Chicken sandwich was very good

All i can say is I Love Chicken and KFC is always good.

My experience here was great we ate yummy food and listened to great music.

Clean. Quick. Friendly. Food was up to KFC standards.

I love this KGF because it’s clean, big and never crowded. I just tried their Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was delicious.

Staff, drive thru and lobby were all excellent. Lobby is clean every time I go in to order food. Staff are always courteous.

The big round table in the middle offers great surface for spreading out books and computer or having a work meeting.

I have never had a bad experience here, and the food is always great. This location cooks their food differently, maybe? Because it tastes better than any other KFC I have frequented.

I ordered what used to be a $5 fillup is now almost $6, still reasonable for two pieces of chicken, side, biscuit, chocolate chip cookie, and a regular drink. Some of the benches need to be replaced, but overall, very comfortable with the dining environment. Hidden away in a non busy area of bonita.

The staff at this KFC was so nice when I had made a mistake on my order (I wanted it at a different location), when I had called this establishment a gentleman answered and helped me out with my situation and even offered to remake my order so it would be fresh by the time I drove over there. It was 100% my mistake but the staff was so kind and courteous.

Got the new taste of Kentucky wings and I was not impressed. Their previous flavored hot wings were amazing and don't know why they stopped selling them.

Walked in and it took a good five minutes before I was acknowledged even though there were at least 4 staff members.

I love KFC but, it was extremely expensive. I ordered an 8 piece meal, popcorn chicken and a medium drink. The total was over $33.

It's a hit or miss with this KFC. Quick service but chicken can be good (barely made) or bad (left on heater for awhile). Great customer service though. Employees won't give you the stink eye when I ask for extra hot sauce or dipping sauces.

Went to pick up our online order but the doors were locked that evening. We went to the drive thru instead. Even though we got our order, there should have been a sign saying why it's locked & did not understand what the cashier was trying to say about crispy chickens not available.

Usually love KFC but this trip I had difficulties with the employee working the drive thru. Talking over me and not listening to my order. Had to repeat myself several times and the order was still wrong.

Register girl did not offer me the other kinds of chicken and didn't ask if I wanted any dressings. I asked for the chicken fresh and it was not fresh. I was not a happy customer. I'm not going back.

This place is supposed to open at 10, I show up at 10 30 and the workers don't answer the drive through so I go to the door and one of the workerst sees me and shakes his head and puts up 10 fingers making it seem like he's saying it opens at 10. I don't get it. Going somewhere else..

Staff seems poorly trained and isnt very knowledgeable. Employees seem to be all over the place. Service is slow, took forever to take my order when it wasnt busy and i was the only customer. Some signage is misleading and when asking for additional sauce that used to come on chicken little, employees had no idea what i was talking about. The real ones know what Im talking about. The sauce is everything.

So the wait was pretty bothersome. One of the ladies on the staff was also sitting by the door on speakerphone and talking loudly during my entire meal. Just interesting vibes. Food was adequate. Cleanliness was adequate. Hope your visits are better

Service is terrible, and it takes forever to get food.

Ordered original chicken and got crispy mixed in. Original recipe was dry and crispy was over cooked. Only plus would be chicken little.

I drive through this afternoon. Cashier was rude, I got half a biscuit. The last few times I’ve come through they get the order wrong and act like they don’t care. I done with this location

I went to order some of my favorite meals a famous bowl and a chicken sandwich and this young lady came to take my order and she was very rude on the speaker to you and then when I came up to the window she rolled her eyes at me after that when I try if to asked for extra napkins this disrespectful woman refused to do so her name tag said anaira I believe this employee need to be suspended or fired she needs some form of disciplinary action placed against her

The worse KFC I have been to. They do not include forks and napkins. You need to ask for them. The large coleslaw was only about 90% full and they drowned it in dressing. Even tho I live close by in Bonita, I go to another KFC that does everything right. I occasionally go there to see if they have gotten better, but it only gets worse or stays the same. I've contacted them about these matters, but nothing changes. I now have given up on them.

sunday, Seot. 18, 2022 around 5pm. Bought two 2 piece dinner meals @ $8.99 each and 1 $5.99 pint cokeslaw., total bill $26. & change. Got home and realized no coleslaw and my drinks sere not what I selected. On top of it, I was not given a receipt

RUDE!!! The cashier Vanessa who took my order was unprofessional. Don't order here if you want horrible customer service. Management should be smart and fire her. She needs lessons on customer service 101!

This is the 2nd KFC location I've been to in the past month & first off they not only did not give me 2 breasts as they're supposed to, but also gave me small cornish hen size pieces of chicken. Not good service at all. They need to build more Church's Chicken establishments here in SD.

I ordered a large mashed potatoes and gravy. I get home and guess what, NO GRAVY!!!!!!!!! Sooooo disappointed! The sad part was, also, I was the only person inside the restaurant! This was 8:30 pm 5-18-16.
