Amazing sub sandwich, the Hot Italian. An interesting mix of veggies and lots of meat.

We order from this location for our corporate meals. They always make the food fresh and correct. Only have one mistake due to delivery issues. Other than that they have been well deserving of 5stars.

Good sandwiches. Close to the same as in Jersey. Definitely beats subway. Little pricey for a sandwich. Somewhat clean. Good service. Busy area.

This location Used to be awesome but it has gone down quickly! My last 4-5 orders have been just plain gross and all you are getting is soggy bread! Condiments and meat very skimpy! Honestly I’m done with this location and can’t keep going back for mediocre food! Here is a picture of my last #43 sandwich, couldn’t even eat it! Waste of $10. I’ve been going to Moonies now because the other Jersey Mike’s are to far from me.

NEVER AGAIN. Food is okay but $9 for a tiny little wrap. Absolute worst value. 2 tiny little pieces of chicken. I could get a decent meal from almost any of the dozens of other restaurants in the area. Really feel ripped off will need to get more food somewhere else as this was less than an appetizer .

Extremely rude staff. Ordered a Philly cheese steak and they didn’t want to make it. Took 25 plus minutes for my sandwich and when I asked politely for an update the employee lashed out.

Came in to get my food. No one is wearing hair nets, girl had long hair everywhere while cooking 🤢. Kid ( think he said his name was Gabriel) answered phone in his gloves, put his finger in his ear, then went to make food in the same gloves. He also handled cash and Amazon package in the same gloves and then went to make food. ) this place is nasty. I will never eat here again.

Ate here weekly for 3 years and the service and attitude of the guy today is our last visit. Order was wrong and they didn’t put a name on it. After trying to get a postmates guy to take a chicken sandwich for a minute he decided it was ours. Just kind of left it on the table and walked off. Entitled, impatient and tired and its only 11:30am. Also tired of cleaning the table myself everyone we come, we even bring a special pack of wet wipes. Happy to do it today so the 5 people behind the counter not doing anything dont have to change their gloves.

I stood at the place of the order for about 5 minutes, no one came up, everyone walked past here and there. One employee asked if I had placed an order, I said not yet, to which he answered okay and turned around and left. I’ve never seen such indifference to the client in Mike’s jersey.

Manager didn’t want to honor coupon sent to all rewards members on the morning. Manager tried saying coupon was Canada only for ‘Canada Day’ when the email from Jersey Mikes clearly said for US location. Staff was also super rude and had to ask 3 times what I wanted even thought it was simply an Italian with no customizations.

This is absolutely the worst location of any Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of getting a sandwich from. Multiple times I’ve ordered food and multiple times it has just been not good. Lazy staff that can’t follow simple instructions and managers that couldn’t care less about their customers. When you order 2 sandwiches for delivery and spend over $40 the least they could do is make sure they are making them “Mikes way” because I’m pretty sure Mike would not make sandwiches this way. I ordered an Italian sandwich, nothing special or fancy about it, and it came with no lettuce, tomato or onion and they put so much mustard, mayo and red pepper relish on it that the entire bottom bread was covered on the outside of the sandwich including the paper it was wrapped in. Completely inedible. I also ordered a club sandwich with NO BACON, because my wife doesn’t eat pork, and it had bacon on it. Luckily she opened the sandwich and looked before eating it. I reached out to management TWICE, not once, but twice and got ZERO response. If you are going to order from Jersey Mikes choose a different location than this one, because this location doesn’t care about quality or customers, which is a shame. Never ever eating here again.

The staff seemed to be short staffed but they got the food out quickly, the bad part is I ordered the new chopped bowls and it didn’t come out anywhere close. I am so disappointed in this bowl.
