The girl working there was very attentive and helpful. It was lunch time and she was running around like a tornado!!
Sometimes it’s the simplest things, I hope her boss or co worker sees this, but the young lady at the cashier who attended me (she’s short) didn’t catch her name, but she was the most sweetest kindest person I’ve met! Hopefully they give her a raise haha, I hope she sees this because we need more people like her!
I want to express my appreciation for the great customer service provided by Shay, The representative was very patient in addressing my concerns. I found them to be incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Their friendly demeanor made the experience even more pleasant. I am very grateful for the assistance provided.
This Taco Bell always tastes so fresh! Always great customer service. For the vegetarian, you can always substitute the refried beans in place of the meat. I think this actually makes Taco Bell the number one vegetarian fast food chain. I really reccomend this particular one because have always had only positive experiences with them.
My only issue at this location is that they are often forgetful of items or give the wrong items of the order is more than 3 things.
My recommendation if you're visiting this particular location's drive thru is to check the food. Customer service can definitely improve; my bag was practically thrown at me. I do understand that fast food workers don't get paid what they deserve but nonetheless, some adjustments could be made. Overall, when I come here, I know I won't get great food or service. Visiting is a matter of convenience. I ordered Doritos Locos Supreme -- no lettuce and this is what I got:
Bad customer service, it was raining so used the drive thru today with no cars behind me, the server was being passive aggressive at the window making sounds of frustration, obviously mad because I told her that the baja blast I ordered was the purple (midnight) instead of the regular one. I am paying for my food which is already expensive for my whole family, to be treated like I am begging for it or if it was free. Just have someone professional and willing to serve with better customer service for your clients.
This location has always been hit or miss, but most recently miss. The employees don’t acknowledge you or ask if you have been helped. The other night we placed a pickup order, drove 10 minutes to the store, and then waited another 15-20 inside because our food SAT on the counter while employees just walked around. Other customers came in and weren’t even acknowledged. Carlos specifically stood around and offered no help. Sometimes I go in and there’s ONE singular lady that is always helpful, attentive and kind. I’m not sure if she’s a manager, but if she is then she needs to know how her staff is when she isn’t around. Don’t come here unless you want to be ignored and ultimately go home with cold food.
They have the rudest stuff the past few months, no hello, no hi, no thank you after the order just plain rude service and attitude by night drive thru employee, some new kid
I just came through a minute ago and before I left I checked and they messed up my order so went through the line again and asked for it to be remade and before I could say no veggies she slammed the sliding door in my face so when she came back with the wrong order again I told her and she said “yall are killing me” and then slammed the door in my face again then started to talking to her coworkers and laughing and pointing to the window like we couldn’t see her. I get that it’s late, I get that they could be tired but there’s no reason for disrespect and attitude especially when I was just trying to get what I paid for. I was very disappointed. Very unprofessional.
I have been visiting Taco Bell for 50+ years, so I know what it is, and I know what to expect. Well, I knew until today.. Firstly, I knew I wanted my usual, and I knew my wife wanted her usual. But no one came up to take my order. They would walk around making orders, but ignored the front. They have put these kiosks at the front, and I figured out that it was either order from the kiosk, or go somewhere else. So I put in my usual, but I could not find a tostada anywhere!? She decided she would settle for something else, so we got our food, and went on our way. I will never be back. I don't want to order from a confusing kiosk, I always pay in cash, I know what I order, and it has all changed. Kind of sad. Probably no big deal to kid, but it's not for me anymore.
I’ve been a loyal Taco Bell customer for over 30 years and occasionally visit this location hoping for a decent meal. Unfortunately, this has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The food quality was so poor it was practically inedible. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but it consistently falls short. Very disappointing. Most likely need new ownership and management. Attitude reflects leadership. This was 12/31/2024 5:30 pm. Spent over $50. A giant waste of money.
I like taco bell but this is disgusting! 🤢 I ordered the number 6 which is the two chalupas a taco and a drink. I finished my first chalupa and my taco, When I got to my last chalupa I flipped it and there was MOLD on the tortilla... Can the managers please run this place better! I hope my kids or myself don't get sick from this...
Walked into this Taco Bell and stood at the counter for five minutes and no employees who saw me would come take my order. I proceeded to dial the main cust. service number (still holding 15 min later). Finally some man in regular street clothes comes waddling out looking half asleep! He interacts with an off duty employee then after asked me of I had been helped! "No, and I've been standing here for the last five minutes and none of the employee's took my order, said I!" He then tells me to order using his register at the counter! That's his job, not mine! I'm not going to pay and work there too! I left and I'll never return!
I ordered a quesarito and the only thing on it was sauce and maybe 4 small pieces of chicken. No rice no cheese layer like it's supposed to be. You can see in the pic how thin it is as well. This isn't the first time I've had issues at this location. I don't know why I keep giving them another chance.
Today will be the last day I visit this location. Every time I visit (which is not often) there has been something wrong with my order. I always get my receipt and try to provide constructive feedback but nothing has changed. Today I ordered a #1 with 3 regular tacos and a Sierra Mist. The taco shells were very stale, my drink was pure soda water (no syrup at all) and one of my tacos had barely any ingredients (see picture). Just DONE with the bad orders and wasting my money!
I typically frequent this place if I’m ever getting Taco Bell because it’s conveniently located for work. However, this time my appetite was ruined to say the least. Opening my chicken chipotle melt to find a large hair is not what I was hoping to find. I called the store and spoke to the Manager Samuel and he offered to just replace my order but, I’ll pass since the likelihood of finding more hair having the same employees making the food is likely. I’d definitely recommend having the men/women that have longer hair to wear hair masks to help prevent this kind of thing from happening again! Won’t be returning to this location again, this is disgusting!
I ordered a nacho bell grande no beans extra cheese. The meat you see in the picture is all the meat that's on it. Looks like a 1/4 cup of meat. And this is the extra cheese that I was charged more for???? Half of the chips were stale...this should be on the $1 menu for how poor the quality is. I threw away the last 1/3 of the stale chips that had nothing on them.
Had to re-edit this review. I’ve been here a number of times recently. The food is almost never fresh, it taste pre made from hours ago. I went tonight to get a few nacho fries and the fries were so old and disgusting. They were luke warm and limp af. I threw them away. I’ve worked in the food industry for 10 years and I would never, never serve somebody that.
