My kids love this pizza , and when you order request delivery driver Stephen 5079 ! I had him 2 times already. He is super nice and my kids like giving him the money for the pizza and his tip!!!

This was one of my greatest experiences at a dominos ! It was deliciously made and your team member James was so awesome ! He was great and such a fun vibe to be around ! Definitely needs to be given a raise !

Domino's Pizza at Bonita Rd is my favorite. Clean location, attentive staff and pizzas are well made.

Fast & Delicious! This dominos knocks others out of the park. Wife mentioned their gf pizza (not pictured) was the best she's tasted though we did our easy order that we've done a million times. Was the 1st time we've ordered at this domino's, and way happy. Will likely be our new go-to.

Best Domino's store in the South Bay area. Gives out a generous amount of toppings and is overall a clean place to dine-in. 5-stars, will come to dine-in and order online again.

Employees are nice, place is clean, food is always ready quickly, even for delivery. I prefer delivery because the food is hot when it gets home. They always keep the back door open so it gets really cold inside the store, so when we do carryout our food is cold, But if it's for delivery they put it in those insulated bags and it stays really hot.

Pizza was hot and ready fast. A great pie in a pinch any day. Not the best of the best, but worth the price.

Ordered delivery though the app. Very affordable, pizza was great for the price. Was not greasy and toppings were abundunt. Was delivered on time. Been here a couple of times now. Dont mind eating here/from here once in awhile.

Ordered a thin crust with extra cheese and other toppings. extra cheese didn't come out as very extra but otherwise the pizza is tasty and the location was clean.

My pizza was jacked up everytime I ordered. The sauce was so minimal on the thin crust pizza making it very dry. No more Domino's for me.

Philly Cheesesteak Pizza was not good. We could not find the meat and the cheese was all dark brown, mushrooms and peppers were easy to find, way over cooked. This Is the 2nd time I had a bad experience at the Bonita CA store. I would not recommend.

I have ordered from this location many times only because it’s the closest to where I live and they’re open late. The only real thing I want to say is that 99 out of 100 orders will be completely incorrect. I’m really starting to believe that they either mess it up on purpose, or simply do not care about their customers and their orders. I really don’t even know why they still keep their store open and continue to make pizzas not to order. I always order the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, and mark my words, it will NEVER EVER arrive with buffalo sauce. The sheer and complete incompetence of this particular store continues to amaze and altogether mystify me. I want to know their backstory and who hurt them. I have no explanation as to how they can mess up a simple pizza order from their own menu 99% of the time, but it continues to occur. I’m actually a little impressed on their utter lack of ability to get simple orders correct. I can write an entire book on this topic, yet I keep coming back and ordering from them, which is why they get two stars, vice just one. My advice is to use this location as a last resort only, or just order from them if you’re looking to gamble with your evening. Spoiler alert: Just expect the unexpected from what you order. They definitely have no idea how to make a single pizza to completion from their own menu. Love it. If I shared their work ethic I would be unemployed.

They are horrible I have a kid I always order from there and a because I called the next day about the pizza not being cooked all the way. Well I’m never ordering from there.

You guys need more employees , I called in to place an order and they told me it would be done in 15 minutes. I showed up in 15 minutes and still had to wait an hour for my order. It was not a busy day either

just called because my order has been in quality check for 25+ minutes. got talked to condescendingly and was told she was going to cancel my order. Veronica please get some customer service training. Asking me to come pick it up twice in our conversation when i ordered delivery clearly establishes you have no clue.

We ordered a few pizzas online and waited over an hour and half for the pizza to come to our door. I made two calls to the restaurant and they said it had to do with issues with their delivery driver. Upon finally arriving, the pizza was not even warm, it was a sad disappointment. The driver Aaron was even being dickish about it.

Worst customer service called 30 minutes before place and order , live 2.0 miles away said cannot be delivered to far. Went inside to pick up said there was no order but credit card was charged. They said i can wait 45 minutes for new pizza. NAMES James H and Jalah M had very bad communication skills and customer service.

Just ordered 2 peperoni pizzas for pick up and when i got home, they only had cheese, and very little cheese..bad service..if you order here check your pizzas before leaving. I wont order from here again. My fault for not checking.

Today I had a bad experience ordering pizza from this place. The employee was super rude. I ordered my pizza on line to pick up and had me waiting outside after I knock to pick it up. The employee got mad I knocked on the glass window and come after me like crazy, she cancelled my order and said she was going to call the police. I am very dissapointed at this place after years coming here I guess now I have to find a new place.

I ranked this visit as a 1. When I got home, I realized that I had the wrong order. I didn't go back to the restaurant because I had gotten home already and it was too far to go back and return the order. The customer service was great!

Where do I start , manager is very rude to customers and workers. One time gave me expired cheese and demanded to see the packet , ingredients sit out for to long and they try to nickel and dime for everything. A worker there told me the manager asks the workers to make several dominos accounts and rate the place highly. I asked for pie cut (husband has Parkinson and needs it cut this way). Ordered ahead. Got there it was cut wrong. They made a new one and cut it wrong again. Third time was finally right. This happens often here. They apologized but really. It took 30 minutes to get it right.

I ordered a pizza 2 medium sausage and pineapple pizzas. I got sick about an hour eating. And have been throwing up and diarrhea as well.

Domino’s Loaded Tots: Cheddar Bacon, Tots are 28 pieces. This domino’s has only served 24 pieces of Tots. Double check your order before leaving the store. The cheese was over cooked, barely had any bacon and they even forgot the garlic Parmesan sauce. Extremely disappointed.

I never buy from dominos pizza. Now I know why. I ordered two largr extra cheese pizzas, no garlic seasoning on crust. One pizza was more air bubbles with barely any cheese. The other had the specific seasoning I didnt want on the crust. I only ordered because someone gave me a gift card and I decided to try it out. I usually go to little caesars but yeah. Never again, the pizza was a damn joke.
