I place the mobile order in the car before going in. In my pass experience after placing the order and then using their restrooms with the little ones. The food is usually ready or in the process of making. Since I didn't see my order number on the screen I question the staff apparently they had to check in the order on the regular order machine first. So that consume extra waiting period for my trip. Food wise was very good, everything was fresh from the oven or the fryer, the nuggets was very crispy.

I had an outstanding experience at Wendy’s thanks to Chioma! From the moment I approached the counter, she greeted us with a warm, genuine smile that immediately made us feel welcome. She was incredibly friendly and patient, taking the time to make my daughter feel special—she absolutely loves her! Her professionalism and efficiency were impressive—my order was taken accurately, prepared quickly, and delivered with care. Chioma’s positive attitude and attentiveness truly stood out; she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. IDK WHO WAS WORKING 5/18/23 BUT THEY DID THEY THANGGG WIT THIS FOOD BEST WENDYS I HAD IN MY LIFE and i messed up my order at the window and they corrected it for me and i know that is a annoying task but they did it for me no problems thank you.

The food is mainly good at this location comparing to others I’ve been to, the service can sometimes be extremely slow which is disappointing & on the rare occasion the workers have a attitude but that’s just rare. 85% time it’s great, so honestly up to you if you wanna go. Edit: Came back here on 10/22/24 & boy am I extremely impressed! The service was extremely fast and the food is a solid 9.5/10!! Now I highly recommend! Edit: Came back here on 3/19/25 and the service was speedy & the spicy nuggets and fries were to perfection. Keep up the great work! Edit: Came here again on 4/11/25 and Chris working there drive thru and handing us our order was so friendly and kind! This location is awesome and highly recommend it! Keep up the amazing work, I’ll definitely be back soon when I’m in the area.

Good, friendly, helpful accommodating service, however they didn't have apple juice, and the soda machine was only partially working. I wanted iced tea, and the only flavor they had was strawberry--it tasted terrible, so maybe something was up with the syrup, the other machine wouldn't respond to my tapping. 🙄 Also my biscuit was too greasy and the bacon was very hard/stiff.

Someone had a dog that was cearly not a service dog it was braking and jumping i topd the manager the dog is not a service dog its not fare to real service dogs did not like hearing this dog barking in a restaurant so disrespectful

Music was so bad 3 other customers left.... I dont wanna hear Circle of life style songs when I sit down and eat... everyone who was in restaurant was around 40ish and younger and some guy said id rather sit in my truck.. someone else told his girl his ears were bleeding lol ... Note to management... change that radio station... lady behind counter was nice tho

I was told they don't do treys here. Why not? This isn't the city. Nobody's gonna steal your treys. Get some treys.

I ordered dinner with my family and the order was entirely wrong. The double big bacon classic had no bacon on it and all of the chicken sandwiches were home style when they we’re supposed to be spicy. On top of that the fries were soggy and old. The cashier took the order right but everyone in the back got it wrong.

Why don’t they wear hairnets 90% of them don’t even have the visors on their heads. This explains why there’s always here in the food. I brought food back a number of times because there’s hair in it and they still refuse to put a hairnet on. Even with Management Present they still refuse to put hair nets on. Absolutely disgusting

*Very Disappointed* *Not Recommend* *Didn't pay attention to detail* We asked for the fries to be extra crispy well done and they were warm & just normal cooked, also we asked for the chicken sandwich to be well done extra crispy and it was hot and cooked all the way just not extra crispy. We will not be returning to this location again.

Ordered through the app. They said they didn't have the order. I showed them the receipt in their app, with today's date, the correct location. The manager repeated himself over and over again. I told him I dont want to argue about your app, I just want food. He kept repeating himself saying th all had an error, so I left. Never offered any solution, just kept repeating comments about the app erroring out. I opened my credit card app and see a charge from Wendy's today, that matches the receipt in thwir app. I dont think I'll be back.
