Jorge' Kitchen in Central Valley, NY serves the most authentic Mexican Food and variety of amazing dishes in Woodbury area. The service was outstaying and the food was absolutely incredible. I told my wife she is officially done cooking. We are going to Jeorge' s from now on! Damon

Hands down the most authentic, delicious, wonderful restaurant in the area Literally drove 1 hour and a half just to eat at this place every two months Food: Firstly, they have nachos with salsa sauce before your food coming. So authentic and fresh! All of the dishes are freshly made. We love the tacos: there are a verity of choices of tacos—— beef, chicken, fish, pork.. all of them are delicious! Also, have to mention the omelet, it is juicy, delicious 😋 (added sausage into it and it was just right!) Service: Staff is so friendly, nice and kind! They introduce different kinds of food and are attentive in our needs! Atmosphere : The resultant is clean, which is important! The interior design is beautiful and shows local style! Price: The price is reasonable and good, given the good quality of food! Overall, a restaurant that you will never regret to try and come back to several times!

I lived in California for a Summer. It was one of the best Summers of my life. I ate Mexican and Tex-Mex almost daily when I lived there; enjoying some of the best tacos and Birria I've ever had. I currently live in New York, specifically near Huntington Station, where you can find some of the best Mexican and Yucatanian cuisine on the Island. I've been to Texas, many times, and have had some of the best Tex-Mex in the country. Hell, I've even been to Mexico and eaten some real, hard-core, street tacos. ...but this... this was monumentally epic. Jorge's is better than good, they are serving someof the BEST Birria Tacos I've ever had. These were OUTSTANDING. The decor screams Oaxaca - from the tables to the banners to the brightly painted walls and twinkling Christmas lights. It's so deliciously hoaky. But then you look over then menu, and you taste the food... and then you just exclaim, 'Yes! That's it! I can die happy now!' Jorge's makes their food with passion, with soul and as if they are making a Sunday dinner for visiting family. I WILL be back. Eat here as soon as you can before they really get discovered, and then it's standing room only or you can only get a table if you make a reservation several weeks in advance. This is well worth the visit!

Great hearty meal! Had the pipping hot minestrone, beef stew, and other dishes such as fish, chicken and mash potato. Love the freshly made garlic bread with obvious garlic bits. Fantastic homey service too.

This is a hidden gem in the Woodbury area! I came during the down time, halfway between breakfast and lunch. I was greeted by Jorge himself who took our order. The decor is stylish and fun, and a great place to relax. They have a bar as well as seating. The breakfast was flavorful, and the options creative. You will not regret this place. You must visit and experience Jorge's Kitchen!

We tried to go to this place because it said it was open, but when we walked in, there were only a couple of people sitting at the bar. It didn’t look like a restaurant at all. Very disappointing experience.
