Very happily surprised to see it in a corner of mall. Disappointment that it was not what was anticipated. It was the variety and choices. Loved the subs when I've eaten before. Just didn't expect it to be so limited, yet understood why. I cannot remember what we had (needed to take pictures, steak sub and a chicken sub), however, it was tasty. I highly recommend it to everyone to experience. Look forward to filling my face the next time I see one.

The sandwich reminded me of subway sandwiches of before. Bread tasted like nothing and roast beef did not look appetizing and didbt taste good at all. Spent $24 and everything tasted like paper. So dissapointed.

Hi I would like to put a complain on 2 workers from jersey Mike one is a female Hispanic and a male Hispanic that was on the register yesterday around 2pm. I very disappointed at these employes because I ordered 2 giant on a whole weat bread. When I saw the ticket it did nIt say whole weat I should it to the cashier and asked the female taking order and she replied I never told her that I wanted it on the whole wheat. I told the cashier I dont eat white bread and he can make a new one. He took the sandwich away and said goodbye instead of saying he will glaring make a new one. That been said I I'll reach out to the cooperate and file a complain. Jersey Mike needs to have professional workers they forget without coustomer there is no sale. My family was disappointed at these 2 workers will never return to this store.tl

25 bucks for chips, drink and chipotle chicken wrap. That's ridiculous. That I couldn't even eat cuz it was stuck to the paper and not even cut. Terrible. I used to love Jersey Mike's. Now this ruined it

I ordered an original Italian and they just gave me a ham and cheese sandwich, it seems the guy was just lazy and he didn't want to put all the meats that go typically on the sandwich. Never coming back here again.
