Nice quiet kfc fastfood in Bonita. The service is fast, place is clean, and staffs are somewhat friendly. I ordered what used to be a $5 fillup is now almost $6, still reasonable for two pieces of chicken, side, biscuit, chocolate chip cookie, and a regular drink. Some of the benches need to be replaced, but overall, very comfortable with the dining environment. Hidden away in a non busy area of bonita.

I'm a KFC fan, they are consistently good. This location has a great group of young people working. The restaurant is clean and modern looking. I enjoyed the $7 deal they are currently running. This was my first try at the tenders, they were good. More gravy would be a plus on the potatoes as you want to have something to dip them in.

This is hands down the best KFC we've ever been to. The staff was amazing - we actually felt like they really cared about our experience. Plus, all the food was fantastic. We will always go to this store when we are in the area.

Fast & accommodating of my demanding requests. I tend to request sauces and items they don’t normally give you, unless one requests it ….they did it without hesitation, or with face of annoyance. Also more importantly, the order was correct. overall great service.

Nice clean place. Location is tuck away in an inconspicuous place. Not on a main road. Had to use Google Maps to find the place. Not many people were there when I went, so service was of course quick. Seems like more people order ahead and pickup their orders than there are walk-ins. Service staff wear masks. Not required by patrons to wear them. Great food. Love chicken. The chicken didn't have that over used oil taste, and tasted fleshly made. Didn't use the restroom so can't tell what that's like. But would assume it would be clean judging by the eating area's cleanliness.

Very nice restaurant, bright and clean. Depending on what you order, some menu items may take a little longer to prepare, others are ready to serve, which is great if you arrive hungry. The big round table in the middle offers great surface for spreading out books and computer or having a work meeting.

We ordered the Chicken Pot Pie, the filling is creamy and the crust is flaky, just the way I want. Can not beat their prices. My meals are always warm and ready to eat. Just the way I like it.

The chicken is always good and the kids working here are fantastic. Polite, courteous, and efficient. **Recently went back, used the drive-thru. The young man who took my order was very polite and seemed like he really enjoyed his work. This latest visit just reinforced the notion that the Bonita KFC is a good place to frequent. I have never had a bad experience here, and the food is always great. This location cooks their food differently, maybe? Because it tastes better than any other KFC I have frequented.

If you like KFC, this is one of the best locations both for the freshness and store cleanliness. It's always fast and fresh. Unfortunately, the chicken seems to be getting smaller.

For a fast food place, their chicken pot pies are pretty good. Chicken isn't too bad, either. Exactly what you'd expect from fast food.

Arrived at 6:00pm. After a short wait in line the cashier went to the back as I went to the register. They apparently focus quite a bit on their drive thru service, because I stood there for another 8 minutes before I was attended to, while 4 meals were delivered (register guy was doing a lot of the deliveries). So the wait was pretty bothersome. One of the ladies on the staff was also sitting by the door on speakerphone and talking loudly during my entire meal. Just interesting vibes. Food was adequate. Cleanliness was adequate. Hope your visits are better

I’m assuming she’s the manager because she was telling everyone where to go and what to do. as soon as she started yelling, the people in the lobby next to me looked over and we all felt the uneasy tension. I was very uncomfortable.

Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. Ordered a famous bowl and a chicken sandwhich and it tasted like it had been sitting out for 2 hours Disgusting, will never eat here again

The quality of the food is ok, but the reason for the 1 star rating is because this location consistently messes up my order. The last two times I have went to the location I am asked what my order was at the window when paying. The person taking orders seems confused, I clarify my order, and once I receive the food I find out the order is incorrect. It's been different employees each time I am there. Maybe there is a miscommunication, but as consistent as taxes and death the order I receive from this location is never what I want and paid for.
