it than a hard shell taco. It seriously was a LITTLE beef and some cheese and that was it. I do have a picture as well if anyone is interested in my proof. I will also be taking this to corporate, this location needs shut down or new management. Pathetic.

Well yesterday’s experience was great. Haven’t eaten taco Buneo in about 3 years. I stopped in. It was Good Yesterday afternoon. Today, they took forever to take my order repeated back to me a total of 3 times that I wanted no fresh tomatoes. And handed me the muchaco with........ fresh tomatoes. I was about to take it back but I feared they might spit in my food. They had no desire to serve those of us who were In line at 7:45pm.

Contacted corporate because I drove up to drive-thru at 658p, and no one else in line, immediately told to wait, waited 7 minutes for order to be taken! again, no one in line, drove up to window no one seems to be restaurant. If you want *fast* food consider this experience with zero people in line or apparently in the restaurant =(.

I promise myself I will NEVER eat at this location ever again in life. I went there tonight after deciding to give this location one more chance. I order Two beef burritos and a regular chips and queso. The burritos were so greasy and soggy (the grease made the tortillas soggy) and the chips were greasy and hard. The queso dip however was still in the cup and not spilled in the bag this time. I had to wait several minutes in the drive thru before my order was taken, and there was only one car in front of me. Only Two people work inside this location whenever you go up there lately. I’m so mad at myself for throwing away nearly $10 on food that I ended up throwing away😡😡😡. You’re taking your chances eating at fast food restaurants now, but this Taco Bueno location has burned its last bridge with me!!!!!! I wanted to leave a zero star but the app wouldn’t let me submit my review until giving it a rating 😡😡. One star was generous😤

I normally don’t rate things so low but the food is so unpredictable at this location...sometimes the rice will be super undercooked/overcooked or just right.... but we have been here multiple times and some of the employees just don’t have very well listening-skills or customer service-skills because I’ve had multiple times where my order that I clearly stated or even had to repeate a few times still came out incorrect! I’m sorry but you will continue to lose business if you do not hire or train the people to have better customer service. *Please do not waste your time stopping by here, there are plenty of other places in the area that have much better experiences.*

Everytime 30 mins before they close they ALWAYS say verbatim “ We ran out of Meat both chicken and Beef” … “ the only food we serving is Rice and beans.” 😂. Boy if yall dont start coming up with another lie before closing because this mess is starting to get very old by now. I live in Cedar Hill and have to go to desoto and never have no problems with Desoto location even if they are 5 MINUTES TILL CLOSING! They still make my food WITH MEAT! I would have gave you a 3 star but im just tired of the lies and the mistakes you guys make with my orders.. its just getting ridiculous at this point. I had to leave a review after what I experience Saturday night. Just hired a whole new night crew please.

A few times it’s been good there. But this last time they forgot half my order, didn’t give me a receipt and when I called someone answered saying it’s a personal phone number. So basically wasted my money and time calling them with no resolution. I won’t be going back.

How does this place remain open? I purposely went to this location after lunch today so I didn’t have to wait. I was the only customer inside and drive thru so I expected some sort of service. It was so cold inside you could hang meat! The area for the different sauces was filthy and some of the sauces had skim over the top where they hadn’t been stirred. There were 2 employees. One paid more attention to his cell phone while the other was emptying a crust covered bucket of what looked like sauce into a container for use. He was clearly the worker in the situation! I was told, “I’ll be right with you.” Didn’t matter because after what I saw, Taco Bell suddenly sounded wonderful and down the street I went!

I paid 11.22 for my food. They didn't give me a receipt. I ordered the Wholltta platter. Muchaco was refried and no good. My taco was empty with little to no meat a little Lettuce and no cheese. My side chips was stale. The salsa bar was nasty. The pico looked to be a week old along with the onions. For 11.22 it should have come with a drink also.

This review is based soley off of the food, not the customer service. Food was bland and had no flavor at all. Everything tasted like the lettuce. Even though we ordered online, we still had a wait. The staff did everything they could to get the order done & it was done correctly. It was a big family order. It's just the taste wadnt there as we remember it to be. I hope they put a little more "love" into getting the flavor back to what we as a family once loved.

The first pic is what I ordered. The second pic is what I received. Not the same. They didn’t have change because the manager took all the cash from the drawer and left. They had to re-ring my order up so I could pay with a card. That took another 10 minutes because the young man didn’t know what to do and had to get another employee to show him. . When I got my bag, I noticed there was no queso with the chips. I asked the guy at the window and he said, I put it in the bag. I showed him the bag. He said ok and started waking to the counter and then noticed one of his buddies standing at the register. So, he stopped and dabbed him up and talked for another minute before finally walking the 2 feet to get my queso. He seemed nice but I’m sure it’s a lack of training or supervision. I spent 17 minutes at a drive thru line with no one in front of me. I can see why the drive thru and the lobby were empty.

I went there on Saturday 8/21/21. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I was shocked by the tall grass, weeds and unkept flower/shrub beds and discarded trash on the ground. It was like an abandoned building parking lot. Against my better judgement I pulled in to the drive up order. I knew what I wanted since I order the same thing whenever I go to a Bueno. About a minute passed without being acknowledged. I'd understand if there were a row of cars in front of me. But there was just one car at the pickup window. I thought...IS this placed abandoned...I paused and said, "hello" twice and finally a female voice responded with..."I'll be with you in a minute"...Another minute passed and I decided to drive off. If the outside looks as bad as it does and the manager is okay with this...what else is he/she okay with... especially on the inside or with the person making the food.

The wait time was ridiculous and the soda machine had some black substance...not clean. They were more concerned about completing the drive thru orders than the counter orders no multitask skills. I received my food and it had next to nothing inside it the shell so I ask for a refund.

Party tacos are usually good but today March 2 at 6.30 pm we bought some and had literally no meat... Regardless of the price got to make the trip out there worth the drive...we spent almost as much on drinks too...this is not the first time we been there at least 15 20 times, but today the meat was scarce. Cmon Man!
