Mariscos Culichys Chihuahua Reviews
Los rollos están muy ricos, al precio. El lugar no está tan padre, pedí para llevar y tardaron como 50min en dos rollos.
The best sushi in Culichi, the seafood is very fresh, although honestly my favorite thing to eat here was the sushi. Just so you know, the wait time is about an hour, but it's worth it.
Overall, the food was good. I ordered the "eat something" platter shown in the picture, and what I liked most were the mini rolls (highly recommended if you like Philadelphia cream cheese), boneless wings, and fries. The sushi was a little bland compared to other places I've had it, but it was acceptable. Since I had some time while waiting for my food, I checked the price difference between buying each item on the platter separately and realizing that it was the same price whether ordered individually or as a platter. So, if you want to order several things, I recommend ordering them separately since the price will be the same, but you'll get the food you like.
The wait times were a bit long, but it was totally worth it, the sushi was delicious and the tosticeviches were even better 🥰, plus the waiters were very attentive but not overly annoying.
We went to check this place out. The truth is that from the moment we took our order, they told us it meant a one-hour wait for service. I think they need to improve that. We never had a specific waiter; we had to call them to get our service, and it was always a different one. They also took orders from other people who arrived unexpectedly, and then from us. The food isn't bad, but I think the service needs to improve. They could shorten the delivery time because the dishes took an hour.
40 minutes to get in on a Sunday at 3 pm, and an extra 1.5 minutes to get your food is okay, but you need to know that you'll spend the whole afternoon waiting for drinks and food.
I don't recommend it, honestly. It took 40 minutes for our food to arrive, which I can understand to some extent because the place was packed, but the waiter didn't bother to let us know or anything. Plus, there was a piece of glass in my beer, and the food was just okay, it had no flavor.
Poor management. Horrible experience. We filled three tables with people and only received one serving (pico de gallo and some tostadas). I asked the waiter if he could bring us more, and he said everything is charged separately, even for a large group. When the food finally arrived, it was incredibly salty and inedible. Some dishes were missing, so we had to wait. The same thing happened with drinks; you order them, and they forget. Some of the dishes were okay.
I visited this place yesterday with my family. It was packed and we had to wait a while, but the food was totally worth it: everything was delicious. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired, with unfriendly waiters and a rude and indifferent manager. The food was delicious… shame about the service. I'll definitely go back.
The food was good, but the shock came when the bill arrived. The waitress who hadn't served me charged me for an extra dish. She had to refund me in cash since I had paid by card, and the waitress didn't even apologize out of embarrassment. I won't be returning to this place.
The food wasn't bad, however the service was terrible; it took over an hour for our order to arrive. I don't recommend it!
I had a very unpleasant experience after eating at that place. I became seriously ill with a stomach infection that caused fever, hallucinations, body aches, vomiting, and I even fainted. The people with me also got sick and had stomach problems; I'm pretty sure it was from eating there. I've never left a review before, but this time I felt it was necessary. The service was good, the waiter was very friendly and fast, and the prices are reasonable. However, the severe stomach infection we suffered after eating there is reason enough not to return and not to recommend the place. I hope my bad experience saves you from a bad one. Also, one of the waitresses (who wasn't serving us, but was present) behaved very inappropriately: she was yelling profanities, singing loudly from the second floor, and at one point she even came skipping down the stairs and yelled, "Damn it, you screwed me over, you damn stairs!" It was very uncomfortable to hear those kinds of expressions; I find it extremely distasteful that the staff maintains that level of disorganization and vulgarity. It's regrettable that the entire team displayed such a lack of professionalism.
Terrible service from the waiter Emilio. We arrived at 5:30 pm, a table for three, and ordered two tosticeviches and one sushi roll. It took over an hour and a half for our food to arrive. When we asked what was going on, since other people arrived much later (and there were more of us) and were served immediately, he just said the food would take another 10 minutes and blamed the kitchen staff, saying they rush the orders. His manner was very arrogant. The food is undoubtedly delicious, but the service leaves much to be desired. It's a shame we won't be returning.
