Very clean. Staff was friendly but a little discombobulated (which I believe was due to new hires). The woman at our register was also wearing a headset trying to take drive-thru orders as well and ended up messing up our order. The gentleman in front of us also had issues.
We had a quick stop for couple burgers, just to fill us up. My son says that his 1/4 pounder was the best one he had ever had! I had literally one little chunk, and it was very good. So I don't know what you are doing but keep up the great work.

I have been to many McDonald's in my life. This was the first time at this Central Square restaurant. I only got a QPC with bacon as it was early afternoon and I was going to dinner early. This was by far the best Quarter Pounder I hav had in a very long time. It was hot, fresh, and had crispy bacon. Wife had chicken nuggets and she said they were also hot and fresh. Definitely "lovin' it" there!

Get exactly what you expect, some other locations you can count on them to mess up the order but very rarely have I had an issue here. My girlfriend and I usually alter our foods in some way (I always substitute Mac sauce instead of ketchup and mustard on the double cheese) and it hasn't caused us any problem here.
We have never been to this McDonald's before we had the sausage and cheese mcmuffins with the breakfast burritos and mild salsa, we also had four hash browns We made a curb side order pickup the order went fast and smooth and we waited about 2 minutes I said to the lady wow that was fast everything was awesome and fresh thanks for breakfast and thanks for the awesome coffee ..Will be back again when we are in the area!! Very easy on and off exit very easy to get to easy back on awesome parking and park lot lots of space thanks again.
Food is always hot and good. Biscuits are better here than any other mcdonalds across the country. I know I have tried them all. Staff is good and fast but if you get the chance to be taken care of by Destiny you are treated like family at the window. She always has a smile and always says have a great day. Coffee is always hot here as well. Staff is always willing to add a large ice water on demand which makes the trip to work even better. Wish they had the option to add this on the app menu so we don't have ask them at the window each time.
First we are ordering it took about 15 minutes to place an order of three meals because the woman couldnt hear us, now thats more of probably a technology issue so thats not the most important issue. We go to the window and they give us our drinks LESS THAN HALF FULL. Literally like they had chugged the drinks and gave us the leftovers and then we asked them to fill them up they argued and we eventually got them filled up and then the drinks were all just the carbonation no soda syrup in ANY OF THEM. I was already so nauseous due to prior sickness and relied on mcdonalds to cure my hurt stomache and now im left more nauseus !
This is possibly the best McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. We had two custom ordered sandwiches. They were both made correctly and served to us hot and fast. The fries were very hot as well. I don’t know what this manager is doing right, but they have everything working the way it’s supposed to. This manager and some of the team members should be going around to other McDonald’s and showing them how it’s done.

Stopped in at this McDonald’s today while I was out shopping and honestly it was a nice little break. The place looked clean when I walked in, which is always the first thing I notice. The girl at the counter was super polite and made sure my order was right. I got a Quarter Pounder meal with a Coke the burger was hot, the fries were fresh, and nothing was soggy or cold. It did take maybe an extra minute or two for them to bring the food out, but honestly I’d rather wait a bit for it to be fresh than have it sitting around. Everyone working seemed friendly and in a good mood, which made the whole stop feel nicer than your average fast food run.
Honestly, one of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to. My food came out hot and fresh, fries were super crispy, and everything was made right. The staff was really nice too, which you don’t always see at fast food spots. Place looked clean and the service was quick.
We always have the most pleasant experience here at the Cheesecake factory. Staff is always helpful and on top of everything! If you have a stroller, you will need to park it off the side when you get inside before you get seated. Great selection of food. Great atmosphere.

It's a McDonalds - the staff is great. The order is always correct and everyone is friendly. that's the biggest difforentiator but a really well done McDonalds is still a McDonalds. Still this is the best one in the area and the fries are never cold.
The bathroom was clean and the fries were great! However, the service was quite slow for a McDonald's. They appeared to be short-staffed, and the fact that they serve food to people at tables was a nice touch but just put them further behind.

Cheese never melts... frappe never actually get filled to the top of the cup and u pay close to 5$ for 1 of them things and half the time it's more icy than anything... so much ice you can barely taste the caramel or the mocha... so expensive now it seems like

It's McDonalds... the food typical McDonald's food, when the fries are fresh they're the best but when they're old and cold I rather pass! My issues are always with the service, if you order a soda through the app or drive through you get like 3 ice cubes and your soda is warm. If you order anything even slightly different than how it comes standard than good lord the employees just don't know what do! Extra sauce on a big Mac? You'll either get so much the burger is swimming or they just decide not to put any on at all.... for people that are making $15 an hour you would hope they could at least do their jobs.

Went on Sunday morning @10am, got a steak, egg, and cheese bagel with 2 hash browns. More sauce on the outside of the bagel than inside, was only about 1/2 the steak compaired to other stores, and hash browns were not even "tan"... still refrigerator cold. Best part of the meal was the OJ. Was not worth the $15.00 i paid
The lady that took my order was very polite and fun, however, do not use the right side ordering lane you will sit there while multiple orders are taken on the left side. They do not alternate or follow FCFS. Then I had to pull up for my order and I’m not sure why because my food was cold.

We orderedthru the app while 10 minutes away from restraunt... a quick snack as we were traveling. We were immediately asked to pull into #1 reserved pickup spot, where we sat and watched 15 to 20 cars order, receive and leave with their food. Then a crew member tried to deliver our food to someone elsewhere in the parking lot, lucky is those folks were honest and crew member found us in spot #1. I said 'thank you' and she gave an unfriendly look. The real disappointment was opening the bag to find the fries upside down and spilled across bag (also over salted more than normal) and the 3 McChickens were barely wrapped and already one had a large piece of cartilage in it. The chicken wrap had 3 nuggets in it -2 were all grizzle and not edible. For over $20, not at all worth the wait, the sloppy service and bad quality. 2 starts because it is McDonald's and expecting more these days is a waste of time and energy.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I ordered ahead on the app. 18 minutes from the time I gave my mobile order number until I received my breakfast, and I only ordered a sandwich and a drink. I waited 3 minutes at the pick up window. Each car was taking 2-3 minutes to get their order and it wasn't all that busy. I got back on the road, and my sandwich looked like a 3 year old assembled it. Both the cheese and egg were off the side of the undercooked bagel, the egg was folded four times and was thick and narrow and did not fill the bagel properly. There were two slices of bacon cooked to cardboard status that crumbled to pieces when I took the first bite.
This is not the first time I have had poor performance from the team and leadership at this McDonalds. Just 2 days ago at lunch time I went through the drive though and ordered my regular meal, a quarter pound no cheese large meal. I was asked to move forward because this burger is made fresh, but not this case. This order takes long and I always expect this. The order was brought out and one side of the burger was burnt, much darker that the exposed side. I had it returned and it almost came back out immediately, this was a surprise, again because I know it takes longer. I walked this one back in and showed it to the next person I could get and it was the supervisor, she was obviously upset, the burger again look very dark on one side and normal on the other, and was folded in half! No she was upset with me, "what do you want, remake it or refund it". I just told her forget it, she was upset that I had rejected 3 burgers in a row, not understanding that the quarter pounder takes more that how fast they were coming out. I was obvious to me that these were pre-made and over cooked, but he did not do her job and fix the problem, if I had gotten another one it would have been thrown at me probably. This is not the way this works, I have NEVER complained about how these are cooked, but not this team!
Just had a terrible experience at this McDonalds. Placed my To-Go order at 1:16pm and still had not gotten my food by 1:46pm. Questioned the prep crew as to when my order could be expected. Answer I was given was "I can't tell you". Then proceeded to ask where the manager was and she was helping in back, which is 100% understood because it was busy. However, when you ask nicely when your order might be ready and get attitude, it doesn't fair well with me. Asked for a cash refund and was provided one, however no apology from the manager for both the way the staff behavior was and also for the inconvenience of a half hour of my time wasted and also my kids not getting lunch at McDonald's. Just want to advise McDonald's that I often spend $40-$50 multiple times a week and this location will now be avoided at all costs. Also noticed when I got home that the 6000 points I used for the free Happy Meal did not get refunded either.
The service is HORRIBLE at this location. Twice in 4 days I was stuck in line. Last time I left after 19 minutes tonight I was the only car and still waited 17 minutes. NO EXPLANATION OR APOLOGY.
Every time we go here we sit in line at the speaker with no help for 15 minutes then another ten after you finally get to order after they let multiple people who got there after you order from the 2nd speaker
Absolutely horrible service. It took over twelve minutes to get our food. My boys were disappointed when they discovered their Happy Meals did not include Minecraft toys, despite the fact that we ordered them that way. An employee was wearing a sweatshirt that read, 'I would drop kick a child for a Dr. Pepper" across the back. My nine-year-old read it and questioned its meaning to me. I called customer service almost immediately to express my displeasure. It was after hours, so I left a message and asked them to please call me back. That was four days ago, and I still haven't heard a thing.
If I could rate zero stars that's what I would do . This has got to be the absolute worst McDonald's in all of America . Bathrooms are disgusting. Employees are rude. Was in line at the drive thru for over 15 minutes then parked in a spot and went inside only to wait another 20 minutes and then the food I did get was soggy and the mayo and lettuce was all over the wrapper . Coffee was disgusting and tasted burnt and old with almost rotten creamer . Every time you come here you'll be disappointed.
Employees are rude and unprofessional, all they do is play on their phones they're severely understaffed and have the same people working the register that are cooking the food resulting in super long wait times both inside and at the speaker, management is completely lacking the skills to be managers and are all disrespectful and don't solve issues , I've also seen roaches at the counter during check out and after calling and reporting to corporate there has been no change and I still continue to see roaches in the bathroom as well as at the counter , I only come to this establishment because it is in walking distance as I live in the apartments behind and my vehicle needs an engine replacement. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have been to with the worst food and worst service . I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars that's what I would do .
We did the self order kiosk at 5:40 and our food finally came out at 6:06 pm, absolutely unacceptable. Unorganized and hardly a clean table. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
I’d go -10 on the service. Used the app, so I did 50% of their work already. After waiting 5 minutes, asked the boy at the window if I was all set and he said “yup”. Pulled away and checked before leaving the parking lot. Missing 3 fries. Go to the drive thru and she says “you, pulled away..” girl- your counterpart told me I was all set. She was rude and stated I’d have to wait behind the 5 cars in front of me. I asked her if she could just bring them out if I went to a pick up spot and she said “no, you’ll wait” then says “just come in for a refund..” said I just want my fries and she ignored me. I want a full refund because not only was I missing half the order and your people are terrible but I did half the work!

My rating really is a -1, but Google is making me be generous. They definitely need to hire more workers, especially runners. Waited almost 30 minutes for a simple order: McChicken, 4 piece and a small fry. Multiple larger orders were prepared and sent out promptly, most of which were ordered way after we placed our order. Had to ask for a refund and throw deuces. And to couple the long wait, apology not even considered by manager. Quite unprofessional and discourteous. Won't be visiting again ✌🏾

Ordered a sausage biscuit and got a chicken basket, They need to do better getting orders right. This is a constant issue at this location, they ask you to repeat your order 3 times and still get it wrong. Update went there on 7/6/2025 ordered 3 has browns and a sausage and cheese biscuit, waited 30 minutes in the drive threw and never got my food Someone name David who claimed to be the manager did nothing to fix the issue. I got a refund and left. Stop going here they do not care about customer service.
you’re lucky to get out the drive-thru within 20 minutes, even ordering ahead of time the wait time is at least 15 minutes.. seems like every car has to wait 10 minutes at the window, mobile orders inside are just as bad
We try not to stop at this McDonald's. It is the slowest. Machines are always broken. They let you order AND PAY..then tell you it's broken. The manager is always hateful. Worst McDonald's.
First off we had to wait for 30mins in the drive thru to get our food then we get it and I had ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and only received 7….not to mention we didn’t get straws with our drinks and our food was cold

Disgustingly went out of their way to put bacon into my Muslim friend’s snack wrap upon seeing the Mobile App user’s name, when bacon does not normally come with the item, nor did it appear on the receipt. Someone at this location committed a hate crime on purpose.

Always very rude. I always have to wait at least 10 minutes for an order when I put my order in with plenty of time to have prepared my food since it’s supposed to be “fast food” and I ordered online! The manager I spoke to was very rude and even seemed very rude to her own co workers and employees as well. “No. I have grill people for that.” Like she is talking down on them cause she’s management when I’m sure she was a grill person at some point. No matter the job you are doing no one should put you down for that. This is the second time in two weeks and I will not be going back there.

This mcdonalds is the worst ever it doesn't matter if there are 2 cars or 10 cars in the drive thru it WILL take at minimum of 20 minutes if not an hour ( this is not sarcasm at all literally and hour with 2 cars ahead of us)for you to get your food. When you finally do get your food it's a toss up of if it's gonna be actually pretty decent or be 3 days old cold crunchy and leave you feeling like you just got robbed. Go to Burger King across the street they are much better if you value your time.

Went to McDonald’s tonight in the drive-thru waited a good five minutes for someone to answer then another 10 minutes waiting for our food. My husband forgot a happy meal so he went back in and the person that was up front was on his phone while two other people were up front and only one person was making the food. And it was a little crazy. Please can everyone just help the poor kid making the food.

Shouldn't be rocket science. Also Within the 25 minutes i was there waiting for my food (not counting the 15 minutes we sat down to eat) we heard approximately 8 people complain and come back and say that their order was wrong. They also burned an old man's cookies who was waiting since got there and I got my food before he did. Nobody in drive thru so it wasn't that busy. Had about less than 10 people in waiting room. Someone said they ordered their food 20 miles down highway and they still had to wait 15 minutes for their food to be ready once getting there. Workers need to be fired and this place needs to be shut down. Or revamp the entire staff with new workers because they have zero understanding of the concept of "fast food"
Stopped to use the restroom and they had no toilet paper in the stall. Trashcan for food was all nasty in the front all down the side of it. No napkins anywhere. Didn't eat there due to nastiness

After waiting in line for over 5 minutes when I finally got to the pick up window was told to park since they were waiting on the chicken nuggets. I only ordered a 6 pc nugget and cheeseburger and even though the nuggets were warm( not hot) the cheeseburger was not even warm. Dont go here if you do not have 20 minutes to waste
I went through the drive through and when I was at the speaker I had given her 2 codes for 2 different mobile orders. When I went to the window the lady only gave me my friends stuff so I told her I had another mobile order as well and she said they couldn’t find it and asked me to pull it up on my phone. I pulled it up on my phone and then she proceeded to tell me that I need to go back around because there’s a ton of cars waiting behind me. I was very irritated and confused to why I would have to get back in line again when it was her mistake, because I had told her about both of the orders at the intercom. I decided to cancel my order and leave because I shouldn’t have to wait again.
Never in my 4 years of doing varsity sports have I ever been to a place this horrible. The service for 10 kids took 1hr, people walking in after our small order of one cheeseburgee and one small fry and proceeded to still get the food before us. This place is a joke and the staff is lost, they have no clue what’s going, who’s supposed to be doing what, and it’s never been this bad… last week they refused to serve the bus of 10 kids for no apparent given reason. This place needs to be fixed and staff changes need to be made.
I went to the drive thru and was immediately told they were out of fries, diet Coke, etc, etc, etc, and I said thank you I'm all set and drove away. I can honestly say that I have never had that happen to me.
Very clean and the employees are so nice, but for some reason wait times are often 20-30 minutes when we come here now, and I watch management ignore employees who are struggling instead of helping them. Edit: McDonalds replied to my review and asked me to share my experience on their website and included a link. I did this last month and heard nothing and nothing has changed. I used to go here every other week for years, now I only go about 4 times a year when I have my niece. On the plus side this has directly resulted in a 15+ pound weight loss, so it's not all bad!
Horrible! Waited well over 5 minutes at the intercom before anyone came on... No one was in front of us... No one came on to say they would be w us in a minute, etc ... Ordered basic food... Took 10 or more minutes for food to come out.. double cheeseburger's bun was hard like it had been under the warmer all afternoon.. cheese not melted... Fries WAY too salty.. my 13 yr old couldn't even eat them and they eat everything! I think they sent ALL of their staff home except for 2 ppl.. place looked closed.... Barely any lights on..it was about 9:30pm... I don't have high expectations of fast food and we rarely go to McDoanld's but the service and the quality of the food here has gone way down.
I don’t believe this should be acceptable (7 1/2) fries to be handed out in a kids meal, nonetheless on Halloween when it’s a meal on the go. I expected better. Also waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes for just one happy meal and a drink. Unacceptable, won’t be returning any time soon.
I came here to get a quick meal I waited for a long time he gave me a half cup of juice because I said I didn’t want ice. I then asked him can he please fill my cup up he put a little bit more but not a filled cup and said that what happen when you don’t get ice . I have sensitive teeth I can’t have things too cold then my burger had a whole bunch of mayo I’m not use to mayo being on a burger only chicken sandwich then it was a ton of salt on the burger I ended up just throwing it out and went to Burger King for food
This is by far the slowest McDonald’s that I have ever been to. Every time I go there , I say to myself “this is the last time”. Well today is the day that I truly mean it. They are soooooo slow at this location that it’s faster for me to drive another 10 miles to the Brewerton McDonalds. In fact , several times that I have been there , Ive gotten off of the drive thru line and gone to Brewerton. I thought , maybe today will be different. I was wrong. I pulled right up to the speaker . Good start. They took my order, then I sat. With only 4 cars in front of me , I sat. And sat. Didn’t move. After about 20 minutes I pulled up next to the people that were waiting at the window and asked if they knew what was going on. They had been waiting so long that the side sliding door on their minivan was wide open , the passenger door was open and they were camped out with their children waiting for their food. The passenger held up his soda that they had given him and he said to make matters worse , his soda was warm and flat. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I’m done with this place. I’ll either go to the Brewerton store or Burger King across the street.
Once this McDonald’s was a decent place to get some food but today was the final straw for me and I am done with this place. Today all I wanted was a breakfast sandwich on my way to work, I was in a good mood but the moment I get to the window to pick up my food you would have thought I did something horrible to the person. Attitude off the rip like I ruined there day all because I just wanted a dang sausage biscuit, the simplest of sandwiches to make but apparently that’s what ruined the persons day. I understand if you are having a bad day, we all do but to almost seem like because you are having a bad day that you need to make sure everyone around you is having a bad day is just unacceptable. As an added insult the biscuit was burnt and sausage was overcooked yet I had to “pull forward” because it wasn’t ready yet. To the lady in the red shirt this morning, I really hope that your day got better.
Recently drive thru enormously long wait times (over 10-15 min), wrong food when you get your order and rude staff at the window. Today We got wrong order and an outspoken teenager told us next time order it properly. This after waiting 10 minutes in line to get the wrong order once again. When told we didn't appreciate the attitude the young lady remained indignant and talked back rudely (tried to call Supervisor but phone never was answered). Very disappointing
I would give 0 if I could. Even though the lobby was empty every table was dirty, the trash full and I heard the manager apologize to a table for no tray because they were all dirty. There weren't even napkins out to clean a table myself. They seemed overwhelmed with orders but someone really should've been sent out to clean for 5-10 min. Bought a kids meal for the toy but the only toys they had were the under three toys. 😑 Manager seemed nice and embarrassed of the situation, maybe new people were working I don't know.
What is going on with this place!!! Where is management? Why does it take at least 30-50 minutes for "fast food" i have gone here like 5 times in the last couple months and each time has been a complete joke- people standing around, chatting, unorganized. Fast food service workers demanded a raise- they got it and now its worse than ever! This is sad- before anyone bashes- yes i worked in fast food when i was paid 7.15 an hour and did a way better more efficient work. Managers need to make accountability and have their workers communicate with each other and be team players!
Went inside 4 cars in drive thru, 2 teenage girls in front of us took their order at the counter, would not take our order. So we went to the computer and ordered waited 15 minutes for our food to go. Had to tell them we didn’t get our shakes. Got on the road no napkins in the bag, no napkin dispensers in store. My Big Mac was covered in Mac sauce, my husbands quarter pounder was falling apart and sauce all over. Worst store ever!
