Luna Grill is one of our local favorites for casual Mediterranean food. At this particular location, the staff are very kind and pay attention to customer needs. A big shoutout to Kamila who kindly and promptly corrected an error in my order. She even gave us a full size salad to correct it all with a smile.

Service was a 10/10, the place was a little busy when we walked in but still managed to get our order in pretty quick with Nailea. Our food was brought out by Kamila; she was extremely kind and with such good attitude. Asked her for a few things and everything was brought in a timely manner. Food was delicious and warm! Where do we eat? That 1 million dollar question. And it becomes even more difficult to answer when you have a 9 and 11 yesr old who always want the opposite thing. After 20 min of back and forth I said "We're going to that Greek place." Im so glad we did. The service was fantastic. Mai was especially kind and helpful. This was the first time I brought my kids to LunaGrill so 1000 question were needed. They walked the girls through the menu and finally placed their order. When the food arrived, it didn't last long as they blasted through it. Im so glad we came here and we will be back for sure.

We’ve been a loyal costumer of luna grill and we always schedule to have lunch here every Thursday, the costumer service is always very good but today it’s exceptional because of the extra effort , work and very accommodating service of LITZY…. Always offered her help, she made our lunch break full and fun.. Way go to Litzy!!!!! Good job, I hope there will be more Litzy not here but in every restaurants !!!!

We ordered two plates and everything was delicious! My son loved his rice 🍚, and I had the chicken kabob — it was amazing. My daughter tried the new pita wraps and she absolutely loved them! The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the service was great. Litzy was very kind and attentive. Overall, a wonderful experience!

I used to come here maybe once every few years, but since starting working in the area I come in now about once a week. They’re pretty quick about getting the food out so it’s hot and fresh. Litzy is always welcoming upon entry, and the other staff are pleasant too. I haven’t tried the other food, but I do like the plates with gyro/shrimp. The tomatoes are nice and crispy in the house salad, and the portion is big enough to fill me up until dinner time. The music/ambience is usually pretty tame and stereotypical for this kind of restaurant but I remember specifically they were playing some EDM hits and I was jamming while I was eating having a great time. Good healthy meal alternative to fast food around here.

It was my first time trying Luna grill and I really enjoyed everything, I think is a great option for kinda healthy fast food. The service was awesome and they served us really quick. Highly recommended. The chipotle dressing is the best by the way.

The Eastlake 5 crew was really busy with customers and to-go orders, but nonetheless, they handled everything in a professional and expedited manner! It was refreshing to see them maintain excellent customer service and complete control of the operation while multi-tasking. The attention to cleanliness and turnover did not go unnoticed! The food as always was fresh and tasty and so satisfying. From someone who worked in restaurants back in the 90's and has seen the downfall of customer service, what I saw today from such a young crew, really made me happy! Thank you Kamila, Mayra, Robert and everyone else who contributed to my niece and my experience today!

Today I wanted to have something good and healthy for dinner and in a long time I haven't made such a good decision as today, the truth is I was impressed with the great service and attention that there is here in this place, from the moment you walk in you feel the good vibes and the enthusiasm with which the TEAM MEMBERS work, from the kitchen you can hear the good atmosphere and the positive attitude and passion, and not to mention the person who took my order I think her name was Mai and another girl named Chantel... by the way Mai, an attitude that invites you to order and ask any questions I had about the menu, she helped me make the decision to eat a delicious house salad, by the way, delicious, and I want to congratulate them for their excellent work... the place is very clean and organized... Luna grill has a great menu and a clean, stylish atmosphere. The food is very tasty, though a bit expensive. But if you're in the area, it's worth checking out.

Great! The food was deliciously good. Not dry. Everything was fine. We didn’t have time to dine in because we have work. Take out is better for busy people. We will order again. Hope the cashier will be welcoming and smiling on Luna Grill at Otay lakes rd.

I went with my girlfriend last Sunday and we ordered two bowls. I don't know if some of the food was spoiled, but we've had gastroenteritis for three days and counting. We've had a really rough time these past few days because it's affected our health, work, and daily routines. I would like the restaurant to take better care of its food and cooking methods because it's actually a very tasty and healthy option.

Service was fine, my review is for the food. I ordered a plate and an extra side of fries. My fries were so old and dry that I asked for a replacement. The replacement fries was better and crispier and I came to the conclusion that the fries here are just not good. Aside from this the hummus is also grainy and dry which is strange. It lacked oil to make it creamy. Lastly, I bit into my pita bread and it broke apart into pieces. The picture I provided is my crunchy dry pita bread bits. Chicken was perfect as usual. Its a shame to pay $20+ dollars for good chicken and mediocre sides though so I won't be back.

Was looking forward to my keto bowl when I found a big long black thick hair in my bowl when I was about 60% done with it. Feel absolutely disgusted. Called to fix the issue was told they are way too busy and they can’t take care of me. They claim somebody will call me back tomorrow
