Uno Pizzeria & Grill Central Valley Reviews
The lady at the curve side was very kind and helpful, is good that she speaks Spanish too
Great customer service with a smile. I was helped by a woman named Leticia(name tag) and I had a minor issue that she resolved swiftly and with courtesy, which seems rare nowadays. Great attitude, great service
Leticia and Ariel did awesome with drive thru. They listened with patience and made sure to get my order correct. Great experience.
I dont know why to many bad reviews I visit the store last night Alex And Arielle are fantastic best server ever good chicken also.

The food was fresh and prices were good. Only thing was they forgot my fries and I had to go get them. They were very apologetic and gave them to me right away. Overall, it was a good experience.
Good but sometimes they mess up my order...when the teens serve me. But when adults take my order, they usually get it right. Nothing against younger employees, it just happens to be that way for me and my experience there.

Shoutout to the single mom with no childcare who comes to work with her young daughter. Anytime I visit this place the little girl, only 4 or 5yrs old, is sitting alone at a table watching videos looking bored. This lady should be commended for her work ethic and dedication to support her child.

Normally I love this place but how do you say you don’t have something obviously advertised. Also what a poorly trained worker to start an issue because they couldn’t figure how to honor things because there isn’t a button. Always low on product or improperly stocked. And then wanted to tell me their usual long wait which I wouldn’t have minded waiting till they started mouthing off. This place has become such a waste of time and potential for a place to grab food.

Came in and stood there for 2 minutes before anyone even come outfrom the back. I called ahead of time to make sure they had spicy chicken. I was told by the manager that they don't sell spicy chicken 🤔. Once I showed her on the menue they sell classic and spicy she seemed confused. I like Popeyes but they need to do better with who they hire and teach them how to better serve their customers.
This place is a disappointment to even be standing here, I tried Popeyes for the first time. I was honestly disappointed when I order the combo with the Chicken, Fries and a biscuit, when I got home they were soggy and didn’t taste that good. I expected better, the staff were nice & respectful which I appreciated. There’s room for improvement but probably won’t go back. If i could i would give a 2.5 star rating but I can’t so I’m going with 2 stars! Oh & don’t even bother going to the chipotle across the street, same poor service like this place. EDIT: Never-mind on the service, I drove by this establishment the other day and saw workers smoking outside and looked like they rather be in hell like then work there.
This review is a little late, but my experience was so bad, I feel the need to leave this review. I went to this Popeyes a week after it opened. We went through the drive thru and service was slow, but I didn’t mind at first. However, when we received our food, we realized we were missing a few items. The food itself tasted good, but as soon as I ate it, my stomach started to hurt. Later that evening, I threw up A LOT, and experienced extreme discomfort. One could say maybe I was sick that evening, HOWEVER, I talked to other individuals who had been to this Popeyes that evening, and had also gotten sick and threw up after. This is APPALLING behavior, and has severely damaged my image of this brand. In all my years, I have never visited a fast food restaurant that has made me physically ill like this. You will not catch me stepping foot in this Popeyes ever again.
My family and I dined in to eat our meals. From the very start, customer service was lacking. My family member went to the counter to request ketchup and butter for our biscuits. The lady didn't know what butter was. So another family member went to the front to speak to another Popeyes associate and said they did not have butter - “butter is already in the biscuit”. I also went up to the front to request a utensil. I went up there again because the BBQ sauce on my fried chicken was just drizzled on so I requested for more BBQ sauce. At that time, I spoke to the manager (who she stated her name was Keorn) and I asked her for more BBQ sauce. She gave me a hard time saying if I shake the box, I would have enough BBQ sauce on the chicken and I said "No, there's barely any sauce to even do that" in which she replied, “I’m not going to argue with you.” I walked away because honestly, I didn't want her to argue with me either. I sat back down to eat. She could have left it at that but nope! She proceeded to argue. She then asked us in a rude loud tone, “Is everything OK???? because each of you guys came up here asking for something”. I was shocked because in my mind, I can’t ask for anything? That’s WILD and ABSURD. Seems like she was the one not OK…..hmm Then my family member told her the honest truth (because Keorn asked if everything is OK) and said that everything was good except customer service in which Keorn got visibly upset and told us to leave. We sat there in disbelief and then she stated that she was going to call the cops. That is a disgrace that she had to go there and misuse emergency services and waste the cop’s valuable time because she was annoyed we asked for multiple requests and got upset when we answered her question. We were in no way a threat to her or anybody else. We just had multiple requests and answered her question and she got emotionally upset. I have never encountered such awful customer service like I did today at the Popeyes restaurant in Central Valley NY today. I an appalled a person like her is in a manager role. ****I reached out to the owner of Popeyes and Corporate. Ill let you know if there is a response**** ps- i hope Keorn is OK. but girl, you could have just left it alone and been professional but you werent. So I am dedicating this post to you.
I ordered a sandwich and tried to pay with US currency and was told they did not have change. Well if you are business you should have change if you accept cash. I was then called a racist because I said I was trying to pay with American money. Wow just wow. To think this was the manager running this place. Do not give them any business and I will be raising this issue with Corporate. Not surprising your reviews are bad.

Such awful service. I go to the drive thru so I don't have to get out of the car. 5 cars waiting for food for over 30 minutes. But i can't place blame on the workers. Where's the manager? Where's the owner? Hire more people!
Opened my online order at home and 6 of the 9 pieces I ordered were wrong. Called the location over 10 times without them answering. You can report a mistake on the app but the app is broken and won't let you complete the task. They finally picked up after 15 minutes and told me they had no white meat so that's why they gave me legs and thighs. I explained you just can't put whatever you want in the box when somebody's pays for something else. He said If I came back he would put aside some pieces for me but it's a 14 mile round trip to the location and I'd already eaten something else. I emailed corporate and they offered me a $10 voucher for a meal that was over $20. Not acceptable to me it ruined our dinner and was very aggravating that they did not answer the phone and that the app did not work. Cannot recommend that location and because of corporates respone I'll get my chicken elsewhere for now on.
The service is pretty bad and the staff is rude. They don't have the patience to listen to people's orders and then obviously they mess up. The lady at the drive thru cut me short while I was still talking to make sure she heard me which I was pretty sure she did not. And as expected she did not and they did mess up my order. Not the first time this has happened but unfortunately they just don't improve.
There was so much happening at this Popeyes. They were out of chicken tenders and the fried chicken was being made really really slowly. Orders were overflowing from the machine and people were about to crash out because some have been waiting almost an hour. The ladies were doing their best without guidance, training and being able to communicate with the customers because none spoke English. At first I thought how could it be that none of these ladies can speak English including the manager, but seeing how they were trying their best without guidance, and probably zero training, left me feeling sorry for them. How can someone work in those conditions, with zero support and not able to communicate with the customer? I finally received my order (wrong type of chicken but after waiting 30 minutes I wanted out of there) and the lady was really apologetic. I told her that it was ok and good night. The Popeyes in Pompton Plains is run very much like a well oiled machine. The workers that are at the front are able to communicate with the customers and are very good at what they do. I live in between these 2 Popeyes. Next time I will go to the NJ location.
Writing about a fast food place seems ridiculous but this one should not only be reported here but to the Orange County health department. After a frustratingly order process where the woman spoke no English, and she was messing my order up three times, I still had to wait 30 minutes. I watched at least six customers walked out of the door, waiting online because it was taking so long. Folks, you can’t have people who cannot communicate with their customers in a very busy mall outlet. Finally I get my order and when I get home, The food was undercooked, to a point that it probably could’ve made some of our family members here sick. I have had good experiences at other Popeyes locations. This one needs to be shut down immediately! I see the Popeyes management responded to all these comments. Shut this place down immediately! Orange County health department you need to inspect this place immediately. I’m going to make a call to Orange County health department to report them tomorrow. You cannot have people serving food that is undercooked. It wasn’t just the chicken. It was the rice and beans and the mashed potatoes. How do you screw up mashed potatoes? ! And the biscuits tasted like I was eating dough out of the batter box. Avoid this location! Popeyes revoke the franchise tomorrow! And Orange County health department will be getting a call about this place!
Disappointing. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches but when we received them, they were cold and not hot at all. we asked them for a 2nd one and it was still the same coldness. tasted like it was made yesterday and wasn’t even heated up for us. literally had to wait so damn long for chicken sandwiches. oh! and they didn’t even bother to say sorry and told us to wait. like huh- please. I don't think I'll be coming here again.
To start I pulled up to the drive thru and when I was trying to tell the employees my order I couldn’t hear anything they were saying. Then I saw the food on the board and they were the wrong items. Then after telling them multiple times my correct order they continued to have the wrong order on my screen forgetting my mashed potatoes. I pulled up to the pick up window to check my order and everything was wrong. Then when I went in with my WHOLE order that was wrong they proceeded to ask for my receipt. I made them change everything to get it right and this one employee at the front was yelling at me because I made her give me the mashed potatoes after they forgot to ring it up. And she was mad that she had to give it to me for free.Very hostile every time I go there they always forget some part of my order.

If I could rate this Popeyes a 0 I would. When I pulled up to the drive thru the place was completely empty. I ordered two meals and it came to 40 bucks. I was baffled at how expensive it was to start. When I got to the window I handed the girl my card she gave me my card back and handed me my two drinks. Then she proceeds to hand me my two meals in the smallest RIPPED plastics bad they had. I grabbed it from her and everything fell out of it on the side of my seat. I asked her why she would give me my food in a ripped bag. She said sorry but never even offered me a different bag so I could have something to put my food in. Upon picking everything up I notice mashed potatoes and I never even ordered mashed potatoes. She takes it back and hands me the correct side but still doesn’t offer me another bag. Then another lady comes to the window and says to me can I see your card again it didn’t work. Why didn’t the First Lady say something when she handed me my card back. She shows me that my debit card was reading chip error and asked if I had another card I could use. Come on we’re living in 2025 everyone uses Apple Pay or they Tap their debit card. I said does that machine not take the tap. So she proceeded to tap my card against it and it goes through. I start to wave my hands and ask if they provided condiments and utensils. I had a 5 piece tender meal and I didn’t even have ketchup in the bag, no jelly for the biscuits or sauces for the tenders. She gave me everything I asked for and I pulled off bracing completly frustrated. I love about 3 min from the location and when I got home, I noticed I didn’t receive my fries that went with my chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was soggy and not a bit crispy. It tasted like it had been sitting under a light for HOURS. I had to put the tenders in the air fryer because they were ice cold. The Cole slaw tasted old and I never got straws for my drinks either. I also realized that I was NOT given a receipt for my order so trying to get help from corporate is useless. I tried to call yellow restaurant to get a refund because I was not driving back and no one even answered and I called twice. The food went into the trash as well as my hard worked 40 bucks I paid for this nasty food. Never again will I give them my business. I should have read the reviews first before going. I see soooo many 1 star reviews. This place should be shut down!!!! It’s a waste of space and now I see why it’s always empty. I saw over 10 employees on the clock for a empty place. No reason for the food to be cold, things missing from your order, or for no napkins to not be in the “ripped bag” I will be reaching out to corporate to see what they can do for me being that I didn’t have a receipt but I know what I ordered what time I ordered and my total. I’m done ranting. POPEYES DO BETTER!!!!!
This was my second visit to this Popeyes location, and both times I chose to dine in. First off, the restaurant is always freezing. I went during the dead of winter on both occasions, and there was no difference between the temperature inside and outside. Even the employees were wearing heavy winter coats. This time, I ordered online to save time and expected my food to be ready when I arrived. My pickup time was 2:10 PM, but when I got there at 2:20 PM, my order still wasn’t ready. There was only one worker packaging orders, and it took her 10 minutes just to acknowledge me—then another 10 minutes to actually finish packing my food. So despite my scheduled pickup time of 2:10, I didn’t get my order until 2:40. On the positive side, their food is consistently good. The chicken is always hot and crispy. However, this time, the biscuits tasted off and were slightly burnt.
