I go to Lolita's occasionally. I don't understand what the big deal is. The food is just mediocre and overpriced for what you get. The tortilla on the quesadillas are always soggy and not on the edge of being crispy which makes it feel like you got it to go, and it's been sitting in your car for 2 hours( I had it in the restaurant). The chicken is Pretty Tough. It almost feels like dark meat. I will say the chips for very tasty. and 35 minutes want for Mexican fast food is ridiculous.

The seating configuration for dine-in guests is quite limited. I was also surprised to find that the salsa bar did not include pico de gallo, which is typically a staple and a complementary accompaniment to many Mexican and other Latin American dishes. The salsa bar did offer at least three salsas—verde and roja for sure—along with radishes and another item I can’t quite recall. While the variety was somewhat limited, I appreciated that the salsa bar was available at all, especially since many restaurants have scaled back or eliminated these offerings due to rising costs.

I called to order ahead my order. After waiting a few minutes I got hung up on. I called again and was asked to wait on hold. When I arrived to pick up, I wanted to pay with my rewards, the guy was annoyed adding my number and then walked away after he added it, so I couldn’t use my rewards. Then I get my burrito and it is sliced halfway through the burrito. Just overall terrible experience

The carne asada fries are pretty good a little salty but not too bad. They are definitely in my top 3. La Lomita still sits at #1. The roll tacos are trash, no cheese?.

I'm sorry but the food was not good. I ordered a beef taco and 2 carne asada tacos for my daughter. There was a handful of meat in each taco and for the price they charge, that's absolutely ridiculous. The beef taco was stale and had no flavor at all. $60 I spent all together (3 other items) and most of the food was thrown away because it was awful. The staff and service is amazing though. Just overpriced food that isn't good.

Im extremely disappointed with the service at the bonita location. I have been coming here for many years and everyone is very friendly but one of the girls at the register gave me attitude because I asked for Salsa for my TO GO ORDER. She rolled her eyes and gave me a speech about the salsa strictly only being for “online orders” I’ve never had an issue every single time they’ve offered Salsa. If she would’ve easily asked me to self serve the salsa it wouldn’t have been an issue but her customer service was terrible. Especially when her coworkers noticed her passive aggressive behavior

Recieved my food 29 mins after ordered on Kiosk. After talking to a manager a refund was not offered neither was a future visit credit. A Kitchen manager was then notified and still nothing happened. Please work with your Management and team to improve your quality of service. Again nothing against your menu. Just your Customer service failed tonight.

I didnt get her name but there was cashier, who clearly doesn't enjoy her job just gave me the burrito with no napkins or anything for my to go order, very dry girl. The food could be good but for my first time bad impression already.

3 rolled tacos with insufficient guacamole. Disappointing when paying a premium price expecting a premium product. Unfortunate to see a fine establishment decline in value to their customer

I've been coming to this location for the better part of almost 20 years. Of course, it's moved around a little bit over the years in this little shopping center. But, I've always enjoyed coming here to eat! However, it comes with a heavy heart to say the quantity vs. cost has gotten considerably worse over time. The basic California burrito comes with only fries, meat, and cheese. (And very little at that.) Anything else costs extra. The sour cream and hot sauce I added myself after. Considering that there are far more Mexican burrito shops now, compared to 20 years ago, there's very little reason to come here anymore. Their competitors sell considerably larger California burritos comparatively to Lolitas. They've done a lot to improve the physical locations, but it seems to have come at the cost of the portions they now provide customers.

Custumers be careful, Health safety is a MUST.!!! I am here right now, I chatted with the first customer service personnel, I stated, "this is my first time here" I was just trying to connect. My husband asked politely " please no cheese", he stated this is not just intolerance, it's an ALLERGY. We were told "THE DISH DOESN'T HAVE CHEESE' THE INGREDIENT IS NOT LISTED", then when i ordered I asked NO CHEESE, again we were told mechanically, THE DISH DOESN'T HAVE CHEESE' THE INGREDIENT IS NOT LISTED" We ordered to go, the service was standard at this point. when we left, I realized I didn't have forks and napkins on a TO GO, order. I drove back to the location, a young man asked me if I was picking up a to-go order and asked for my name, I told him politely my to go other didn't have forks, then I was interrupted by an employee on a different cashier, The employee name is DALIA: Extremely RUDE, condescending, to me and to her co-worker, she stated in a belittling voice and rude body language: "Customers HAVE to request forks, is in the sign, and she pointed on a small black and white print sign that as in front of the black cashier machine, "stating the rule" When it was time to eat, all the food had CHEESE, PLEASE SEE IMAGE. Custumers, there's plenty of delicious Mexican food in the area, if health is your priority, avoid this place. This place: 1.- poor customer service 2.- poor communication 3.- healthy safety request not considered 4.- Lies to the customer about their menu 5.- Disrespectful to the city of Bonita

Came to eat here and order 3 rolls tacos with guacamole $4.86 plus tax. I wanted to add beans and it was $2.00 😠 so I ordered just the 3 rolls tacos with guacamole and it was $5.06 with tax. These are the worst roll tacos I have eat in my life. In addition I founded a hair in the plate and the guacamole tail. I talked to the manager and informed her of this. She offer me to refund my money. I’m not coming back to this place, it’s very expensive and the food it’s not that good. They are better places than this for much less.
