Best service from a Dunkin I've ever received. I visited a couple weeks ago in the late afternoon and asked if they had decaf. Sure, they said, but it'll take 5-10 minutes because they wanted to brew a fresh pot for me. Very kind.

Been to this Dunkin' a couple of times. Staff is nice but service is rather slow. It's rare they get my order right. I usually order my sandwiches with just meat, no egg, no cheese, they even put the sticker on the bag with the request and they still put egg and cheese on my sandwich. I am not allergic to either one of these items, that's just the way I like my sandwich sometimes. But what if I did have an allergy to any of these items and once you drive away, it becomes frustrating to turn back around. This is really my biggest issue with this store. I wish they would be more mindful of special request and the time (and possible health) of their customers. I will probably frequent this place again, but I know that I will have to double check the order before leaving.
Went here on Friday June 9th 2023 before work because i felt like a coffee. Walked in, was greeted immediately by a person. Tried to order the Mocha iced latte, instead got Matcha iced latte with chocolate. The person who took my order should try to understand better, but anyways. I also got a chocolate frosted donut as well, as a snack. Paid with a dunkin gift card that i had since a year now. The card still has a balance on it as well, although, the cashier should give the person their reciept, but i was able to reach over and grab the reciept. My Matcha iced latte with chocolate was very good, and i liked it, as well as my donut. May be back soon if i ever feel like another coffee.
I come here on an almost daily basis before work, and the staff has always been very cordial and respectful. There is the occasional morning when my coffee order isn't completely right, but I'm not the one to be picky about it. One thing I will say is that they are a little slow during a long line of serving customers.
Used the drive thru, but had to run in for a bathroom break. Place was clean. Got my coffee and donut and drove away. I asked for a flavor swirl, but got nothing added to the coffee. It was too hot to check at the drive thru window.
I stopped into this location this morning and I had ordered my coffee as I would in any other Duncan location. It was served up correctly and in a relatively short time frame. My only reservation and not giving this visit five stars was that there was somebody behind the counter, who ironically made my coffee who was coughing quite frequently. it did not sound like they were covering their mouth as the cough was not muffled at all leading me to believe that they were coughing all over the coffee. A little disturbing

Good for Dunkin Donuts. Can be busy. Can take a little longer then other DD to get your order. Not obvious from the main road as it's set down a bit in the shopping center. Convenient if your in the area shopping.

Food was good but service was really slow. My sandwich was good. Wife was waiting in the car and she thought I was eating inside. Drive thru line was really long.
Service is slow via the drive through and the women that's usually taking the orders in the morning always makes mistakes. So I prefer going in it's much quicker & no mistakes! It's always clean & tidy so plus plus in my book!
Let’s have some “common sense talk” do you guys not know what “Cream on the Side” means when someone wants cream but wants them on the side? I clearly said “Get me one coffee with cream on the side and one coffee with cream in it” You gave me two Black Coffees with a bag of just straws and no cream in it at 8am in the morning and I saw you guys didn’t have anyone in the store just two cars including mine. You guys talking to each other or something that’s disrupting you from service? Also one of the coffee lids was like broken and I now have coffee stains all over my car. This is like the second worst Dunkin I’ve been to other than the NYC one with the cashier on the phone ignoring me but hey at least you get three stars for waking me up with that pure butter coffee and coffee explosion on the Highway (also thanks for putting like 30 dried tomatoes most I’ve had on a piece of bread since I’ve ordered a breakfast from Dunkin).
I quit drinking and smoking so coffee is my last vice. It’s usually fine here, it a Dunkin’ Donuts, not some third wave shop. If I’m out, I give them money and they give me decent coffee. Except the cold brew. That stuff is awesome.
Service is good but when I ordered a coffee the straw had donut icing all over it, this place is a little messy but overall okay. Better than the Popeyes across the street at least.
I find it a bit mannerless that they would change me for asking an extra empty cup for a necessary reason. I ask for extra cup in many coffee shops even other dunkin in necessary situation but they near change me for an extra cup.
Do NOT use the drive-through when using on-the-go during their busy time. What's the point of ordering ahead when you have to wait in a long line. I went from an eta to work 15 minutes early to 5 minutes late (P.S. no traffic what so ever). I feel bad because the workers are so nice and they get your order correct, its just so slow.
My daughter & I always go to the Dunkin Donuts in Central Valley & up until now never had any complaints. Today however there was a Dunkin Donuts delivery truck in the way in the parking lot. Unless you were going through the drive thru (which we were not) there was no way to get out. When I attempted to go around to get out the driver reached into my car and turned the wheel for me. I don't know about other people but that made me very uncomfortable especially when living with COVID19. Whoever that driver was, he needs to be talked to
I can never seen to get a latte here warmer than room temp. I order extra hot and it comes out even colder. Doughnuts are ok. Regular Dunkin' doughnuts.
Rush hour and they "can't make any food right now." Sat in veey slow drive through for at least 15 minutes before learning this-- there goes any hope of eating dinner today.
VERY slow and got my order wrong. By the time I got to the drive thru window the bagel bites I ordered were cold and gross and they forgot the munchkins I ordered.
I cannot make this up. I ordered a few things including a half dozen donuts (2 strawberry w sprinkles, 2 vanilla w sprinkles, and 2 chocolate) and I am MISSING 2 VANILLA DONUTS. I only recieved 4 donuts in the box and the strawberry didn't even have sprinkles on it. Either the people putting in the food are blind and can't count or my dasher took the food. Does the box usually have a seal on it? Because I recieved mine with no seal. Money is not something to play with-- I don't understand how I ended up with only 4/6 donuts. I called this location twice and neither times did anyone pick up.
If Dunkin’ employees would not argue in front of customers and do things the right way, my drink wouldn’t be messed up. It tasted so terrible. All I ordered was an iced coffee with milk and sugar and I get it enough times to know when something is off. I noticed too late to turn around and wasted a drink. I had to wait and watch as two employees were having a “discussion” that sounded more of an argument and it was disturbing as a customer. I’m tired of coming to this Dunkin’. I’m going to the one in Monroe for now on.
The reason I give 2 stars is cause earlier in day that I went there I had ordered a latte w coconut milk and vanilla flavor and they did it perfectly. I went back later in the afternoon and asked for the same thing and the older lady just made a cup of coconut milk with vanilla flavoring and drop of coffee. So I turned around and went in and spoke to manager and he made me my coffee right. I'm sorry in my opinion that older lady doesn't make coffee or anything right.(problems with her before) I'm not only one I know that has said that. But I seem to be the only person I know that will say anything to a manager bout it. She is rude and everything has a huff after it. If she has such a problem with everything then maybe she shouldn't work there. Just my opinion.

Messed up my husband's order twice, every table was dirty, bathroom said it was cleaned every hour but the state of the floor proved that was a lie. One of the employees stood smoking in the parking lot, talking to someone in the drive thru lane, which blocked up the drive thru lane even after a car arrived behind them. They seemed like nice people, but a little training and attention to detail would go a long way.
Stopped here while traveling on I-87. Staff was super unorganized and the hot coffee machines were not working. Employee Luke was very apologetic and seemed to be the only organized employee and was offering refunds to those who ordered hot coffees or offered to switch to a iced coffee instead. The floors were quite dirty around the indoor seating area, trash under each table. Waited nearly 10 minutes to order and another 15 for our food
Person behind counter could not understand order. Did not give me full order. Didn't make our drinks. Had to ask the young man running the drive thru to make our drinks. She did not make my bagel w/cream cheese. Didn't know if they had pumpkin for drink.
All I asked for was 2 very light coffees. Also ordered a breakfast sandwich. When I tried my coffee, it was too hot. My companions coffee was the same. Asked the kid at the counter to please pour some out and add more milk (one was milk, the other oat milk). No customer service whatsoever - instead it felt like it was inconveniencing him. My coffee was now cold. Felt spiteful. I asked for oat milk and I'm pretty sure he just added regular milk. What a waste of money. The kids they hire these days just don't care.
It might be the slowest Dunkin I've ever been to. 15 + min for drive-thru iced coffee. However, when coffee finally did make it into my hands, it was good. Customer service was meh.
Worst setup for a parking lot. Filled with selfish drivers . Sat for 20 mins for ? Window issues made it a cluster fudge. Just avoid this location unless you have 20 mins to waste on a line.
Worst d&d for service time. ALWAYS TAKES FOREVER. Food is OK, place is always dirty and a mess. Manger needs to get on the staff to do better. Girl behind the counter very polite and trying hard to keep up with traffic, but this place is always understaffed during rush hours.

Gross, very dirty local. The man on cash had his earbuds in while I was ordering. This is a very unorganized location. We literally only ordered a tea and coffee and it took too long.
If I could give it a negative star, I would. Went through the drive thru at 8:30pm for 2 decaf coffees and were told that they were closing in a half hour so they don't have any decaf and can't make any. I have been to MANY DD'S and had to wait for freshly brewed decaf... even a half hour before they closed. VERY POOR SERVICE HERE. I wouldn't recommend.

I cannot understand how this DD has more than 1 star. For a while I was going in the morning and the doors were still locked and they had a line of drive thru customers,no1 getting served. Always late opening up. Another time I went, ordered a coffee and a power sandwich, I paid and the lady gave me my coffee, stared at me and ask "what are you waiting for?" I said "my sandwich, surely you dont think my coffee was 8 dollars." She huffed then walked away and started talking on her phone. The manager had to finish serving me. The coffee always tastes terrible. I just now got another power wrap and it was still Ice cold. I'm too far now to turn around and throw it across the counter. There's another DD up rt32 about a half mile, service, food and coffee are great, I recommend taking the extra 5 minutes and go there.
A bit of a dump. Also, I stood at he register for 5 minutes at 12:15pm on 4/25/23. The manager was berating the drive thru employee, mocking her and making her cry all while stuffing food in his mouth and and navigating his phone. It was disgusting. He never turned around and greeted me. I walked out empty handed.
We were there on Saturday August 20th. My family and I have been stopping there for over a decade. The tables and chairs haven't had a good wipe down in only who knows how long, the floors were absolutely totally disgusting! But the absolute WORST THING was the female bathroom!!! There was urine on the floor covered by paper towels and by the sink there was also a pile of paper towels from a leak. The staff was beyond slow and we ordered 3 different sandwiches which needless to say were nothing but bread!!!. STAY AWAY!

The stuff was very rude. Very unprofessional. We asked if a drink had caffeine in it they said no, we verified this a few times prior to ordering and the manager said no it doesn't. So we ordered, low and behold it has 88mg of caffeine which might not be a big deal to some but a lot to someone who is super sensitive to caffeine. Highly disappointed and will not be returning.
Perhaps the worst Dunkin experience I've ever had. If you're thinking fast food, take a seat. It's gonna be a while. 30+ minutes, still waiting.
Ridiculously slow place. They are obviously doing it on purpose since the shop was entirely empty. 7 people behind me waited for 10 minutes and left angry. I think they are doing it as a protest against their own management to show that they need more people. But I personally think they have more than enough people they just have to be replaced.
This is the worst Dunkin in the world I tried to get some breakfast at 6:47 with my girlfriend,we are staying at the Hilton & r limited to food, the front door was closed I seen them taken orders through the drive though so I walk over there,they see me walking and wave to me instead of them telling me they aren’t taken orders till 7 they make me walk all the way to the window I ask them if they taken orders and the guy tells me they only doing drive through (I wasn’t driving) but I been to many Dunkin where I ordered from the window because they were either closing the store soon or was too early to open. I just didn’t see the reason for why they couldn’t take my order regardless if I had a car or not I feel like I been racially profiled and it’s not fare at this point it’s not even about the breakfast anymore.
Slow, inconvenient and the exit of the parking lot makes no sense. Bring back the Dunkin’ Donuts on route 32 next to Mobil gas station. I wont waste my time at this one again.
I was looking for a on the go brunch and ordered just a beyond meat sausage, three orders of hash browns and coffee. The coffee was good but they gave me an entire beyond meat egg sand which and all the hash browns were freezing cold! I didn’t realize until I opened the bag on the thruway so I’m very disappointed 😔
Very disgusting, I would like to sue this company. The worker was counting the money, I asked for a T bagel and he took it with his hand without gloves and without washing them horrible and dangerous, I immediately told him and he went and put on a glove without ever washing his hands. I'm going to trash this bagel.

They for got my bagel this morning, went back to get it. I had the receipt, he didn’t really believe me. Even though He was the one who just took my order ten minutes before, and forgot my bagel. Then I get it and it’s completely burnt, so bad I can’t eat it.
Me and a friend came in at some point after 12 I honestly don't remember when but they were open so it was worth getting a donut and coffee .. or so we thought it was worth it. Older (50-60) woman with dark frizzy hair and rotting away front teeth (I'm not trying to be mean or cruel to this woman appearance! I just don't know any other way to describe her so hopefully her boss sees this and identifies which employee I'm talking about) is actually complaining and not just once but 4 times she complains that ppl kept coming in. Almost like that's her job. And complaining ppl just keep coming in ... I finally said "oh I know it's almost like that's your job" Meanness to say I can tell from the other reviews this place has "lack luster" down to a T. Truly an unpleasant experience and much left to be desired. She didn't even have to be nice she just should have kept her UNPROFESSIONAL "opinions" to herself in the presence of customers.

Early this morning 6am, I decided to stop by the store to pick up a cup of tea. When I was rudely disrespected by brandy. I was told the store was closed and that she's only taking the two guys in front of me. When I asked for her name she stated that she dont care who I tell and that she was busy and there's no manager around. She proceeded to assist the two guys. I have been going to this DUNKIN for 4 years never encountered a nasty employee until now. I will no longer spend my money at this location.
Just went to Dunkin, why did I pay $6 for a medium caramel oatmilk instead of a medium caramel oatmilk latte? For that, I could have just made it myself and spared myself the attitude that I was given at the window by a lady with braids. She read my order out loud and it was wrong, so I kindly corrected her. She instead cut me off and said that is what she had said. She was very rude even though she got my order wrong. I wish I had gotten her name. We came here on Sunday, September 10th at 7 PM sharp. When we ordered at the drive through, the woman working told us they wouldn’t take any orders because they’re “an hour from closing”. We drove a long way for this location and had to leave because the woman refused to take our order because they closed in one hour. Unbelievable.
HORRIBLLLLLEEEEEE!!!!! I ordered a hot dunkalatte and it was awful... No sweetener or anything. It tasted like nothing but Expresso. I don't like coffee at all, but the dunkalatte's sweetness and milk cream hides the coffee flavor,but this time it didn't. Then I ordered LOADED hash brown potatoes and got just regular hash browns. I also ordered a sausage wake up wrap and the tortilla was so hard and overcooked, I couldn't even bite into it. I wasted ALL of my money because it ALL went in the trash and with this economy, I can't afford to waste any amount of money!!! What a terrible experience. Get it together DD!!!! 😡
Closing the Dunkin at the Mobil station was the worst thing ever. Why did they? Because the town wouldn't allow them to add a drive through, so they went "ha! we'll show them" and closed it. This location is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. The parking lot is tight, the staff are rude, the food and coffee is wrong more often then not, and now they randomly close the lobby before 4PM. I just wanted to pick up a gift card. I park my car, go to the door and both are locked. I waved my arm at the person inside and she signals a circle with her hand to go around the drive through. I walk back to my car, try to back out against the cars already in line, drive around the building to get in line. I order a gift card, tell her how much, hand her my credit card and she gives it back with the gift card, and NO receipt. I had to ask for one, and she acted annoyed to have to print it out. I hate this location. I used to stop at the one at the gas station before hopping on 17 or the Thruway. Why would I go out of my way past the highways for such a bad location?

This location had 5 employees with both the drive in and in-person lines constantly at least 5 deep. It took us 30 minutes (in-person) to get on line and get 3 donuts and a frozen drink. This was because they had 1 person who rang up while the rest were on the drive in. This place needs better staffing or a better distribution of employee responsibilities.
Visited this DD on Saturday morning July 31, 2021 around 10A about 4 cars in front of me by the time I get to the Intercom to order its 10:25 I waited an additional 7-8 mins at the intercom as I noticed cars leave the line behind me. I call to the attendant and inform them that people are beginning to leave due to the long wait and the female on the other end tells me “we only have 2 of us here so if they don’t want to wait they can go somewhere else!” Really?? This is the customer service that this individual was trained with? These are the folks that want $15 an hour? I used to stop at this shop before heading down to the city needless to say I won’t be stopping in to this shop ever again. Just ridiculous to say the least!
This is embarrassing. Worst experience. Waited 5 minutes to order. Another 5 minutes to pay. After that waited 15-20minutes to get my order. Ordered a latte with cold foam, didn’t get no cold foam. Ordered a blush pop. They completely forgot to make it. So now it’s a total of other 5mins waiting. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN. This is very disappointing Dunkin. Also they don’t even tell you the total at the window.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I’ve been disappointed too many times not to speak up. I’ve repeatedly received cold food and incorrect orders from this location. The most frustrating issue has been the coffee !!! I’ve been given the wrong drink over and over again. There have been days when my coffee tasted completely watered down, like warm tea water. I’ve also been handed hot coffee labeled as cold coffee, as if I wouldn’t notice. On one occasion, the cup was completely misshaped, like it had been overheated or melted. I understand that mistakes happen, but when it becomes a consistent pattern, it’s really frustrating as a paying customer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves order accuracy and quality control As of now I won’t be buying any more from them.
This Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life. The people that work there are horrible. The guy that’s making the sandwiches are not even wearing gloves disgusting.

I got a dunkin energy and I got about a quarter way through it and it had absolutely no flavor, then I got 3 sausage, egg, and cheese wake up wraps and those tasted terrible, all of them were completely burnt. The workers took forever to get the order ready. It was only me and one other person there, so there was no reason at all to take 20 minutes. I also ordered a donut and they almost completely forgot that, I had to go to the register and ask for it again.
Drive thru employees were rude and very impatient as they gave me the wrong order. Also my bagels were burnt and oily as I asked for “lightly toasted.” The hash browns were burnt. I order two hot coffees which were good, and two iced coffees which tasted like burnt coffee. I do not recommend anyone go to this Dunkin.
Don’t bother coming here Incompetence staff working the kitchen Completely confused and unable to manage handling orders between drive through, walk in and online orders. Update after receiving my food: Missing my hash brown, and my sausage wrap with half melted cheese (which I ordered no cheese) sausage is cold very possibly undercooked/heating. Due to i paid already via online app, no chance of me canceling order and stuck here waiting for 20 mins+ for poor service. Go somewhere else for your order.
