HOOKED. Man on oh Man, Ever time they hand out Samples this place gets me! Such delicious food and reasonable pricing. Every time i'm looking to eat at another place, it just does not happen when Charley's is around. Just do it! Give in to those Tasty samples and ask for a coupon!

I’m a regular here and always have great experiences. I recently tried their catering and, as expected, it exceeded my expectations, everyone was thrilled!

I got there right when it opened and I ordered the classic Philly cheesesteak and another version of it with lettuce and tomatoes. Absolutely delicious! Repeat customer here.

Love this place. Love my cheesesteaks. Absolutely hated the customer service this visit from an unhappy cashier. She rudely stated that they didn't open until 11am, mind you I was only standing in line at 1059. Then I asked her about redeeming my rewards points, said she couldn't do it. Couldn't or wouldn't be bothered? Good rule of thumb when working fast food, you must also provide good customer service. It's clear she did NOT want to be at work today. What a shame considering people need to be happy if they have a job during these times. Update: I wanted to update my review, because its very important to share when business owners acknowledge when you've provided negative feedback regarding a service or quality of food or a product.  After I posted my review, the owner Yunis, reached out to me right away.  She apologized for my experience and assured me that it was not ok, and would make every attempt to make things right.  On Friday, I took her up on the offer.  I called in to place an order, the manager Marcelino was very friendly and accommodated my order replacement with an upgrade.  This made me so happy, and the sandwich and fries were incredible.  Thanks so much to Yunis and Marcelino for redeeming my feelings towards their business.  I'll be sure to visit again.  As should you!

Located indoors in food court at this outdoor mall provides a comfortable location to eat. Service at Charley's was excellent, and food was absolutely delicious and filling. Very nice charismatic man served samples in front. Decided to try, and cashier was very friendly and helpful. Ordered Chick Philly w/fries special and Strawberry Lemonade, all three delicious. Good serving of thick hot fries lightly salted with potatoe flavor. Sub melts in your mouth with multi level of flavor apon soft chewy lightly toasted sub roll. Strawberry Lemonade was delicious heaven on a hot day, with chunks of real strawberry - get the wide straw. Portions look small, but are still quite filling. Looking forward to eating there again!

This Review is for Plaza Bonita Charley's only.... There aren't many cheesesteak places in the area so Charley's is probably the best by default. The Cheesesteak are very good. Better than Jersey Mikes. The only thing stopping this from being a Great Cheesesteak is the Bread. If you don't eat the cheesesteak immediately and let it sit for a for a few minutes the bread tends to get very soggy which can ruin the cheesesteak experience. I highly recommend eating this thing immediately off the grill if possible before the sog kicks in. I usually order the chicken Philly special with fries for only $8 ( one of the best deals at Plaza Bonita) or a regular Philly. Provolone is definitely the best cheese to eat with your Philly. Their cheese Wiz Philly is not as good. If they can ever get their bread right this can go from very Good to Great. I highly recommend Charley's. Also use their App to get discounts!

Lol I should know better looking at pictures but my meat was gray and bland.

Fries good. Did not like the fat in the philly stake. Could not bit a piece off. Kinda rubbery.

Location had bad Customer Service. But the food was delicious as always!!!

Usually great to order from but tonight they didn't read the order notes and sent out something I could not eat. Changed to three stars my partners order barely had cheese...in a cheesesteak. Who's in the kitchen on Sundays? These are your money making days!

This place is a ripoff and we were battling fruit flies the entire time we ate. So NOT worth the money.😒

Manage your expectations accordingly. I’ve never seen a cheesesteak with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and pickles. When I opened it all I could smell was pickles and there was a giant glob of mayo on the end of the bread. Kind of a disappointment because I was really craving an authentic Cheesesteak and this ain’t that. Not a dig against the food, but it isn’t the most accurate representation of a “classic” philly.

Just got my food today and I asked them for just lettuce and mayo and they gave me everything. New staff members don't pay attention to customers orders and cashier has earphones in while taking orders. This place use to be better, but took a huge dump in customer service.

I ordered a large chicken teriyaki sandwich on the app. By the time I got home after picking it up, the bottom bread was soggy and stuck to the paper lining the cardboard box. They had used the wrong cheese, too — white American instead of Swiss. I ate maybe less than half of my sandwich and threw the rest away. The cheese completely messed up the flavor of the sandwich. I don’t know if it was an accident, or if they were out of Swiss, or what. I also ordered mozzarella sticks. The cheese was barely melted and initially I was only given one marinara sauce despite having paid for an additional one. When I asked the girl behind the counter for another one she gave me a look like I was inconveniencing her even though I paid for it.

Never been there but I have seen it there I like Philly cheesesteak and so does my husband he is used to the one in Philadelphia Pennsylvania where he lived they have a place called Jersey Mike's that is the best philly cheesesteak sandwiches in San Diego

11:27 am, we arrived and the guy there said STILL CLOSED ooook, we ate next door. They supposed to be open at 11am...

Twice in the last few weeks I've stopped there and they were CLOSED. Last week it was 6pm. Today they were totally closed and cleaned up by 4:55pm.!

Cook messed up order twice. Was so bas I ended up just leaving

Never again. Been to this location a few times in the past but never ever again. The meat was dry, and tasteless could have been a jerky sandwich. The fries were good but i didn’t go there just for fries. Lesson learnt, what a waste of my hard earned money and tasteless calories.

And get one of these delicious sandwiches, my husband got the Original cheese steak. Now I love the buffalo chicken, but I, i've had it a couple times worthy, overdo it on the buffalo sauce, I told them lighter sauce, don't drowned it. Well we waited. There were a couple orders ahead of us, and my husband got app there and they had given our order A. Way to somebody else. So we had to wait again by that time when we left. There was no buffalo sauce on my buffalo chicken sandwich on top of the fact I had asked for extra ranch. We had an order of fries as well.But didn't get that either. I was extremely disappointed, not the fact that or just the fact that there wasn't a buffalo sauce, but having to wait again to have it made again. Uggggg so I think this is the last time. I will be visiting your establishment. It's too bad.

At that point, I canceled because the order terms had changed — but I was still charged. This is a classic bait-and-switch setup: the restaurant accepts quickly to lock in the order, then preparation times and delivery windows balloon with no accountability. Customers are left paying cancellation fees for delays that aren’t their fault. Whether it’s mismanagement or partnership with a predatory platform, Charley’s Cheesesteaks & Wings failed to respect my time, my money, and basic fairness. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I suggest others think twice before trusting them with delivery.
