Nuestra mejor elección sin duda. Segunda vez en 4 meses. Servicio excelente, mención especial, a la atención exquisita de Toño y al trato de Belen (Bel). Calidad, y calidez asegurada. Volver, siempre es el mejor indicador. Cocido madrileño de 10! Enhorabuena! Volveremos a la misma mesa y al mismo menú!
Tuve una experiencia excepcional en el Restaurante Pajar de Teodoro. Optamos por el menú del día a 21€ y quedamos gratamente sorprendidos por la calidad de los platos. Los espárragos estaban deliciosos y el arroz con bogavante simplemente excelente. El postre no se quedó atrás, fue una deliciosa conclusión para una comida memorable. El servicio merece un reconocimiento especial, el camarero que nos atendió en el salón fue muy atento y amable, incluso nos permitió cambiar de mesa para que estuviéramos más frescos al alejarnos de la chimenea. Sin duda, una visita obligada para los amantes de la buena comida y el servicio de calidad.

Espectacular sitio para comer,al entrar la decoración y ambientación se hacen tan acogedoras que te sientes agusto de verdad. El servicio es maravilloso y los camarer@s atentos a todo con una sonrisa, se ve que trabajan agusto. La comida excelente y los postres, todos caseros, tan ricos que te olvidas de todo comiéndolos frente a esa maravillosa chimenea. Un ambiente totalmente relajado que merece una calificación muy por encima de lo conocido en la zona. Relación calidad-precio extraordinaria. Volvemos segurísimo!
I found El Pajar de Teodoro restaurant to be very good, especially for its cozy rustic decor and the ambiance of its wood-burning fireplace. During our visit, we tried the weekend menu, where we had a Castilian soup and a high-quality entrecote; my only complaint is that the menu only includes one glass of wine per person. There is a baby changing station in the men's restroom.
It was fabulous! They gave me a reservation the same day and told me there was no problem coming for lunch. Excellent service, fantastic food! We'll definitely be back. 100% recommended!
A very Castilian restaurant with exquisite decor. We received excellent service, and they made sure my partner, who has reduced mobility, felt as comfortable and safe as possible. Excellent food and top-notch service. Highly recommended for both couples and families. Great value for money!
We went on a Saturday without a reservation, a group of five, and were lucky enough to get a table upstairs in the beautifully decorated barn. The food is delicious; everything we ordered was amazing. The suckling pig and the wood-fired lamb were exquisite—the meat was tender and juicy. The scallops, the Castilian soup, and the mountain broth were all excellent, as were the homemade ham croquettes. The desserts—the homemade flan, the cheesecake, and the sheep's milk yogurt with honey—were all very good. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The quality was excellent, and while the price was a bit high because we ordered many dishes, including some of the more expensive ones, it was well worth it. We'll be back.
A spectacular place, the food is divine, the service is top-notch, and it's perfect for families, friends, or even company lunches! I've eaten there several times and it's always been a great choice, no matter what I order! The cocido (stew) is very generous, absolutely delicious, and I'd eat it every day.

The restaurant is super cozy and beautiful. They have a small terrace outside for enjoying a drink in the sun and two dining rooms. The food was very good; we ordered ham croquettes, oxtail stew, and black pudding (all delicious), and a very good ribeye steak. The waiters were very friendly; they were just very busy, but they were lovely. We were very happy with everything.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The place has a charming terrace… We went for lunch on a Wednesday and ordered the daily menu. For starters, we ordered oxtail croquettes and a blue cheese salad, and everything was delicious. For main course, we ordered the lobster rice, which was delicious and they serve a large portion (the only thing you have to order is a minimum of 2 people). In short, we can't wait to go back 🥰

A fantastic place to go for lunch or drinks. This time I went with my family and, as always, it didn't disappoint. Both the meat and fish were delicious (I recommend the sirloin steak). They have a lovely terrace that's perfect for summer evenings. I recommend making a reservation.
A typical mountain restaurant serving traditional dishes. The set menu, around €27 per person, is highly recommended for its value. It includes three starters and a meat course. Drinks are not included. The service is very attentive and friendly. Good value for money.
The dining room is very, very cozy and the staff is very attentive. We loved the croquettes and the meats were truly delicious; the desserts were just as good. If I had to find fault, it would be that I didn't have enough lamb chops, although maybe they were so good they seemed addictive and I wanted more! Lugar especial para visitar. Ambiente, comida y servicio muy destacable. Si quieres sorprender visitarlo en invierno cuando está encendida la chimenea.
The place is very nice and cozy. We went as a large group, and there were a few details that needed improvement. They brought the drinks on a tray, small individual bottles of water, which they moved to larger bottles at least every three or four. The beers took a long time to come. They didn't have good knives to cut the entrecôte. The lobster rice was very good. I found the desserts to be very limited, a varied plate meant to be shared among eight people.
The restaurant and the food is really nice. We had the rib eye and it was to die for, one of the best meats I've had in a while. The terrace is nice and cosy and the interior is very traditional, you do feel like your in deep traditional Spain. The only thing missing for a 5 star review is the service. While some waiters were great, the manager is a genuine d*ckhead being extremely rude, we didn't leave any tip.

We came with high expectations, and I didn't like it at all. The weekend menu was way too expensive; the bread was of low quality, not on the menu; the frozen entrecôte potatoes were of poor quality; and the service... I'm still waiting for my glass of water. All the customers around us were offered shots except for us. Maybe we're from a different social class... the important thing is that for what they offer... it's way too expensive. The facilities are the best thing about the place, which, as I said, for its food, service, and price shouldn't have more than 2 stars. The glass of wine they refilled for us... oh my God, half of what was served to the other guests... Savory Castilian soup, plain beans, good entrecôte, but frozen potatoes...of poor quality. The homemade dessert, though. The menu isn't worth 32 euros, it's less than 20 euros... Will we go back? No, I definitely wouldn't recommend it. We went to enjoy the food and it was a total disappointment,
