The best cecina tacos in the state of Puebla. The green salsa is delicious and spicy, just right. A must-try at the San Pedro Cholula market.
One of the best tacos we've tried in Mexico. The cecina is very tasty, and the barbacoa is amazing. If you go to the Cholula market, don't hesitate to stop by and try it. 100% recommended.
The best jerky
Possibly the best tacos we have had. Two different types of meat, lightly salted or one in a marinade, cooked over a small charcoal grill outside the restaurant. Located inside the Mercado de Chulula this place is definitely worth seeking out. The owner is super friendly too (speaks perfect English if your Spanish is a little under par) and made us feel really welcome. Not unusual for Mexico! Fresh, tasty, friendly. Check them out!
