Pretty good place for a fast bite, especially love their udon. Just wish the staff was a bit nicer and friendlier. Have a pretty good selection of variety of food otherwise. The food quality is also pretty good and consistent considering it's a fast food place.

My dad got the chicken udon soup. The broth needs more flavor but the chicken itself tasted good. Edited: The teriyaki was tasty but wished there was more chicken and shrimp. As for the spring rolls, it was freshly fried and crunchy!

Definitely won’t return. They got our order wrong plus over charged us. They had no idea how to issue a refund on my credit card. Eventually we just took the order as-is but I really wasn’t happy about it. The food was marginal at best. Try the place right next door, much better!

Bad customer service, I was in line and when the lady in front take my order and it takes about 5 mins to give me change, they were too busy talking to each other. And after placing order they have 3 people behind me get their good before me. All the people work there love to talk, I mean you can talk but also work at the same time. Very bad experience.

Fool me once, shame on me. Can't fool me twice. After couple hours stomach acting up, got food poisoning. Was the only food I ate outside today to this point. Not to mention quite pricy too for the quality. My fault for not doing research first. The guy chef who served me seemed polite though I give him +1 star for effort, but not for the food. I couldn't finish it. Ate about half and then threw it away.

This was my first time at this restaurant not from the area and here on vacation. I decided to go with umi teriyaki since the chicken was cookies fresh on the grill. The woman who rang me up was so damn rude !!!!! I don’t know if she was having a bad day but she didn’t greet me nor say thank you after my order fine . The man behind me ordered she did both of those things and she gave him utensils. I said you didn’t give me utensils and threw it on the counter . It took every bit of restraint for me not to cuss her out and get my money back. She needs to be in the back where no one can see her . The food was so so ,rice was dry and chicken was chewy. Don’t waste your hard earned dollars for such trash!!!! We are the reason they are in business!

My soup didn’t have fish cake when I sat to eat it and when I asked for it they told me they sold out. So why wasn’t I informed when I ordered? The menu pictures were misleading, the bento came with just two sushi pieces instead of four, both of which the rice was dry and brittle, the crab was dry and unidentifiable, and the cucumber nowhere to be seen. Probably omited because it goes bad first. The fried rice, we could taste was going bad and I hope the trip at this mall won't be ruined by food poisoning. The udon broth was good, but they used the stir fried veggies from the grill which again is misleading from their menu pic has tempra, meat, and green scallions as toppings.

I stopped by to ask if they were open, and the were laughing to themselves and talking under their breath after I asked the simple question because a lot of places are still open in the food court. These imbeciles don’t deserve a dime from you and the price is certainly not worth it for this greasy disgusting food.

They put a customer's returned chicken back on the grill!! While waiting in line, a woman behind me in line brought back her chicken teriyaki saying that they gave her chicken instead of shrimp. The people behind the counter opened it and said some things to each other. They tried to give it back to her I assumed because they were going to throw it away. She said no. The cook behind the counter then scraped the chicken out of the container and put it back on the griddle with all the other chicken! You cannot take food back from customers and put it back into the mix.
