The drive thru is the WORST. Never again. I keep telling myself that it’ll be fine the next time. I choose the drive thru for multiple reasons, mostly for convenience, and am let down every time.

My mobile orders often alert me they are ready and the store ends up having it ready 10 minutes after. Additionally, they will randomly swap my French baguette pieces with their sourdough baguette which looks very similar but if you're sensitive to texture or flavor is much crunching and yeasty/tangy. This isn't really a big deal but it sucks that it's happened to me multiple times. If they are out of it it would be officially substituted but it's labeled as the sourdough. I buy both all the time as full loaves so I can tell the difference. The sourdough ones are not for me obviously it isn't what I was expecting to get and it really is less than mid compared to the french

The food is always good, the quality of service and friendliness of staff is always good, the atmosphere is mid, but for some reason, this location always has some technical difficulties happening. It's always out of the staff's control (they are always apologetic and pleasant) but it's just a chronic issue at this location which makes it hard to frequent.

I’ve visited this location a few times, and 2 out of 3 visits have been disappointing, either due to incorrect orders or poor food quality. Today, I ordered a chicken avocado melt, and the preparation was subpar. The chicken was cold, the lettuce was in large pieces with some already spoiled, and the bacon was also cold. After giving them multiple chances, I’ve decided not to return to this location.

We stopped in at 7:45 AM to get quick fountain drinks and two parfaits. There were two women at the front; nobody said a word to us. Nobody greeted us. Nobody said hello. We put our order in at the kiosk. We went down to the counter to pick up our two parfaits, which most Panera’s usually have them premade. Nobody was at the pick up counter. Nobody was working on our order. Not a soul in sight, yet we heard the voices of the employees. Finally, my husband asked if anybody was working on our order. We track down three employees who were handling bread. One woman was giving instructions. Another woman was doing the work. And the third woman was watching. Nobody wanted to fill our order. Which again was too simple parfaits, and two large cups. When they finally gave us two large cups, we went to the fountain drinks, and the drinks weren’t available. There was no tea made. And my husband could not get a soda. The soda was empty! When we asked if we could get help, they told us they were working on something and we needed to wait. So we ended up just getting a refund. Completely incompetent people. They open at 6 AM. Why are their drinks not out?

Ordered and new salad on the menu and it tasted FAKE. went to counter to state how awful it was counter help got the manager who refunded order however did not ask if there was anything to do help make our experience better and did not even attempt to to apologize or anything. Then told me to throw it away in nearby garbage. Will NOT be returning ever to this location 9/22/25.

90% of the time I order takeout from the Monroe, NY location, the sandwiches look like an angry monkey assembled them. Always a mess, never with any care. I pre-ordered breakfast this time for the drive-thru. Waited behind the woman with screaming grandkids for a minute and realized nobody was manning the microphone. Went inside, no cashier (I've seen this a lot here). Waited another 15 before somebody came up. Meanwhile it's after 9 and employees are walking in. They open at 7. I consider myself a patient person. If someone at the register had explained they were short staffed or experiencing delays that would have been acceptable. Leaving customers standing around, wondering if the place is open is very concerning. I will no longer be a patron for this location.

This panera only hires the rudest individuals. They just served me a cup of milk and ice when i customized my coffee to have those and then the 16 year old in the drive through refused to refund me or make me a new one. Theres something really wrong with the people that work there

I asked for an avocado melt, they tell me that they don’t have the bread. AND don’t even give me the avocado. I ask for an avocado Salad… no avocado… worst Panera I’ve ever been to and they lie about what they serve you. They also don’t give you a receipt at the drive through so you can’t get any compensation. Never coming back after 8pm.

As much as I love Panera, this visit was a disappointment. As seen on the picture the bacon didn’t look good and it didn’t taste good either. The second sandwich was a mess. You can tell they just slap some meat and a slice of avocado. The only thing that was good were the chips. Also, we got to see the kitchen from the drive thru window and it wasn’t the cleanest either. We spent $32.00, expected a little more. Sad to say, I will probably wouldn’t be going back anytime soon.
