Vin e Crin Chianocco Reviews
For a business lunch... well, excellent!... It depends on what you order, but I had the first course with Sicilian pesto and the second course was pangasius with mixed vegetables: the pangasius was au gratin and (wow!) crispy. Lots of customers, quick service except for the coffee. Especially friendly.
It was a nice discovery to find this place to eat... It's a simple but welcoming place... the staff is very kind and helpful... the menu is variable... you can choose between appetizers and first and/or second courses... The food is good... the portions are excellent... the place is known for its good food, there is a good choice of first and second courses and the price is good...
The food is plentiful and very good. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful.
A simple tavern (perhaps something more!), with simple people and simple customers! Just how I love it! The waiters were kind and friendly: everyone! A spectacular "Bagna Cauda" like I haven't tasted in years! Well cooked, sublimely flavorful, yet light and perfectly digestible! Well done! Very well done!
Great food and atmosphere
Popular restaurant family owned.Good food, very friendly service. Serves local dishes
We stopped by chance for lunch. €12 each for a first course, a second course with a side, 1 liter of water, 1/4 liter of wine, and two coffees. Excellent value: the pasta was cooked al dente with a balanced yet flavorful sauce, and the Milanese was soft and not greasy. The service was excellent, fast, welcoming, and friendly. BRAVI!
We ended up there because it was on the way to the mountains. Great choice. It's a place that is on the road next to the D+ discount supermarket so you can also use the parking. They welcomed us kindly and offered 3 first courses and 3 second courses. Our choice went to the roast with apples and porchetta both with puree. What can I say, simply spectacular, I had been wanting to eat porchetta for a long time and they cook it there in a delicious, tender and tasty way. The puree is soft with a flavor from another time. The same can be said for the roast with apples that my husband devoured even mopping up the bread. They don't skimp on quantity, fast service. For two we paid 20 euros including service charge and coffee. Very honest. I will return
I stopped here too because I was incredibly hungry. Let me start by saying that the parking lot is small, and the restaurant is right next to the road, very visible. Luckily, there was room for two. They set up a table for us, and right away, the place gave us that homey feeling. The staff was very professional yet friendly. We ordered an appetizer and a first course, a spectacular and delicious appetizer; you could tell the shrimp were really fresh. The first course arrived, a fairly generous portion and cooked really well. I also ordered the dessert, which I didn't take a picture of, but believe me, it was excellent. In my opinion, the place deserves 5 stars!
A truly family-run trattoria, with welcoming and very friendly staff! Always busy during the week, always a good sign. The only downside is that they're a bit slow to handle the large crowds. Simple, home-cooked dishes... be careful with the Milanese style, with its slightly dated olive oil flavor. Generous first courses. The dining rooms are also available for lunch, by reservation!
We ate lunch. Luckily, we found parking, as there was only one free spot nearby. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food is good, truly home-made, but I gave it 4 stars because, for example, today's appetizer contained a portion of fish (two mussels, two lupini beans, I think a couple of small shrimp, chopped vegetables, and mini onions) that we felt was pre-packaged. The sauce was good, but for those who can handle it (I don't), it seemed a little acidic at times. The tagliolini were good, but even though I love sauces, I have to say I would have used a little less cream, or I don't know what they used. It was good, but just plain over-seasoned. The roast beef with potatoes was good, tender and not dry, the potatoes also good, perhaps a little salty (for me, who eats salty but not too much). For dessert, I had their light tiramisu, with a not-too-strong coffee. My companions had the cream gelato and chocolate salami. These were also homemade (I don't think they were gelato) and overall, they were good.
After a long time, I decided to try the place again for lunch. It's a typical restaurant with poorly prepared dishes and ready-made sauces. The advertised cheeses are never available, but they're always arriving, but in the coming days. They offered me a Milanese with a side of carrots, and I got a chicken cutlet (which isn't Milanese) reheated because it was lukewarm and the carrots were frozen, not fresh. You can find better options around for the same price.

More expensive if you are foreigners. Food was like bad cafeteria. Enjoy
